Love the space I rent. Even through 2020, I still feel like it is a clean environment to do my work.

Great place to have a creative space.

I recently started leasing a unit from ActivSpace and I could not be happier! In addition to owning my own illustration business, I finally have a professional space where clients can visit for meetings & friends can see the space I designed (I painted a mural!). Dustin, the building manager, helped me through a super smooth move-in & leasing process. He was very responsive & helpful through the whole process, and now I feel extremely at home in the space. So does my pup!

Ive had a couple of different spaces in the building and I just love it here. Dustin the manager is very helpful and cheerful and gets the job done! Great creative spaces!

Rented three offices here, good practical space some units come with upgrades such as bamboo floors and high end lighting which is great. I had corner units which had a ton of windows and nice trees outside. Noel the property manager is great, very on top of things and friendly. The company can take a little longer than ideal to return safety deposit but it does come back and it is month to month rental which is convenient. Overall I would recommend the space for anyone growing a business or needing creative space.

We work with Dustin at ActivSpace on Raleigh and we cant recommend him enough! He is so thoughtful and truly cares about all of his tenants. He is always truly interested in the business and does everything he can to help in any way. As a small business owner it is so important to have a property manager that cares about your business and wants to see you succeed. We are so grateful to have that with Dustin. He helps from everything with small requests on the porch lighting to help our girls feel safe in the early morning / late evening, to more complicated tasks. Big or small, he takes joy in being invested in his tenants and it truly shows. Thank you ActivSpace for providing us such a thoughtful, caring, and honorable property manager!

Super awesome place to rent from! The Building manager is super nice and the process of getting a space here has been super simple and painless! I reccomend this business very highly for anyone looking for an efficient rental space for their office or art studio!

We worked with Noel for the rental of our space, and he has been amazing! Very helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and is always quick to respond. We are very excited to start our journey with ActivSpace and very glad we have Noel as a resource in our corner.

Do not rent from Activspace. My expectation is if you leave a space clean and neat on time and with sufficient notice. (per the lease) That you would get your rent deposit. Requested the checklist of items to complete the space vacancy. According to the manager it is not up to the manager, it is up to someone else (no clarification provided even after requesting) According to the manager it is up to the person who is taking over the space! What does the new tenant have to do with this transaction?

Im a client of a person that rents a work space, and though I appreciate the security of the building, I once showed up too early to be let in, yet really had to go to the bathroom. I felt in an odd position as someone that does not rent a unit, yet has been patronizing a business there for over two years. I guess all Im saying is, is I wish there was a waiting area with restroom for clients of the businesses here; it kind of feels like we have been enitrely forgotten as folks that also use the space. There is a nice big parking lot for cars, but the bike parking goes against best practices for bike parking and is one of those inaccessible vertical hanging racks---sorry ActivSpace, but I refuse to lift my heavy bike each time I wish to park and I know most bike commuters feel the same. Maybe someone mistakenly thought all bike commuters ride light weight carbon frames? Nonetheless, there is a spot to park your bike horizontally, though if more than two tries it, it would end up blocking a door.

Perfect place for artists and crafters! Rent is affordable and location is perfect!

Really great spaces, have a friend who has one, and while I cant vouch for the prices, the offices are nice

DO NOT RENT FROM ACTIVSPACE!!! When we moved out, Chris (the Vice President) came in once to check our room after we had painted, asked us to give the walls a second coat. He came back the next day after we had applied the 2nd coat, visually inspected the room and okd the painting we did before moving out. We received our deposit back 45 days later with $528.89 taken out for painting and $25 for cleaning. We were fuming. I went to the space and spoke with Leah who was very friendly and she let me back into our room to inspect the painting. From what I could tell there was no painting done (I have photographs from before AND after). We had left the room spotless after moving out and it was absolutely crushing to lose that money for a small business. BEWARE OF ACTIVSPACE!!! It is a racket and they will take your deposit. If I could leave 0 stars I would! I will be calling the BBB and filing a complaint.

The owners of this particular location are downright subhuman, the other locations are much better as a result.
