No employees to even help. Jan in the washer n dryer area super cranky n flat out rude with her Karen customer service. Not helpful at all. Left n went to home depot n found Anthony who was beyond nice n helpful. Go find him he is super helpful n knows his stuff.

They closed an hour earlier than their website states, and put a sticker over the hours at the physical store. Lowes is big enough that they should be able to update their website when hours change.They also have a new 48hr waiting period for store pickup items, and again, do not state that online.The folks at this location are nice, and they have more stock of some items than Home Depot. That said, Ill be going to Home Depot for anything I can from now on.

Mike the manager was horrible. I called to help my mom with a complaint against a rude employee. He did not even apologize or seem to care When she asked if he even cared, he did not answer and just kept asking about her order. Maybe he is good at other things in his job but a manager should care about his employees enough to want them to be better. And also care about the costumer who is just trying to get an order cancelled but instead keeps getting hung up on and put on long holds. I understand a bad day but this was unacceptable.

I was looking for a particular weed eater and I could not find it anywhere. I happen to stop an employee named Jay. Jay searched high and low with me trying to find this particular item. He was the nicest employee I encountered at this location. He helped me right away and went above and beyond! The inventory said there was one on hand but we were unable to locate it. It ended up being the display. But with customer service like Jay provided, I will keep coming back. Thank you Jay

A atore associate grabbed the plywood I was moving from behind and gave me a concussion then lied and said I was carrying it on my head. I never got my plywood but I got a ride in an ambulance and lots of medical expenses. my advice: shop somewhere else.

Cant resist the clearance outdoor pillows. Looked at the cedar birdhouses. Easy to browse and find things at this Lowes. Large inventory. Friendly employees.

Lowes is constantly advertising things that are simply not true. I spent hours finding appliances to qualify for the 4th of July sale and 24 month financing, but after almost a week of not hearing anything about my order, one item was cancelled taking away the discount and the financing option. No one tried to make it right. I will likely never shop at Lowes again. Since then, Ive put items in my cart that are supposed to have a discount or financing as advertised and they NEVER work. Its disgraceful this is one of largest home improvement retailers in the nation.

I came here to pick up an AC right after the record hot days (smart I know) and I ordered it online for pickup.Not only did they bring it out faster than I thought, they even loaded it into my car for me.

I made a in store pick up order. After two hours I called the store which took 20mins for someone to pick up the phone. The person told me that it could take up to two days for my order to be ready. So I decided to go to the store. When I got there the customer service person was no where to be found. I then went to “on line pickup” area and found 4 people sitting around. They said they were busy and gave me a paper to take to Appliances. This is where I met John. John actually looked busy. But he took the time to take the order. I could tell john was doing about 10 different things. But John got me my item in 5 mins. Good job John. Lowe’s you need more John’s and less of the people standing around. 5 stars for John!

I needed to replace my 2 bathroom sink faucets. I utilized their user friendly website to locate faucets, then selected compare and went with what met my needs. They offer contactless pickup, youll receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. Youll be told if its been placed in a Locker which is located to the left as you enter the store or Curbside where you let them know youve arrived and which spot youre in and theyll bring it out. The associates I interacted with smiled, greeted me and were very helpful. They are located off I-5 South, Exit 306B and worth the drive.

Bought a dishwasher here. Send to be good quality, and the salesperson was very helpful. A little spendy, but it had the features I liked.

Called in and got disconnected accidentally by a lady (1 minute hold time at 6am). Called in again and chose the lumber department. Got a 1.5 minute wait and spoke with a exasperated sounding guy. Made me feel sorry for calling. Heading to head to Home Depot instead so as not to get that “customer service” in person….

I couldnt find anyone here to help me find what I was looking for I spent 20 minutes wandering around until an associate named Angie showed up!!! She was very friendly and helped me find everything I needed:)) you guys really need to pay her more and for the love of God hire more people!! We only go to this store because of the friendly staff. Laurie that works in Paint is amazing. She helps us Everytime we come in. And grandma is a great backup when Laurie isnt there.

Rude staff everybody is so rude there was one employee who I will not name because she’s scared to give me her name. this employee was trying to trick us only because we spoke a different language really rude don’t recommend coming here Home Depot is where it’s at.

I usually have an acceptable experience at this Lowes, despite the shelves always being picked over, out of stock, and disorganized. But a recent visit has me dropping theyre rating as low as it can go. Ive been shopping there loyally for 5 years.When they say they warranty the Craftsman tools, theyre lying.I recently attempted to take advantage of the Craftsman warranty by returning the damaged tool to the retailer per package instructions. I was declined.They stated that Lowes only replaces individual tools, and since mine was part of a set, they refused to honor the warranty.So, according to them; the lifetime warranty only applies to individual tools.It takes time, effort, and resources to develop a loyal customer, and one bad incident to loose then for good. I think Ill take my business to Home Depot.

Went here today to get a dishwasher. The one I wanted showed in stock online. But after John in appliances went back to dig it out we found that they had been paid for by online customer and not available at this store. I needed one today. While he was digging Johnathan, a different John was kind enough to update me what was going on in back.. because digging them out takes a little bit of time. Mean While Jackie helped 3 other customers quickly and professionaly. While I was waiting I saw a Samsung dishwasher on clearance. Asked John why it was not in box, he wasnt sure and asked Jackie. She knew why and was very informative. So I bought the clearance dishwasher and Im a very happy customer. Thank you to those lowes employees that helped me get what I needed and gave me nothing but exceptional customer service. Thats rare these days. Good job lowes finding the good apples to help me and the rest of the customers. 5 stars all day!😁

This Lowes is awesome. We were shopping to replace all of our carpet with vinyl flooring, about 1,700 sq ft. Originally went to a well known home improvement store. They wouldnt give me a pallet price because the option wasnt in their computer even though I was buying 3 pallets worth of material. We went to Lowes met Joe who works in the flooring department. He sold us a slightly better quality product than what we were looking at, for a respectable discount recognizing we were buy enough to do an entire house. Sure was nice to work with a human. Thank you, Joe!

I made a return and its been for almost a month an ongoing nightmare. After they told me issue was resolved the first time, they said same thing 2 weeks later, and again last weekend. They still havent issued my refund. I call they put me on hold and they disconnect. The worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

May buy lighting item or replace our washer dryer unit here when that comes around. Machines wear out, use em and thats what they do. Lots of supplies. Light bulbs. Tools. Etc. Nice folks. Veterans discount when you show them your VA card. Get that through VA. This day I took several photos to share here on Google Maps.

The customer service here is above and beyond. I showed up minutes before closing not even knowing where to find what I was looking for, and to be honest I wasnt even sure exactly what I needed. I know, not cool. But despite my poor choices multiple employees helped me, and when I was checking out, after closing time (I know I know, dont come for me please) Ron (perhaps a manager?) took the item I was buying and ran it, yes RAN it, to the back of the store to cut it in half for me. All of this with no attitude or lecture from anyone. I was so grateful for their efforts and apologetic for my poor timing and they were all so kind and helpful. I cant recommend this store highly enough. I am a customer for life. Thank you Lowes employees for shining a lovely light in these dark times and proving that outstanding customer service still exists.

Came in to buy a pressure washer today 5-10-21 and had 4 different people attempt to help me and no one could unlock the pressure washers waited over 45 minutes and then walked out very disappointing. The employees i did chase down to help didnt seem interested in helping. No customer service whatsoever!

No shopping carts in lawn and garden...not enough registers open...wheres management? Not on the floor directing lines of people. This store is never ready for the spring season. ..and they are overpriced. Im going to fred meyer. Better prices and customer service

We came in tonight (5/9/2021) to pick up an online order. The order wasnt ready to be picked up, but the ladies at customer service were so helpful and let us gather the items and helped us get all the order picked. We know it was a bit of an inconvenience for them to help us, but they were nice and cheerful throughout the process. 5 stars and thensome for customer service from this Lowes!

Clean enough. Big enough. Just another menial quality, warehouse store, whose basic line of sales is based on giant quantities, of multi-faceted, products. Somewhere between a brand-name amusement part & half time entertainment at a sporting event!

We are remodeling our 21+ year old house and I am doing the bathrooms first. I used the existing cabinet and re-painted it but bought a new counter top and sink which we absolutely love and it was so easy to install.

Trying to return something is almost impossible. It seems to me they may think if you stand in the return line long enough you will just go away. Definitely not like their competition. Very upsetting.

This Lowes is amazingly located, pretty typical in size, and as understaffed as most big hardware stores.

Lowe’s Delta Park is always stocked with what I need and have very friendly, helpful associates. When you have big home repairs or remodeling, it’s a great source of tools, equipment and advice.

I love this Lowes. Its very clean and well organized. The employees are always willing to help me out if I cant find something, and no one has been condescending to me, which as a newbie homeowner I can appreciate. Ill drive the extra 10 mins to go Lowes if I have the time!

Lowes has been great for all my tools and supplies for my projects theyre friendly theyre helpful and Im not have no problem going there to take my friends when they have building supply needs to.

So went there for a specific washer and dryer set. On sale. Not only did they not have it but wouldnt for 6 months. And no they wouldnt sell me the floor model. And they wouldnt give me the sale price. Not going back there. Ever.

I will never shop at this Lowe’s again. I am 38 weeks pregnant. I walked in with three empty 5 gallon water jugs and asked the lady at customer service if there is a flat bed cart I could use. She said I had to walk to lumber to get it. She didn’t offer to help or anything. I waddle to the other side of the store to get one. There isn’t one there. I was back and tell her. I ask if I can use the one at their desk that has nothing on it. She said no this is ours for returns. I then ask her to find me one. She told me I need to walk around the store to find one 🤬 by this point I’m livid. Clearly I’m very pregnant and holding 3 water jugs. I finally just go to lawn mowers (as that is what I am trying to get) I push the service button and wait. 15 min pass no one comes. I waddle to the front and ask for help. Same POS “customer service” lady tells me someone will be there when they can. I waddle back and wait for another 20 min (3 others are waiting too)…. I waddle back to paint to get help. No one can help me. It took me an hour to get help and get the lawn mower and a cart. I finally get it and push it to the front. No one asks if I need help loading it in my car. Clearly I’m pregnant people!!!! I had to load the lawn mower, and 3 full 5 gallon of water containers into my car… Worst experience ever. So lady with the ugly blue moehawk that calls herself “customer service” you suck! Good thing my cousin is the VP of Lowe’s. He heard my whole rant and was livid! This is the 2nd time I’ve had horrible service at that Lowe’s. I tried to give it a second chance. That dumb moehawk lady blew it! I hope management gets an earful and she figures it out… Home Depot here I come for my remodel that I’m starting on my house.

It’s a great place IF you don’t want to find anything on the shelves, and feel like wandering forever searching for an employee to maybe direct you to where you may be able to find just one of the two dozen items on your list. And the atmosphere, being followed literally 3 feet away as you search for anything useful, determined to make the awful experience at least fruitful. Don’t expect aid from your shadow tho nor any of the other shadows that will be walking back and forth at the end of the isle to make sure your not stuffing your pockets with the box of rags or other random rediculously over sized items that apparently requires special guarding, you can actually stop one sometimes and they even say they can help as they disappear around a corner to scurry away and hide only to be spotted peering thru the shelves in hopes of discovering what nefarious activities your conducting. It’s so nice that even after waiting 20 min in the only line available, the self checkout your shadows are still circling like seagulls and you’ve spilled popcorn everywhere. And when confronted, such care is taken to make sure they don’t say something wrong, they will completely ignore your indignation and demands for an explanation to their blatant personal space invasion and retreat to have a team huddle prior to denying any suspicion as it has been determined it was unlikely you shoved that leaf blower and apparently had never actually even touched it. In fact someone else entirely was looking at it and had literally walked out the door right before your eyes with it, but your shadows were far to busy ensuring your personal safety even at the cost of your comfort and personal space. I highly recommend shopping there, if you don’t feel like a criminal that needs a shower and a decontamination room, with a computer as Amazon on the home page after then your just gonna have to give them a second chance, I guarantee they will succeed the second time.!!

Big box store with good selection of tools and lumber. Special orders are processed promptly and notifications by email or phone on arrival at store.

Found what I needed way faster with knowledgeable help from an associate. Payed a fair price and got back to working on my project alot faster than if I had went to home depot, which would have involved the freeway during rush hour.

Wish the two guys I asked knew where to get zip ties and bungie cords, other than that, great

If you are a veteran this place offers a discount. Shopping here has always been great, I’ve always found what I have gone in to get even toilet paper when it was hard to find. They also have good deals on refrigerators in soon I’ll be in the market for one and I plan on going here.

Great planting material for your garden nice store competent employees!

A month agoFair pricing, but over the years realized there products always have a defect if some sort. During this pandemic era they were missing a lot of employees and things were pretty backed up. Better now, but still long lines, still nobody to answer questions.

Great store, but the hose I bought failed on the first use... wouldnt seal.. I hate having to return things (because I am lazy). It was the cheapest 50 ft hose, but still.

I bought a trailer to tow the lawn mower I bought, all online. The trailer came unassembled and they no longer assemble items anymore. So, I had to assemble itin in the parking lot. Even though this was a challenge at first, the whole team at Lowes helped in many ways. From Robert, the ladies at the online pick-up and Ron the manager, they were very kind and helpful.

I want to like this Lowes more than I do. Im always looking for another local option as an alternative to home Depot. Lowes has some great selection on tools and materials but is consistently understaffed and disorganized. If there was a bit more investment in this location they would certainly give home Depot a better run for their money.

Im a home depot shopper but omgoodness the deals I found at Lowes were incredible. The staff were helpful once you found someone as they seemed to be short staffed in the garden Dept. But the cashier was do cheerful I cant wait to go back. The clearance area of plants were perfect for me as a person who loves to tinker n make plants survive. I will return there and definitely they just got a new customer.

I had two orders back to back cancelled without any information why. I called in and apparently out of stock, but the website was never updated to reflect that.Call center transferred to plumbing to see if they could advise on what would work, which they offered I didn’t request which was nice until the guy was obviously irritated to get the call and that didn’t just take first suggested item without first asking ANY of the necessary details like the dimensions of the space, color, material, etc. Maybe they shouldn’t have transferred me, but tell me can’t help over phone, be honest about website, don’t throw out a random product suggestion that’s over a foot too short, too wide, never mention a price and be mad when I ask follow up questions.

Has just about everything youd need for any project.

Got my online order and picked up some other stuff. About the only thing I dont like about this Lowes is there is never a handicap riding cart to use and when I ask, I get a response like probably over at the homeless camps that are all over around the store.Not a very positive answer... hmmm.

Found something here that Home Depot doesnt keep stocked for a repair job

We just left Lowes my husband is a veteran he went in there and he did find what he needed and when he got up to the cashier and showed his military card he didnt have a phone number that matched(as we are not registered with lowes) thank heavens. we go to home Depot he shows his military card and he gets his discount . They also always tell him thank you for your service. We will never ever be to Lowes again I dont need anything that bad to have my husband slapped in the face over a phone number and thats just what it felt like he said. Kudos to home Depot who love veterans I will tell everybody about this that I know is a veteran and ask them to never shop there again the fufu store. I guess people who are doers go to home Depot

They changed around the front of the store for order pick-up so it is no longer a hot mess. The guy in the tools section was able to tell me within 2 feet where an item I was looking for was located. Clearly he knew his stuff (I did have to see his butt crack, but not for long as his directions were exceptional and to the point) Some stock is still a bit of a mess due to covid, but I could find almost all of what I needed.

Worst customer service Ive dealt with. Absolute joke trying to deal with their delivery company DSI. Scheduled a week out for delivery knowing I would be able to be home during the day. They text the night before at 7:50pm with a delivery window of 430pm-830pm the next day. Thats a delivery evening not day I called to talk to someone as I am on call at the hospital at 5pm. They said nothing they can do and cancel the delivery Ive been waiting a week for. I called Lowes PDX to talk to someone about rescheduling and this is now 8:40pm and have been transferred 3 times to a line that rings for 3 minutes then hangs up. I will never deal with Lowes again and if I ever have appliances delivered again I will make sure its not through the joke of a company DSI.

I am pretty confident this is being managed by someone more concerned about the next line of coke than their customers. Ordered 2k worth of paver stones and after 2 months of waiting they cancelled the order. I called they said it was still coming to be understanding because of covid and still nothing. Home depot worked fine though

The employee said if I open the box so you can see the tool you have to buy it. None were out of the box to be seen how do l know I want to buy it for hundreds

Is Lowes here in Delta Park is one of the better ones not that theres any bad ones but they just seem to be really customer oriented and not all about I got a 8 hour shift to do and Im on just try to show them I know what Im doing the most commonly asked where the bolts are they want to come help you while you and I want ask for a quarter 20 bolt or screw and I got to wait a half-hour while they try to figure it out this Lowes I go on my way to come to this store
