I wish I saw people actively cleaning equipment and the area more often. I wish there were more visible UV lights to aid in killing bacteria. I am sad to see machines out of order. I also dont understand why the WiFi is locked and there isnt WiFi Available to customers.But it is the cleanest gym in Pueblo.RE: The gyms response. Yes... I realize you dont police members when it comes to sanitizing. But I also saw one of your team members aimlessly wandering with the swiffer duster for over an hour and thought to myself...hmmm why would dust collect if they were regularly (every 20 minutes) sanitizing machines? A swiffer duster just doesnt give me so fresh and so clean vibes. Im sure you can understand.

I went into the gym to apply for a membership I wanted to pay on a monthly basis. The girl showed me the 65 and older membership application I told her Im nowhere near 65 years of age she continued to eat her lunch at the desk while greeting customers. Its not professional to continue eating your lunch while doing your job and greeting customers at a front desk as a receptionist its very rude she should have taken a lunch break for 30 minutes as is customary in most professional businesses. Just because somebody has gray hair doesnt mean that they are a senior citizen that was very disrespectful. I am going to go to another fitness center where professionalism is key and I am not forced to fill out an application where my banking information is disclosed to everybody in the place ;thats not safe thats too much pii and I could suffer from fraud. Identity theft.I did not leave my application with them I took it with me and I would suggest strongly to other people that you dont give anyone your personal identifiable information you could suffer from Identity theft and they seem to think its okay to leave an application lying around so anyone could see it better to stay at home and maybe buy equipment from a reputable dealer, thank you.

This PF is somewhat clean. There is a lot of dust surrounding the outside rims of the trashcans, and considering how crazy this place was with their mask requirements, you’d think they would have the place completely spotless.I will also note, 9/10 of the female staff members are completely incompetent.They are either rude and quick to catch an attitude, will give you dirty looks, barely speak to you, or are on their phones the entire time they are at work. On the other hand, the male staff are attentive and friendly. They actually know how to smile which is really nice.

I am returning to working out after a serious back injury two years ago. I have tried other gyms, but it was never as accommodating! I avoided PF for about 7 months due to the fact I love strength training the most, and the stigma around them, but Kristen helped me today, and proved I was wrong. I wouldnt recommend it for those who need the body building experience who need the barbell! But, there are strength machines for upper and lower, free weights, smith machines, and privacy areas for glutes, stretching, and abs. I love that every part of this gym is organized so it is less stressful to plan my workouts when I walk in. I was shown kindness with my disability, a tour that was at my pace, help with any questions I had, and there wasnt one time I felt like I wasnt safe or comfortable. I love the black card membership benefits, and that fact that there are trainers who will help me modify, and new machines for cardio that dont strain me beyond being mobile. Thank you! I am so so so so so excited to come back, and I could see myself escaping each day! Please give Kristen the biggest HUGS and recognition, she didnt even mind when I cried multiple times in joy. I finally feel like there is a future in fitness again, even with my pain. I cannot wait to be here for years to come! -A.D.

Its a great place to start off and build your way up at. I honestly do love the gym and I love the fact that they are open 24/7. Also great staff which is a huge plus.

Clean. Disinfectant and wipes are available and members are required to wipe the equipment after they use it. Clean facility. Trained personnel to instruct the member how to use equipment properly by scheduling along with a guided tour for the use of the gym equipment by scheduling. Scheduling is easily available and convenient. Staff Is friendly and professional. Staff will help briefly to answer questions about equipment. Staff members I have encountered suggested making an appointment to get a tour to use equipment correctly and to answer questions thoroughly. The atmosphere is comfortable, and I can workout at my own pace. Planet fitness provides lockers just bring your lock. Also has showers. The showers have dividers, and a curtain. Please bring your personal hygiene products and your accommodations.. The womens locker room is a nice clean environment set up to meet your comfort. It is a open room. The clients respect your privacy.

Ive been going in here for about 6 weeks ~ Ive been pleased ~ staff is helpful, the place is in fairly good repair, and seems clean enough ~ I appreciate their No Judgment Zone motto ~ so far Im feelin the love with this tribe!

I have reached out to your manger three times now. One of those times I was told she is going to lunch and will have to deal with it after. But again I have not gotten a return phone call and the issue is no where closer to being resolved. At this point it shows me your manger does not want to help or care about resolving issues.

Gavin Was very patient with me showed me the facility he talked me into upgrading to the black card membership I was glad I did. Also want to mention Kay and Robert were both also very friendly and professional. Ive been working with the public for a long time and this is one of the best experiences, Ive had With a business in a long time.

The price is great the staff is all so nice and no one made me feel uncomfortable for being a newbie.

Great overall experiences, sometimes the machine i want is down or occupied though.

Nice gym but the blackcard membership room is hot. The girl at the counter told me the temp was was 72 but it wasnt. Not very comfortable for someone who is a blackcard member. She tried to blame heat on tanning beds. Wow

Signed up for Black card due to my heavy travel and was told I can use any planet fitness in USA...have had nothing but problems especially at Pueblo location where I am met with dismissive desk clerk 2 times now basically throwing her arms up and saying nothing she can do?! SEAN has bailed her out past 2 visits through using customer service skills and common sense approach. Thank you Sean

I just do my own thing i dont bother anyone, but employees overall friendly i can see places where it is dirty and havent been clean but overall im satisfied with the areas that are clean meaning where people walk or use equipment etc, cant clean every crook and cranny. but if masks come back to gym i would defiantly not go back it was annoying especially while doing cardio such as elliptical, stairs, and treadmill.

They have the best tanning beds in all of pueblo & cost less not to mention the best hydro massage beds will turn u into jello oh i guess there is a pretty good gym as an added bonus

Love the customer service here! Not my favorite gym set up, and could use more equipment and space but overall it’s a good place to get a work out in.

So happy that PF is back to being open 24/7! I go early in the mornings to work out, which works out great with my work schedule. The staff are always very friendly ( shout out to Marcus..hes an awesome staff member!) and the facility is always clean and very orderly. A great facility for anyone wanting to better their health through working out!

I have been working out at Planet Fitness on and off for the last couple of years and I have spent the majority of my adult life working out in various gyms. I have learned over the years that it is important to have modern and an adequate amount of equipment to facilitate the members, but this is not what makes a great gym. The relationships with the staff and other members is what makes a gym worth coming back to everyday. The management and team at Planet Fitness always makes me feel welcome every time I walk in the front door. They call me bay first name and tell me to have a good workout. They are always eager to listen to my encouragement or issues I see in the gym and are always prompt to correct these issues as I bring them up. I am very thankful for the staff at Planet Fitness who make a normally mundane ritual into a good time around some good people. Went in for a membership as a minor had to sign a waiver signed it 2 years later they say waiver was never signed and pulled off workout equipment after working out there for 2 years. They failed to explain why I was approved for a membership card as I know you cannot get a membership as a minor without parental consent via signature, they said whoever signed us up for the membership was “ill trained” but there is no way to bypass the waiver form as a minor. Cancelled membership.

Love this gym! I was skeptical about working out with a mask on, but this gym makes it a pleasant experience. Lots of room for a small gym and hardly have to wait for machines. The staff are really great to talk to and always answer all of my questions without making me feel like I bother them.

I love going to this gym. They are super friendly, very clean, and rarely packed. Even during this ridiculous pandemic, with all the social distancing restrictions, and extra sanitation requirements, they are just great. Pueblo needs more businesses with the culture I experience here. Regrettably, I dont work out at this location as often as I used to because I moved further North, but I have to salute the crew here, especially day crew. Most of them seem to remember me on a first name basis although I rarely say much to anyone while I exercise. That kinda thing makes even the loneliest people feel a little special, and it needs to be recognized. Thank you, guys. Youre amazing!

I would totally give them 5 stars!They did amazing with the lockdown and continue to do wonders with Cleanliness.Didnt have to worry at all about getting covid at a hotspot.Friendly staff as well!The only reason, why Im putting 4 stars (which has nothing to do with them) is since because a membership is a lot cheaper than most gyms, they get a lot more guests and at times it can feel to cramped. Sometimes waiting for a machine can turn into a headache, but! They do have a trainer thats usually willing to give you a session or at least spot for you if you need someone.Recommended gym for that price, for sure!

I travel a lot and planet fitness is always there to keep my mind clean and to sweat out all the stress. I’ve been to 25+ different locations 15+ states.... Here in PF Pueblo I feel like home. The best staff! Robert and the crew are friendly, always positive and will do their best to accommodate you. Big plus is they stay open 24/7 during all this time! Thank you guys! I love the hidromasagge machine and this chairs.massages clean and ..the peoples atendenence really good .

Positives: The employees are so kind and helpful and seem to genuinely care about giving you a good experience. :) Always super clean and they have cleaning stations around the gym to wipe off the equipment once your done. Only complaint is I went for pizza night and I was confused, where was the pizza? :(

Ive been a customer at planet fitness for 3-4 years.. worked out at every one from New York to Texas to Ohio to colorado (springs and denver).This one is selective about what policies they enforce and who they enforce them on. For the sake of keeping this review short Im sending an extended email to corporate about the issues. But not every guest is treated the same.

It really has been a judge-free zone. And the folks who work there are always friendly and available to assist with anything. Had my one hour session with Nick to go over my medical history and my goals. He was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and the equipment is easy to use. Glad I decided to join. Its my first time ever joining any gym and its been a game changer for me so far.

Clean place but it gets really busy which leads to not many machines being open due to covid restrictions. Kind of a waste of money if I cant get on the machines I need..

Love the gym and black card benefits! Beware if you get the $10 a month plan. They had said my husband didnt pay and charged him a $20 fee for his $10 a month membership on multiple occasions. It really got to me when they did that twice in one month!! Its ridiculous if he is paying more than me for less benefits.

We were disappointed. My wife and I went for pizza day. We planned on eating at 4 but the pizza didnt come until much later. We ended up going somewhere else for dinner because we hadnt planned anything else. We enjoyed the workout.

I would give this place a -5 if I could. I started with a trainer who left a few weeks after I signed. Was not comfortable with the other guy. He was not friendly at all. Couldnt remember what I needed and had to keep reminding him. I called to ask about cancellation and told when I could without being charged anything and lied to about that. They pulled a year membership from my account immediately after the call. And now I am told this is non-refundable no matter what. When I called again to ask why she was confused looking at the account and kept saying a different month and when it should have charged. I feel I was lied to and robbed. The employees stand behind the counter most of the time laughing. Says non-judgmental but I for one think they are making fun of some people.

Dear Planet Fitness,We are now living in the 21st Century, but yet you still dont have a way to cancel a membership online! Every other membership I have acquired in the past could easily be set up and canceled online, no questions asked! Pretty sad!

I went there because I had two pallets of water for them. I was told to bring the pallets in and set them off to the side well i went outside it was 97 degrees went for the first pallet I was struggling to get it in but nobody help me. finally got it in sweating real bad went back out to get the second pallet was struggling just to get it in finally got it by then my sweat was burning my eyes a young. Lady ask you want me to sign so yes maam could you seem like nobody wants to help nobody cares i was already dehydrated . nobody notice i am 69 years old didnt even get a thank you.

Plenty of equipment, rarely ever have to wait or change up my plans. I like that it truly is a no judgment environment, everyone is there working on the same goals of bettering themselves and encouraging each other. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Very thankful for this gym! I work with the trainers five days a week. Nick and Zach are awesome! Couldnt gotten where i am without them Both men know their stuff and add a personal touch;the rest of the staff is great also. I have never had any issues here and appreciate that they know my name when i walk in

This is my daily gym and I cant say enough good things about it. The staff are friendly warm and welcoming Blown Away by the quality of the equipment. I live in Colorado Springs but working Pueblo and I have a lot of different gyms I can access but this is by far the best.

I visited this gym while in town for a wedding. This PF was amazing! I really enjoyed the layout and larger dumbbell area compared to my home PF in Albuquerque. The locker rooms were also very nice, they did not look like a dingy high-school locker room. I thought the music was great. You can actually hear it and it puts you in the mood to workout. Every time I come to Pueblo to visit family, I will go to this gym.

It is what it says it is. The staff is helpful until it comes to canceling your membership. I went in three times separate to cancel with intentions of rejoining at a later date, every time they assured me I would not be billed again. I, eventually, had to call my bank to put a stop payment request in because (for the fourth month in a row) they withdrew the fees from my banking account. When that happened I decided I would not be returning.

Good gym. Friendly and helpful staff. It seems they lack the financial backing to fix things that break in a timely fashion. Otherwise a great place to exercise.

From the day I signed up Robert took care of all my questions and concerns and I didn’t hesitate to sign up. Even after I signed up, Robert continued to take care of my questions and needs! Glad I signed up. Taking my mom in to sign up as well with him!

I miss going to the gym sooooooo much. What I would like to see is mirrors in the tanning booth rooms once they reopen, and fully-working stair master machines, instead of rather glitchy ones. hence the 4 stars.

Neat place & most of the staff are great, but Kaitlyn is a problem. My boyfriend wont go bad, because he said that he goes because he wants to work out NOT hook up & she was hanging all over & flirting. And Im thinking about quitting, because she gets close and always smells like pot. Im really not into that & think that a workplace (let alone a gym) should not tolerate it.

I love this gym. The price is only $10.00 a month. The equipment is good also. The only thing I dont like is that the patrons are unfriendly.
