The set I got today at OPI Nails and Spa were meticulously and beautifully done! The staff were friendly and inviting and the salon was luxurious, clean, and covid-safe, they take their time making each nail perfect and make sure you love them too. They offer a lot of different services and options for you to choose from, I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great salon!

I loved how my gel extensions turned out, Thu took her time to perfect every nail and I can truly tell that she loves her job!! She exceeded my expectations!! O.P.I Nails really did well. I have received two gel manicures here and each time, the finished product looks perfect and the paint lasted very long (2 + weeks). Thank you all girls! Great service, always impressive work and super sweet people. You will find no better place !!

I am very colorful, here I feel very happy and relaxed because they are so professional. This is definitely a place I will often go to.

My absolute favorite nail salon! I come here religiously every month for my manicures. The nail techs are all great and super open to special requests and are very aware of your needs. They are gentle, efficient, detail-oriented, and always do really great work. I have noticed that the owner knows all of the regulars by name and has relationships with them. By my third time coming in she recognized my face and asked my name and since then has referred to me by name and even recognized my voice on the phone to make appointments.I cannot emphasize how good the manicures are here. Every mani I have had here is beautiful and lasts me weeks. The pictures are from my most recent visit, a full set dip manicure. I have fallen in love with dip since the owner suggested it to me after a long time getting full set shellac. I have gotten dip at a couple other places and the quality at OPI is by far the best. It has allowed my natural nails to grow out and has actually saved me money because most times I don’t need the acrylics! The dip manicure here usually lasts me an entire 4 weeks. Dip is cheaper here than most other places too, and they have a great color selection! I always receive compliments on my manicures from OPI.They only take cash or check but there is an ATM. Overall if you want a great manicure and awesome service, OPI is the place to go!

This place saved a set of nails that was butchered at another shop in the North. I’ve been going there ever since and have recently switched to powder. They are great, friendly, clean, and do a great job!

Im so happy I found OPI Nails. The shop treats me like a regular, and they always greet customers with a cheery hello when you walk thru the door. Ive been going here for about 5 years now for acrylic sets and fills, then gel manicures for the lovely quick-dry feature. But my regular technician, Thu, eventually suggested I move to dip manicures because she felt they would be healthier for my nails. And it wasnt an upsell - dip manicures are the same price as gels. And she was right! My nails are much healthier under the dip manicure, and Im so glad she persisted. I wouldnt go anywhere else. OPI Nails has my best interests in mind, and I feel very well taken care of.OPI is cash or check only, so do come prepared. Theres a cash machine in the lobby, and there are two banks within walking distance. They have a wide array of colours, and all the technicians there are quite good. When theyre training a new technician Thu supervises closely, and ensures that you get top-notch service.

I have been going to this salon for many many years and continue to be happy with the great service and care Tu and her team provide. Within the year they have changed the products they use to Nu Skin. I thought type of products didnt matter, but they do. I can feel the difference and happy for the change.

I have stopped in sporadically for many years since they opened. I can say i have only had good things to say about the nail technicians that work here and the work they do. I appreciate that they look out for their clients health and safety as opposed to making a quick buck. I feel I can trust the opinions and advice given when I ask questions too. I suffer chronic pain and would recommend them to anyone who needs a gentle touch during manicures.

There are three nail salons along a mile or so stretch of Lombard and this one is hands down (no pun intended) the best. Prepare for a wait or book an appointment - and dont forget your nail kit. Its family owned and very friendly, the owner has an adorable dog, Mochi.

My nail technician did an excellent job. One of the best leg massages Ive had at a nail salon. The pedicure and manicure were neat, relaxing, and well done. Im so happy to have found this place in my neighborhood.

If I could give this place a -1 review I would. Let me begin by saying that I have NEVER not tipped a nail salon in my 6 years of getting my nails done.I had an appointment at 10:00 am for an acrylic fill. I was greeted by very friendly people and was sat down immediately. The technician that was working on me began by adding a new tip to a broken nail; in doing so she dropped the cap of the nail glue and picked it up using her TOES! At that point I was kind of put off.About 30 minutes later the technician that was working on me looked up and whispered inspector. I looked back and saw a lady that had a badge talking to the owner. The women stated Im here from the Oregon Department of Health I turned back to face my technician, who at that point, got up slowly, without saying a word to me and walked to the back room and walked out the back door! I heard the inspector say Is she coming back? The technician that just ran out the back door? The inspector had to go through the back door and came back 3 minutes later with the technician.The inspector continued her inspection asking every technician their name and verifying it with their license. Long story short the technician that was helping me couldnt get her name right and it was found out the technician that had been working on me for 45 MINUTES DID NOT HAVE HER LICENSE. I dont know if you guys know but if the nail technician doesn’t have their license THEY CANNOT TOUCH CLIENTS.The way they washed their towels was wrong and the client documentation was so far behind the last known log in was 2015.Needless to say I WILL NEVER BE ATTENDING THIS NAIL SALON AGAIN.To their credit my nails looked good and if they get all these things fixed I imagine they could be a good nail salon. However I will not be going back as this experience has definitely scarred me.

I went here because some other nail salon missed me up. This place is Awesome! I recommend them to everyone. Theyre a little high but worth it. 18 fill in and 25 full set.

The service was nice but the manicure came out really bad. I’m always very laid back with getting manicures and not picky at all but there are so many things wrong with this. She got clear gel on multiple fingers that is now dried on to my skin. There are spots of polish around my finger nail... just bad! This was for a gel manicure.

I went to there shop and they did me and my aunties nails. And they did a good job but when it came time to pay they jipped us and told us it was more than what they quoted us. In other words they have no integrity.. I will never go back.i have contacted the oregon health licenses board. As a consumer we have a clear right to know what services they provide brfore they provide a service. And they did not do that. They clearly charged us later. I also found out its illegal yo cut my cuticles so far down leaving me open to infection. I will not let this salon get away with messing with my health. Or my wallet.

My Acrylic nails turned out ok, but for it being the first time i was there they did not impress. I didnt make an appointment which may have caused this but i was sitting for at least 10 minutes between steps of getting my nails done and 5 different employees worked on me. leaving mid process to go to the back and text or to say hi to other people walking in the door. one left me and started a pedicure for a client who had just walked in leaving me just sitting there with partially done nails. If I didnt have it half done I would have walked out without paying. even the employee doing my friends nails looked mortified at how the other employees treated me.
