Excellent workmanship. I had a panel of a glass that was out. Old house and pretty impossible to fix. Not for Glass Force. They came out fast and helped us. Great work and great price. They put in the piece and all we had to was watch. Thanks.

I am using Glass Force for the second time and I know that Im just a pretty patient person or my review would be worse. The first time, the company really seemed to be on their game and I got a broken pane replaced within a couple of weeks, from scheduling a measurement for a bid to having the pane replaced. This second time, I had to call multiple times to try to get a measurement for a bid on a pane for a different apartment unit (I am a site manager). I never got a call back, but the guy showed up unannounced and although Im required to give 24 hours notice before entering anyones apartments, I sent him over to knock and ask permission to enter - luckily they were there and let him in, otherwise he would have to actually schedule at least 24 hours in advance. We didnt actually get a bid from them until about 4-5 weeks later, because no voicemails were left when they called and I always missed their calls, but whenever I called the technician (Frank), he said the lady from the office would call me back and to wait for it.Finally we got the bid and I got approval from my managers to pay it, but in order to schedule the installation, they needed at least half payment down beforehand. Because of how my company works, we had to go through all our processes and send the invoice to the main office to cut a check the following Friday and although we sent the check out late December, Glass Force didnt process it until late January. I finally called them again today to schedule and the offices kept bouncing me back and forth between them trying to figure out who would schedule me.Turns out the windowpane still wont be installed for another couple weeks because it is still in manufacturing. At least my residents understand that Im doing my best, even though it should have been completely finished at the beginning of December according to the policies Im supposed to follow at the complex. It really seems like the company needs some serious policy-making so they have guidelines to follow and then everyone has their job and knows what is going on, instead of the company running around like a chicken with its head cut off. It seems like they are doing their best and just need better management and guidance.

I have used Glass Force for a custom mirror, storm window repair and recently an installation of a sliding door and window. I have been really impressed by their work! The door came out beautiful and the installers were awesome. They did a great job and left things spotless when they were finished. Everyone involved was pleasant to work with including sales, measurements and follow up. They have earned my future business.

Really an awesome place. Came in on a Friday at 4:50 and the crew was on their way out the door. They were nice enough to cut the glass for me anyway.I had to build a glass window for an apartment - they were kind enough to walk me through the process and cut a thick piece of glass while I waited.Always great service, good prices and precise cuts. Way better glass than the big box hardware stores.

We were told an estimator would be in our area on 7-22. No one ever showed or called with a time frame, I called the business and was told he was done for the day, they have to call him on his cell etc. Not even 5 minutes later they called my husband to reschedule for the 29th! They would only come out sooner if it was an emergency. After 3 days of little to no communication we are going somewhere due to this! Very unprofessional and will be reporting to BBB

I had a house with 30 year old windows. I wanted to upgrade my windows but price was a factor. Glass Force was helpful from the beginning. They set up an estimate within a week. I had questions about my windows and the front desk spent time going over the estimate so I understood exactly what I was getting for the price. The install went without a hitch. I will use Glass Force for all my glass needs from now on.

I Highly recommend this company. We had hail damage on our house, so only certain windows needed repair or replacement. This was the only company that didnt try to convince me that every window in my house need to be replaced. Also, we were out of the country at the time, and they had no problem taking care of us. They communicated with my insurance company, had the best price--by a very large margin--and had great customer service.

Fast response when the business I worked for had an emergency and couldnt secure the front door. Really impressed with the friendliness of all involved and the techs knowledge of the hinge type and how to get it temporarily fixed while waiting on parts. Would recommend!

So a couple weeks ago i had issues with glass force not calling me to tell me that my windows was finished after being extremely late on the time frame of bein finished and told them I would go somewhere else and wanted to just get a refund . So I left a review and like 30 min later they call me back to tell me that they want to give me a refund and I can also keep the glass. Today I try to install the last three and come to find out its the wrong size. The problem with this is I gave them the window frame to measure in the store to cut for correct size. So I called up there to tell them that they cut my window panes to big and I need them.to cut it to correct size and they told me since I got a refund that they were not going to fix anything and if I wanted fixed I can pay for it. Wow so who ever the owner is I took this down for u once to be nice but u better get your workers in order before making a decision like this. Horrible service I cannot believe u would cut a windows the wrong size after having the frame to measure from and after getting it wrong try and charge someone to get it fixed. Its not my fault we had problems at the being just like its not my fault your people cut my window pane to the wrong specifications

Like the other glass business they own, G&H glass on Pueblo Blvd., I would not do business with either operation due to their unprofessional conduct and inability to provide a quality product and repair or replace inferior and defective items, such as glass shower doors.Shower doors fall off the cheap and inferior hinges and have the potential to cause serious injury to anyone who happens to be in the bathroom when this occurs. A 30/40 lb., glass door is secured only with a tiny plastic tip and deforms and releases the door since the whole glass door is held at that point. They brag about the fact that they make their doors that way and refuse repair them with a more secure hinge. The women in front in the office are rude and unprofessional, act like you are the intruder, interfering with their phone gossip sessions, their play time on the computer or interrupting their coffee time. One went so far as telling me after I explained the problem with their shower door and it repeatedly fell off that its not her job to deal with that. When l asked whos job it is and let me talk to them I got the run around. When I asked who the boss is or the person in charge again I got the run around and she refused to tell me.I eventually was told that the owners never came around that they werent interested in what goes on there that they are only investors. Eventually I was told that G&H Glass was owned by Glass Force on Santa Fe Blvd..When I went there to inform them of the defective shower door, the rude and unprofessional I received at G&H not to my surprise I got the same reception at Glass Force. You might have thought they we clones of the G&H glass people and went to the same business training sessions. What a bunch of losers that have no business in business. They asked for my name and phone number, however I suspected they already knew who I was and the situation at G&H, but told me they would look into the situation. That was from some young guy who didnt seem like he had a clue while the two females stood by with a smirk on their faces. I was told they would get back to me. Never happened.Wouldnt do business with either Glass Force or G&H again no matter what the price difference was some place else. Its a total waste of money when a product is defective and worthless, not to mention dangerous.

Wish I could give a Zero. Not sure how they have a 5 star rating. Been waiting 2 months for my windows. Each time told ordered wrong size or window arrived broken and now I sat at home all day waiting for the install that finally arrived only to have wasted my entire day, as I called and once again was told oh sorry we are missing a part. No one called to tell me the part was incorrect. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Incredibly disappointing!

I had 11 of the old style wood framed (counter balance in the wall) type windows replaced by Glass force in March 2012. Most of my old windows were drafty, non functional, and just plain ugly. Everyone I talked to and worked with at Glass Force was upfront and honest with me and very friendly. I never felt pressured. I did my homework and looked into a handful of local companies from Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Denver. Most of the other companies were very pushy and their prices were outrageous!! Some quotes were in the $12,000-18,000 range! The salesmen would try to compensate for the price by talking about the energy savings, tax credit, and lifetime warranty. If you crunch the numbers it just doesnt make sense. Even if they cut my energy bill in half it would take 18-20 years to make up the difference. Also, I wasnt up for spending thousands more for a $200 tax break. And as far as the warranty goes, to be justified I would have needed to have every window in my house replaced 4-5 times over. The second most reasonably priced quote was from Lowes but the windows they wanted to install were complete crap...bottom of line...and the majority of the cost was going toward installation.Glass Force gave me a great quote to begin with and then I found a discount their website on top of that (so be sure to check that out). We ended up going with the Cascade 9200 series single hung windows with auto locks. The quality of the windows are solid and we instantly noticed the temperature of our kitchen (which has always been cold in the winter and warm in the summer) was much better regulated after the windows were installed. As you may have guessed, I highly recommend them.
