David has been wonderful at helping my mother with hearing aids she got somewhere else and did not work properly. He took much time with patience and was able to give her back the hearing she was missing! The team here is very helpful and so friendly with attention to detail. My mom has refused to go anywhere else!

The atmosphere was quite welcoming. I was greeted at the door and the Covid protocol was done. The receptionist was very pleasant, I filled out paperwork and saw the specialist right away. The testing was really easy and not time consuming. After he sat me down and explained the results in detail. The whole experience was very informative and pleasant.

Staff were professional and knowledgeable. This was a visit where I learned so much about the importance of hearing and how it effects other functions. I also learned of the possibilities not just for myself but for others in my family. I feel truly blessed to have a plan moving forward for my hearing. My husbands hearing aids needed maintenance and it was so easy. Michelle came out to the parking lot and brought back the aids in 10 minutes. Especially convenient and safe during this crazy time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office is pleasant and clean and well equipped, they help with insurance claims, they follow COVID protocols carefully, and they give overall good service.

Just had my first year anniversary of getting my wonderful hearing aids from David and Michelle. The entire experience was easy and professionally done. They are kind and caring and very knowledgeable about which product is best for each individual. I go every six months for cleaning and checking my hearing aids and do nothing in between except change the batteries. I recommend them highly and look forward to many years working with them.
