Very professional group. Nothing but good results. I rented everything from a chipper to an excavator. I was able to level out a few acres in a few weeks. They brought out equipment on short notice... I am very pleased.

We were in the middle of moving and realized we werent going to be able to finish without some carts. Rented a large flat cart which cut the moving time in half. Extremely affordable, quick and friendly checkout, and solid equipment. Much better than the carts Uhaul or Budget rental and half the cost. Will definitely use again. They also have tons of equipment for house/yard work for rent too.

They were so helpful. When I described the job (sanding my porch), they knew just what kind of sander I would need. When I was having trouble replacing the sandpaper, they walked me through it - again - over the phone.

Becky and Emily handled our wedding order. They checked in with me weekly and every time they called I changed my order (added more). I had so many things on my mind, I surely would have screwed up something. They gave me a 3 hour window for delivery a couple of weeks before the wedding, and narrowed it down to one hour window one week before the wedding. The crew was on time and was very professional and neat and had our chairs delivered where we wanted them. They installed the lights on the inside of the tent and everyone commented how nice they looked. I will definitely recommend this company for future events. If you are on the fence between companies, you would be silly to try another company. If your event is very important as ours was, DO NOT mess around with anyone else. Excellent rental experience. I rented a Hydrobore boring device, heavy duty electric drill with 3/4 chuck and heavy duty extension cord. Jeff handled my request at the counter. Friendly and knowledgeable, Jeff described the operation of the tool, tips and techniques and set me up with exactly what I needed. The rest of the staff were helpful making sure everything was in good working order and helped load the equipment into my truck without hesitation. Highly recommend this rental company.

Fast and friendly service with good quality equipment. I rented a log splitter this time and Harold had good safety tips for every step of the setup process and use. His instruction made the 24 hour chore much easier than it would have been. I have rented from Interstate Rental for more than 20 years. I have always had great service doing the paperwork and preparing the equipment. Interstate Rentals has never let me down.

I rented a 31hp stump grinder for 24hrs. The equipment was in top shape, clean, and easy to operate. Renting was quick and easy. Someone took the time to explain its operation, and what to expect when returning it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their pricing was better than the others I checked. I will be back.

I will only use them when I absolutely have no choice. Unfriendly. Uncomprimising. No follow up, over charging and just an overall lack of interest in the customer except for taking money.

He got me my equipment in a timely manner and was very explanatory when it came to how to use the equipment. I was at interstate rentals today and I rent a snake to unstop my drain in the kitchen the service people upfront with very nice and there was a technician in the back who actually gave me the snake. The people working at the counter and in the back were knowledgeable and helpful when I rented a concrete saw- helped me decide which one was best, explained the varied fees etc. They seem to be properly set up for the current apocalyptic setting.

He came out on a Saturday morning, no less, to help me lift a 200 pound couch into a second story apartment with a scissor lift, no problem. I rented a sod cutter but had trouble with the operating instructions I was given. I was happily surprised when they sent someone to my work site to help me, and subtracted the dinking around time from my overall time. I would love to do business here again.

I never like leaving less than great reviews unless... well i made a reservation and was told it would be a set amount and everything was set for my arrival the next day. It was not no clue who i was or what i had reserved luckily the did have the equipment i needed, but the cost was more and the instructions given for the equipment could have been written on the inside of a match book cover, lacking details. After trial and error i completed my job and returned the tools but was met with aloof and indifferent front desk support that didnt really seem to care about the missing reservation or troubles i had with the tools nor discuss the cost delta... There are better places to rent tool from, ill go there next time.

Rented a articulating lift to take care of roof an tree work. Delivered on time, instructed in using the lift, got it situated to do the work. I scheduled for a week, but the work only took until mid AM the next day, so called in that I was done, the lift was gone by that evening. I checked in today on the bill and assumed it would be for 2 days, but no it was only for a day. These guys were all helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.Overall it was a great customer experience, which is seldom my experience One of my favorite whines is customer service is dead, but not at Interstate Rentals.

They have a lot of helpful information on their website about what equipment or tools they carry, and have a large inventory for a variety of projects. Called and reserved a 1 1/2 ton chain lift. When I got there they told me they didnt have one but they would rent me a 3 ton for the same price. When he brought it out I could tell no one had ever done any type of maintenance on it! We tried to get it to racket but the clutch was toast! All of their lifting rigging wouldnt work! Im afraid if someone uses that equipment it could be dangerous! Ive worked with rigging for 30 years and had to refuse to take it because of the condition of the equipment! Rigging can be dangerous if you are using bad equipment! Rigging should be tested before it is ever handed over to a customer! Very disappointed!Great news! Interstate rentals took responsibility for their lifting/ rigging gear and removed it from their inventory! They truly understand that the safety of their customers comes first! Its a huge responsibility and costly to maintain this type of equipment! 4 stars for Interstate rentals for stepping up and doing the right thing!Thank youJason Hutchison

Great selection, super quick service. These guys were better priced than the rental place right next door to us even with delivery. We rented a forklift and it was delivered in 2 hours notice. Just make sure you top off the propane because they must charge $20/gallon for it. If youre a penny pincher like me, everything counts. Im probably going to make all my rentals for business and personal use here. Another tip: all Interstate Rentals Inc. dont have the same rates. This one is way better for some reason.

Took some of our equipment to Interstate rentals for service and repair. They got us right in, the Manager Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful on what our machines needed. When picking up the machines both the front desk and the service tech went over everything they did and what we can do to prevent future failures. I rented a concrete saw from these guys. A poorly designed part on the saw broke within a couple hours (not their fault). They swapped out the part, and got me back up and running, and furthermore, reset the rental hours. Good professional folks to work with. Chad at the front counter was very helpful.

Larger corporations have formulae for how their clientele are treated, whereas at Interstate Rentals you have a relationship, they remember you, and I know all of their employees and they know me. Now tell me how well you think you would be treated under these circumstances. If it isnt obvious you havent experienced it first hand. The floor sander and edger were from the regan era at best, so frustrating to use we had to go to Home Depot for something to get the job done. Brought it back a day early and was still charged $130, $20 less than it was going to be for two days. A huge disappointment and waste of time for equipment far different than pictured online. The counter staff was uninterested and unapologetic in helping. This is the first review Ive ever left, the only time I thought it necessary to leave public feedback.

Everytime I need something these guys always have it. The prices are very competitive and the staff are always very helping and pretty cool. They have free popcorn and coffee for us early risers too.
