A 30 year old employee threw a temper tantrum about having to do to his job. He made my 65 year old father and an over 40 year old co-worker load all the equipment by themselves. My dad said the older gentleman was more than helpful and professional (I wish he got his name) but the young guy smoked his cig and drank his soda until they got ready to load, and then he took off complaining.

I had a bad experience and there response was we are busy and it is what it is. There are plenty of other rental equipment companies in the portland area that care about their clients that I have used and will no longer do business with handyman.

Great rental place but having new direction lights installed on my commercial dump truck.

Rented a lift/trailer, was quoted a price and told everything was included. Extended from 2 days to a month and was charged an extra 300$+ for a trailer I was told was Included. Blew a budget and never renting here again.

Always treated right with this company. Book in advance and youll never have a problem getting the right equipment.

Sounded like reasonable rates, which brought my business there but the hoops you have to jump through and their unpleasant mechanic. I cancelled my rental and went else where.
