John was very professional and completed difficult arched cuts perfectly. Highly recommend.

They were so rude on the phone. Basically said we didnt know what we were talking about because we didnt know all the specifics of the window we need. Thanks for nothing. If they cant be professional on a phone call I really wouldnt take a chance on any services they offer. Id rather spend my hard earned money with a company that treats people with respect. One star was too generous but I had to give one to leave a review.

Tried for 4 weeks to get someone out. Sent info to an email that was given to us. We called back and they said dont use that one. They finally came out. We called them and the owner was an ass to my secretary. I am done. Called someone else.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I ordered mirror for a DIY Christmas gift. I was told that it would be done today. When I called to ask what time I could pick it up I was told it was done. I then asked if I could go get it, and the owner said when he gets in. I asked what time he would get in and the owner replied when he decides to come in. I then said okay well can you tell me how much it will be, the owner told me that he didnt know until he got in. The owner then replies if I am going to be that way then he will just throw my mirrors away and I wont get them I am in no way exaggerating when I say I was polite and asking fair questions and the owner was outright RUDE. I told him all I was doing is trying to find out was when and how much it would be. He said I ask too many questions. I started to explain to him that I was purchasing a product from his business and just wanted to know the price. He hung up on me. Because this was a gift my husband tried to call back and try to smooth things out. The owner informed him that we are from the generation that wants too much. He told us that he was just going to throw away our mirrors. There was more unpleasantries exchange from the owner where he once again hung up. The craziest part is I still dont even know who HE is. Needless to say, my daughter will not be getting that gift.

Run by family. Do good work. Sometimes they are not there as they are out on a job.

Ordered glass and was told to come back. When return they did not have the order and gave me the wrong size. Was told to return in two days to fix the glass was given and return again and still not had the correct size. Was told to come back a 3rd time and got into a shouting match with really some old dude who smelled. This business and this old geezer is a joke. DO NOT GIVE ON TIME GLASS your business because they are rude and ugly.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMERBSERVICE STAY AWAY . Listen, I know people are busy but when you say your going to do something, do it. Write it down, save it in your phone, do something! Called these people from a referral believe it or not. Long story short. Called them. Was told I would be called back a week later because they were busy. Never got a call. Called them back a couple times. No returned calls, except one today which I missed. Called them back today and was yelled at by one of the guys who worked there. And was told if he can do the job he will whenever he gets to it but in a very rude and unprofessional tone, and tried to say I call them every day which I only did a week ago when I first contacted them them and yesterday (left message notifying about not calling me back).He was mad bc I called them and he has two notes to call me back, well then why arent you calling back! I wouldnt have done if they called when they said they would. Unfortunetly Im not the only one. Spoke to another person today who is dealing with the same thing. If your too busy and cant do a job, simply say that. Dont get on the phone and yell at a customer for calling you.

Easy to do business with

We have been sending business to them and having them do our repair work for over 10 years now. I just had the worst phone call with them. I guess John needs to find a new occupation. Sorry to see things go down hill so badly.
