Dr. Shiley is very attentive and great with kids. My son is five and he talked to him directly and explained everything. He has a very calming presence. Definitely worth the drive into Portland from SW WA.

Horrible experience... absolutely horrible. For starters while youre in the reception area you will notice that underneath some of the furniture lots of dirt, garbage and debris... place is totally unsanitary. During my initial consultation some sawed off head doctor walked in... barked a few orders at my clinician...and left without so much as an apology for interrupting. That said... my clinician did not even so much as listen to my needs... went forward and ordered the wrong product and in the process of fitting me (I could not get the hearing aid out of my ear) she gouged the inside of my ear with her fingernail... causing it to bleed. Thats not all... she actually had the nerve to send me a brief note boasting of her psychiatric skills. Seriously you cant make this up...I went there to buy a new hearing aid... not for a psychiatric examination. Again, terrible experience... very unprofessional treatment.
