Bob is just wonderful. Not only did he take a neglected old piano and make it sound lovely again, but he spent extra time answering questions and talking about what he was doing. And all for a very fair price. I genuinely look forward to having him back to take a look at the thing again -- and leave me with some wisdom, as well!

This was a great experience with Bob! This was our first piano and it was old, had several broke keys , and out of tune. After his assessment, repair, and tuning our piano looks and sounds just AMAZING! This process was done with efficiency, reasonable cost, and all around great interaction. Very knowledgeable and helpful

I lucked out and found a decent piano for free on Nextdoor. The only thing it needed to do was move it, tune it, and give it some TLC. I found A 440 on google maps and liked that they had great reviews, and also that they were a smaller business. I scheduled with them and set up an appointment with Bob.Come the day of the tuning, Bob arrived right on time and got started with his magic. My piano was pretty out of tune so it took him a couple hours, but boy did it sound great afterward!I like the work he did, and he was very honest about the state my piano was in. Being so out of tune at the start, it’ll likely need another tuning in the next few months. When it does I will absolutely give A 440 another call. Thanks again for making my piano sound like a piano Bob!

My piano has never sounded better

Called me back right away. Came to my house and repaired, then tuned up an old spinnet piano I was given. The piano had a broken pedal and some sticky keys -- no problem! He got the pedal and keys working smoothly. Then he tuned it, and went through the tuning again to make sure it was stable. He opened it up and showed me the grooves in the felt hammers, worn by the strings from years of playing, and explained how this affects the life of the piano. He is very knowledgable and professional. Great service for a surprisingly reasonable price! I am very happy with Bobs service and will definitely call him again!

I have had Bob tune my piano since I first got it. He does a fantastic job and takes all the time to explain the ins and outs and why he is doing what hes doing. Its been very educational as a bonus each time, giving me history of my 100 year old piano, how things work inside, how to make some repairs myself etc. I highly recommend his work.

Hands down the best, and a beautiful human being as well. He tuned an impossible piano for me a couple years ago, and Im back to have him tune the new one. If you can get him to play something for you, youre in for a real treat!!!

Bob tuned my piano today, and did an excellent service on an old neglected piano that hadnt seen service in close to 20 years. He was prompt, courteous, professional and the piano sounds very good!
