I found a car that I was interested in and started the application process at home. Derrick was our sales guy and he worked with us over the phone before coming in to finish up any paperwork. We were there about an hour from test driving to leaving with my new car. I had several questions and Derrick was extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend speaking with him if your seeking a new vehicle. Everyone we came across that day to finish up our sell were all very friendly and made you feel welcomed.

I came to Subaru of Pueblo for a trade-in....all the way from Jackson Hole as they had the exact car I was looking for. It was WORTH THE TRIP! Ive never experienced such customer care and service. Vince and Jesse, the two sales managers, were both amazing. Vinces can do attitude was evident even over the phone before I arrived...and when I did arrive, it was like meeting an old friend who only wanted to take care of me and make me happy. There were at least 5 issues regarding the trade-in that arose...any one of which could have been a problem for another dealer...but not with Vince. Everything was taken care of smoothly, and with a giant smile. I couldnt be happier. He even checked up on me during my 10 hr drive back to Jackson, WY...and it was sincere caring, not window dressing. Despite the distance, I will be keeping in touch with these guys, and I encourage anyone who is in the Pueblo / Denver / Colorado Springs vicinity looking for a Subaru to use them. A 15 out of 10. Visited the service department last week and was very impressed. The staff who checked me in were very professional and personable. As a full time traveler from the east coast, she worked with me to ensure the specs for the car matched our upcoming mountain travel for the next 6 months. And not being from the area, did not treat me as an outsider and made sure everything was addressed. Was there to have a major maintenance (30K, alignment, fuel system) and because I was waiting, she asked the techs to put mine into the queue quickly and was there only 2.5 hours. Would definitely come back here again and strongly recommend use of this dealer to service your Subaru.

My wife and I were car shopping back in February and one of the vehicles on our list was the Outback. We got set up with Derrick and he was by far the best salesman we spoke with around town. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale. We were able to drive the car around with no constraints and fell in love with it. I had the best experience buying my car here. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and taken into the office. Kristy, asked what I was looking for and I told her. We looked at a couple options but didn’t find one within my price range. Instead of getting discouraged, she started showing me other options. I ended up test-driving a Crosstrek and loved it! Purchased a new Forester. When I went in to the dealership, I was met by Derrick, and told tgere was no vehicle on the lot that met my wants, but there was one on the way. Trade in was great, price of new vehicle great. From the time I entered the store to the completion of the sale was less than 2 hrs. Car arrived a week early and delivery was quick.

Well my poor Husband unbeknownst to me had been working with Noah Cheek for over a year to get me to come down and take a look at the Subarus. I knew we were going to buy a new vehicle but I want another Toyota. Long story short a couple of days after my birthday we went and bought a Forrester Sport from Noah Cheek. Noah was fantastic!! He took the time to go over every inch of the Forrester. He is very knowledgeable on the Subaru brand. Noah also calls to make sure everything is good. We were vacationing with family in Utah and Arizona when we were faced with a failing catalytic converter on our way back home to IL. We contacted Subaru of Pueblo, a 2 hour trip from our hotel in Alamosa, CO and spoke with Tracy in the Service Dept late in the day. Tracy’s very quick and thoughtful action located a spare converter for our Subaru and she made an early morning service appointment the next day. Knowing we had a very early start to our day to get to Pueblo, Tracy arranged for a driver to take us to the River Walk suggesting activities and lunch recommendations while we waited for the repair. Tracy contacted us later in the day noting Subaru did not have all of the necessary parts to complete our repairs that day and there would be a 2 day delay. Tracy arranged for a loaner car while we made housing arrangements. Later in the day, Tracy contacted us with the news the Service Staff was able to next-day ship the missing parts and we should expect the repairs to be finished a day ahead of schedule. Tracy kept us informed during this entire repair event and her sincere empathy and focus made what could have been a disaster a very manageable delay. Tracy was truly a much appreciated lifeline in a place away from home for which we were extremely grateful. Subaru is fortunate to have Tracy as a frontline contact for Subaru owners!
