Ive been renting office space at the Canyonwood Office Complex from Sharon and Larry for 4+ years. They are a great family to work with and always right no top of any issues Ive ever had. They were so kind in giving me ideas for tenant improvements and even used my company colors for two accent walls. My clients love working out in the forest. These offices are a little slice of nature in the middle of a bustling city. I cant say enough good things about the complex and the managers.

Our business has been a tenant at the Canyonwood Office Complex since May 2018. This has been a fantastic location for our visitors and employees, with easy proximity to Portland and the West Side. Its a quiet, well-maintained building complex with abundant parking. Management is quick to respond to requests and they have made several improvements to the property during our time here. We highly recommend this complex!

The Baxter & Baxter LLP main office has been located within the Canyonwood Office Complex for over twenty years. Sharon and the rest of the staff are excellent. I am constantly amazed at the high level of which she maintains the Complex. Roofs are regularly cleaned, the parking lot is routinely re-striped, painting and carpets are kept clean and the landscaping is beautifully maintained.Long term maintenance is always completed prior to it really being necessary. Bathrooms are painted and remodeled, parking lots resurfaced, light bulbs changed and Sharon has construction personal on call at all times when problems arise.Sharon has also been excellent in addressing changes to meet the ever changing needs of Baxter & Baxter LLP. If I needed more space or less space she works with the tenant to fulfill their needs. I heartily recommend people consider the Complex for their office needs.

My business has been located at the Canyonwood Office Complex for two years and we have loved so many things about it. The location is easy to get to from HWYs 217 and 26, there is plenty of parking, and the maintenance and office staff have always been so helpful and accommodating when we needed them.
