Just needed some parts for my 97 y/o Mothers hearing aid and they went above and beyond for her! Great people, highly skilled. Tried Costco before that and they treated me like I was crazy for even asking.

When Koru popped up in my neighborhood I decided to use their services. I was delighted to meet Leslie, who is very attentive and warm. She is amazingly learned and up to date on every detail. Leslie is the best of the best. She’s professional, kind, knowledgeable and takes her time with each of her clients. I took my newborn son to her and She was so gentle. She wasn’t rushing or trying to speed up the process of testing a newborn. You can feel how much she cares for her patients and makes the process a breeze.

I want to say this right off the bat: What a nice experience from walking in the door to walking out. I needed advice on how to safely protect my family when we went to the range, so I came to Koru Hearing to get advisement. I was greeted courteously and warmly; nor did I have to wait long to speak to the specialist.She heard me out very patiently and took her time in explaining methods we can use as a family to protect our hearing. The prices are so reasonable I plan to reach out to Koru for custom ear protection fittings. Such a change of pace from the cookie cutter spots you find in other venues. Leslie is a remarkable audiologist. I have been wearing hearing aids for about five years and she is the third professional that has helped me. She is in a different league than the others. What sets her apart is that she is (a) obsessive about making/keeping you happy as a customer; (b) she is quite geeky with hearing aid equipment.There was a problem with the wireless connection on my hearing aids. It was not a serious issue but enough that it bothered me. Even though I did not ask for an exchange, she sensed that I was not happy and got me another pair that I am now very pleased with. Most people who wear hearing aids don’t have it optimized for their hearing because a lot of audiologists don’t take the time to configure them correctly for you. Leslie takes the time and makes sure it is right.Leslie really loves working with hearing aids. She plays with them like I play with my camera gear. It is quite amusing to see her making small adjustments to the settings until I hear the consonants just right. She installed a little anchor on my set that secures the dome in its place. None of the other audiologist ever did that.How many health care professionals will give you their cell-phone number? I have Leslie’s -- that says it all.

I have been wearing and updating my hearing aids for over 15 years. My hearing loss is severe to profound. Earlier in 2020, my previous provider told me that my hearing loss had deteriorated to the point where they could not help me anymore. This news was very depressing to me and I started to avoid social contact, meetings, and other life events because I just could not hear. It was time to search for help. I discovered newer hearing aids that were available and also info about the proper hearing aid adjustments that SHOULD be done to accommodate a specific person’s hearing loss. My previous provider had NOT been doing those adjustments. Within a few days I also spotted a building with a bright green sign showing KORU HEARING, I checked and learned that they were rated excellent and OWNER/AUDIOLOGIST- LESLIE HASS YOUNG was highly qualified. I made an appointment. Leslie checked my hearing and recommended a hearing aid that she was confident would be able to handle my range of hearing loss. She made the PROPER adjustments to a DEMO pair - and sent me home with them to test drive. No obligation - just the opportunity to check them out. WOW! The difference in my ability to hear and UNDERSTAND speech was so great that I walked around for a few days talking to everyone I saw. My own speech sounded more natural to me and I was able to enjoy music, TV, and other sounds that I had been locked out of for so long. Amazing! Leslie ordered a new pair of aids for me and made custom ear molds that she said would increase my ability to hear and understand even further. She called in a few days to let me know that everything had arrived, was ready to be fitted and adjusted, and I would be able to try all of this with no obligation to purchase. Well, that decision was EASY! How could I NOT want to hear and understand speech and participate in life?!? I am now hearing better than I have been in the last two decades!!! Absolutely life-changing! I totally recommend Leslie and Koru Hearing if you want to be able to communicate and hear and understand the sounds all around you. THANK YOU LESLIE AND KORU HEARING!

Superb experience!! I came in for an impression (ear impression for an aviation headset). Dr. Leslie is super friendly, professional, and shes a perfectionist!! She found a tiny air bubble in my right ears mold, and she immediately decided to redo the whole ear!! I got my custom headset in the mail today, and it definitely fit like a glove.
