Took my new jeep there before they opened wasnt sure if it would fit in the tunnel. The manager was more then professional we did a test run threw the wash to make sure the tires fit and went safely thru the wash and it didnt jump off track and cause a back up. Did a great job washing it and it looks nice and clean. Signed up for the membership on the jeep. The tires are 37 x 12.5 wide. Their track can take up to a 12.5 wide. It barley fit but it fit

This is an automatic car wash with free interior vacuums. The car wash is very good but be careful. If you have any loose car trim it will rip it off your car.

Always super clean, no matter how busy they get. Plus theres an employee by the kiosk who always is super friendly and helpful. Theyll answer any questions about the 3 options they offer. As well as what each option covers.... I take my vehicle there all the time. I wont go anywhere else.

The back of my jeep was still super dirty, and bottom sides and I payed $20 for the best one and feel like it was the cheap service. Very disappointing in this. Waste of money.

I received an air bubble on my tire. I canceled my membership. The general manager does not care and said that its not the car wash that caused the damage. The clamps are pressurized not to damage tired . Ur vehicle gets damaged they do not care

The only thing that I would like is to have someone at the end hand dry my car.

I’ve been a member of the “unlimited wash club” since March 3. In the short time since, my black car has been destroyed with micro scratches. Last Thursday I got a wash at the Elizabeth location. I didn’t notice until late Friday Evening, when the light hit just right. Scratches on basically all parts of my just purchased vehicle.Extremely disappointed and unhappy with Mister. I will be cancelling my wash club membership, and will not recommend to anyone I know.

In my opinion there should be more room between the cars. On more than one occasion I have experienced a backup of the cars coming out of the wash not being able to pull out onto the street because they are packed it to close together by the employees. Also, it doesnt give the wash room between the cars to clean the front and back properly. Lastly, if something were to happen either upon exit or during the wash I feel there is no room for error when packed in so tightly. If nothing else just space the cars at least a half a car length between customers. Thank you.

Employees are super friendly and helpful! Very quick, even with a ton of people there. Vacuums are awesome.Little irritated though because I got the most expensive wash and my front license plate and the whole bumper around it is still super filthy.

In the last couple of times I broke antenna broke mirror not cleaning the front grills or the back window its an ongoing thing with him they just cant get it right

I wasnt really impressed.Lots of cars and the wash was to be the best well, it didnt do what I was told it would.I still have dirt and that road chemical on the car.For $12.00, I think its overpriced and it doesnt do a good job cleaning the car.

Love the car wash and staff wish the car wash was larger as it’s very popular. Also very crowded inside the wash at times sometimes I’m u sure of the distance between cars in the wash- sometimes it seems cars are way too close.

Surprisingly good. Usually when I hit a automatic wash they dont work so well. Mr Car Wash was really good. Cleaned everything well. Vacuuming power was awesome also. Recommended. I got the $12 wash

Absolutely hated my trip here. Got a 15 dollar wash. Left and there was literally still dirt clogs on my driver door and bumber. Went back and they were nice enough to give me another wash. They gave me there most premium wash. Just to have the same dirty result. I will never go here again.

I dont think that you would. For 20.00 a month its almost worth it. I miss mr Octopus car wash. They had persons that detiled your car wash. You have nothing but a run it through car wash. Everytime I go through its like a spray and wash. I just think If I go through a few times a month, it will pay for the service. My windows are just nasty, and my body wash is just nasty. When I go through I stop and just wipe down everything. So much dirt and muck. I dont go 4-wheeling. I just park my vehicle in my driveway.

Pueblo Colorado at pueblo Blvd location is terrible. The roller brushes scratched the heck out of my vehicles hood and headlights. Half the time there is little to no soap dispensed and all the time there is driver side armor all dispensed on drivers side only. You should have the same setup as you do at the Northside location. I now have to drive clear across town to get my vehicle washed. Very unsatisfied customer!!!

Great place to wash your car. My only issue is that they sometimes dont space cars out enough. Most cars require you to hit the breaks to place it back in drive, and the last time the car behind me was way too close that it almost hit me when I had to put my vehicle in drive. My front tires were already on the concrete and hitting the breaks made my vehicle stay in the same spot as the rollers are still moving forward

Easy in and out good wash

I got my car washed here today and it left scratches all down the side of my car. Paid 20 dollars to have my car messed up. Tried to call to talk to someone and the number wasnt working. I dont know what to do but Id like them to fix my car. I have pics showing it but i dont know how to post them. And my car isnt even clean it still has dirt all over. While I was there I didnt know who to talk to.

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to cancel the unlimited wash subscription. I’ve sent several emails, called customer service several times (which I sat on hold for over an hour to reach) and still getting charged even though I’ve done everything they’ve asked. It’s all great until you want to cancel then good luck. So my suggestion to you is DONT BUY THEIR UNLIMITED WASH SUBSCRIPTION. Apparently they own your soul after that.

I think the membership is best considering free vacuums and unlimited car washes... i go 2 or 3 times a day (everytime the car gets dirty so i get my money worth)

So you go through with the dirty car doesnt get clean you ask the manager can I wash it again he. Says no buy the monthly pass that way you can go through as many times as you want do I really want to buy a monthly pass to get a really poor job done the first time.

Employees are super awesome. With members pass wait isnt as long as you would think when you pull up to a long line. Only setback is you gotta go thru twice if you have a truck bc it doesnt get the front or back very good.

Disappointing!Just went through the car wash and finally was pleased with the young man who sprayed the front end off. Very thorough and right where needed, but WHAT HAPPEN TO THE DRYERS??? No one there to dry off the car when exiting the wash. 🤔

I like the MCW on Elizabeth Street better then the southside. They need major work on getting the soap and wax off a vehicle and blow drying, but the Elizabeth Street one does much better. Still miss the personalization of The Patriot on the Southside

This place was a waste of money we have a 2020 Silverado and we paid for a 20 dollar wash and it didnt even clean our truck at all do really we paid 20 to vacuum r truck so sad

Love the car wash deals and customer service. The only downside is the dryer does a TERRIBLE job drying my car. Ever since you’ve done away with the people hand drying the cars at the end of the car wash it just seems like the quality of the wash has gone down. I always have to use my windshield wipers to dry the front and back windows and the hood of my car is soaked. Still love this car wash just wish you would bring back the staff to wipe down the cars at the end!

Very good car wash, but I would recommend either going very early in the morning 9e late in the evening. Around lunch time and right after work hours (5pm and later) it is usually CRAZY busy and take over half an hour to get through the 3-lane line of cars.

Broke down twice Saturday once when I was trying to come through to be recognized the camera wasnt working and leaving the chain that pulls the car through or conveyor belt stopped a little bit scary

For the past few months the blowers at my local car wash at 1711 S. Pueblo Blvd.; Pueblo, CO. 81005 have not been working properly they have been leaving alot of water on vehicles I have mentioned this to management MANY times....they say the blowers are blowing but that doesnt mean they are working properly. I have been going across town to your other car wash but that is 15min. away and that is NOT why I purchased your Unlimited plan. I DO NOT want to have to go across town when this car wash is less than 5min from my house!!!!
