Fast, friendly, and honest.I was told by another a window chip repair place I needed to fix quite a few chips and for a few hundred dollars. Went here was told a few of them were pits and didnt need fixed and walked away with chip repairs under $100. Highly recommended.They didnt wear masks.. like at all. Im fully vaccinated so I didnt mind but others might complain.

People here are pretty cool, and they got the job done a little sooner than I expected. Quality is holding up great, they also give a lifetime warranty on workmanship!

Owner Josh Herman is a class act professional who went ABOVE and BEYOND the call to help us. We were visiting the area and had glass shattered by theft. Knowing we had 14 hrs to travel home, he personally drove to the glass warehouse to get the replacement and had it installed within 2 hours of the 1st phone call. Maria was so kind and helpful with all the information and welcomed us while we waited. Exceptionally excellent service, repair work and a great blessing to us. I would rate it 10 star 🌟 if I could.

Novus glass did a spectacular job fixing my wind shield. There were some issues that they remedied very quickly and every problem that I had they addressed immediately. They put the window in which was great but inside the car steering wheel the doors and the mats were all dirty with the mechanics not cleaning after himself

Josh worked on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. He did a fantastic job ! Top class workmanship.Replacing the cracked windshield and recalibrating the advanced driver assist system took him about 3 hours.

My Jeep Wrangler had MOPAR brand Gorilla Glass installed for LESS THAN HALF of what the dealer is asking for it!!! Sure the dealer might offer a 2 year warranty but youll be paying for TWO windshields up front for what these guys at Novus Glass will charge you. I will check back in if I encounter any problems with my Gorilla glass, but for now Im absolutely satisfied 110% with the service and product I received!!!

I had a significant problem with that other glass company.I called Novus, they did the leg work and research, and problem solved.They now have all my glass business, and at a better price, and with exponentially better customer service.Try them, you wont be disappointed.

My insurance had an insane deductible. Competition quoted me $1,500. Novis did it for roughly 1/3 of that. They even quickly fixed an issue I had with the washer fluid hose. I highly recommend using them, either with your insurance or out of pocket.

We have used Novus Glass for multiple window repairs and have been extremely happy with the service on all occasions. From the office staffs knowledge to the installation quality. Highly recommended.

Cheaper than Safelite, who cancelled my appointment without telling me. Excellent work, and had several windows repaired in around an hour.

I should have put this out some time ago but got busy. Had these guys replace the windshield in my wifes explorer, the one with the trim on either side of the windshield. They left broken glass in the car on the dash, broke a windshield wiper, scratched the radio trim piece, broke the pins off the shroud around the windshield wiper, and broke the new trim pieces that go around the windshield which are 90 dollars each. I spoke with the owner, or at least someone who represented himself as the owner and he replaced the windshield wiper thats it. Then he said the technician who replaced the glass was his brother and he doubts he did all this as he knows what he is doing, well I can tell you he doesnt. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.Fast forward to now and we had to have another windshield installed after about a year. Used Centennial Auto Glass, they know how to install a windshield and pointed out the side trim was broken when it was installed as was the trim around the windshield wipers. Whey they got done the car looked new again without parts sticking up. I will use them from this point forward. NOVUS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Novus provided great service, fast and good quality installation, and got the job done cheaper than Safelite. I did have one issue after getting my windshield replaced which was my wiper fluid not spraying out afterwards, however, I called and they fit me in right away at the end of the day to make sure my issue was resolved before leaving for the day.

Great company to work with. With my windshield and rear hatch windows blown out from glass, by car was underivable. They got out and replaced my windows at a better price and time than competing companies in the area. My rear wiper arm was damaged in the replacement and they replaced it without issue. I would highly recommend this company.

Glass was great.....and cheap...but my windshield hasnt stood up against standard road conditions for 6months! Sucks. I already have 2 main cracks blocking my line of vision from regular highway conditions. Unhappy customer....

Very satisfied! I had originally looked into safelight and was going to pay $400...which is ridiculous. Here I only paid $200. So happy with the result and the amount of money I spent!
