Very low pressure on self wash bays. Not enough time 4 your money. Also the vacuum suction is very poor suction. Also, if u do not use the brush with the soap on your car the sprayer alone does not clean that good. Giving 2 stars was generous did not want 2 complain 2 much.

Had difficulty with machine eating my money. Called number on wall, explained problem, and in 10 minutes called back. Met an worker who returned money and exained cause of problem

Would rate 0 stars if possible.. everything is just broken and not maintained.. Zero water pressure.. my garden hose has more pressure.. the vacuums are straight up broken and have ZERO suction.. total ripoff..

First vaccuum i put 4 quarters in didnt work than the 2nd one the top kept coming off

Was a little disappointed today. I used the automated wash & paid $12 for the top of the line wash. I had water spots all over & a slight dirt film in spots. My chome rear bumper & black step pad, as well as; the running boards had a heavier dirt film. I spent over an hour using my shamy to clean it all up. Finally no ringer available to get the excess dirty water out of my shamy. The attendants there are usually pretty helpful, but I was too frustrated to run one down.

This place is a rip off....your quarters dont last long

Great for a quick car wash. I only wish the timer continued a little more because sometimes I feel rush. Definitely need to bring more quarters next time.

Came to wash suv and auto wash stalled and errored out at beginning of wash. Called phone number (12/22/19) by maintenance door and left message.no call back. Called today again (1/3/20). I here looking at carwash now and same automatic stall on the left is not working. I guess Im out $10.00.

Pueblo Laser Wash and Vac is a pretty decent place to clean your vehicle overall, the automatic drive-thru car wash stalls do an okay job of getting the dirt off especially if your vehicle isnt too dirty, the do it yourself car wash stalls are really nice and they have many choices as to how clean you on your vehicle, the only problem is the time goes very fast and it takes a long time for the wash to switch from one setting to another

The credit card machine wasnt working. I got charged $24 for 2 car washes that I never got. Tried to call Pueblo Laser and of course no one answered. Had to call my credit card company and file a dispute.

Theres not enough soap in drive thru car wash 😒

Its an automated car wash. You pick your level of wash, put your money in, drive through. Your car comes out clean. What more can I say? Also has bays if you want to get out and spray your car yourself.

Clean, fast and since its a little truck it only cost three bucks.

Went for a car wash it stop on me had to back up pay for another carwash try to call or talk to someone nobody answered so now I’m out of 10 dollars...

Worked great, has a creditcard input, you wont have to carry a pocket full of change, get change for a 20 or nothing. Water was warm, area was clean. Did not use the vac.

Good place to wash the car yourself or go through the automated wash. Mornings are a great time to go. Only thing I drawback is the change machine is very sensitive, however you can use a credit card at both DIY and automated wash stations.

I came here and the automatic car wash stalled however the attendant saw it and started me at another bay.

Its a car wash that seems to work.Nothing spectacular but it doesnt need to be.

Washed my truck here while I was in town. The screen on the cc machine was hard to read. Some of the labels were not easy to read. After a bit of frustration I was able to get my truck cleaned up.

Always decent vacumes seem to always be in good working order.. I hate when I go vacume and the vacume has no suction power never have that problem here..

I went there to vacuum my car and use the shampooer. This was at 9:05 in the morning. The shampooer didnt work and the vacuum did not have a lot of suction. The worker showed up at 9:37 as I was about to leave. I advised her the the shampooer didnt work and I asked for a refund she denied the refund stating it was against their policy and then started cussing at me when I stated there are no signs saying no cash refunds. I called the number on the building and all it is a voice mail asking for your address. the number on all websites showing this business is disconnected.So if you you want ripped off and be cussed at then go here
