I run the largest tree care business in my area. I cannot emphasize how important good quality equipment and service after the sale is. Jesse accommodated me on a day they werent even open for an equipment purchase. Much more importantly, he was there for us in a super-expeditious manner when we needed parts. Were HARD on equipment. We consistently use equipment outside of specs. When a piece of everyday equipment is down, I lose money. I have half million dollar pieces of equipment, and when I need a part, and I have to deal with a dealer making me do my own research, and then wait forever for a part, it hurts. None of that from Morin Diesel. Jesse had parts to me next day, correct and fast. I simply cannot tell you how much I wish he sold all other lines of equipment I use, as I would never go anywhere else! Highly recommend this business that still has ethic, and honor...in a world where its mostly missing.

We have had Morin Diesel repair our box trucks and service trucks for the last few years and weve had nothing but a great experience. Morin Diesel understands that the trucks we have need to be inservice and they live up to their schedule. We recently had an Isusu NPR truck that needed a rebuild on the motor. After my truck got totally messed up at other shops I was directed to Morin diesel. They diagnosed the problems which were many, my computer was flashed with the wrong program ,they straightened it out. My rack was out of adjustment and I needed a new fuel injector they fixed that. Also what amazed me and has never happened before, I was having just overall problems I was told it was the wiring harness a 4000.00 dollar job, what it actually was the lock on the harness that locks it to the computer a 25.00 part. They could have taken me and did not. They are fair, honest to a fault and vary decent on there price. I do not believe I would still be in business if I had not gone there. Great people if you have a problem and no one can fix it try taking It here you will not regret it.

I was recently in Hartford on business while there F250 Diesal broke down due to shotty work from another shop back home. The guys at Morin Diesel had my truck towed in and diagnosed the problem with hours and had it repaired the next day. They are top quality mechanics

With having a fleet of 50+ trucks, I am very loyal to Morin Diesel. Jesse and the guys there are an asset to our company. Morin diesel is my got to choice for all my repairs we cant handle in our shop. They are quick and complete. Their pricing is fair and and accurate. These guys are by far one of the best diesel shops in the state.

Couldnt be happier. Just picked up my truck - had a laundry list of issues and they tackled them all for such a worthwhile price. All issues were explained in detail by the front desk. I think anyone who has a problem with Morin Diesel must have come in with a bad attitude in the first place. They are the professionals - everyone I talk to says the same thing - leave it to Morin.

Just picked up my truck from Morin Diesel. Got down the road to DQ in Portland, Ct, and it caught on FIRE... I had to have the Fire Dept. Put it out. I called very upset and talked to the owner who basically told me that it wasnt his fault. I had the injectors and the fuel filter replaced according to my invoice. I explained this to him and tried telling me that a no liquids can catch on fire on a hot engine... Which is completely false. I paid over a thousand dollars to these people to fix my truck and I would think that before releasing it to me that they would have checked it for leaks and road worthiness. The owner was rude and basically told me to go pound sand, and If I wanted to do anything about it, to take him to court. This was the rudest customer service I have ever encountered not to mention that he didn’t care one way or another that a vehicle that just left his shop after being worked on caught fire. After telling him that I was Veteran and I hope he didnt treat all of his customers that way, he replied who gives a F what you were or are. I have read a couple of his replies on here and I want to squash this before he replies. YES the truck sat there for a few months while I paid off the bill. However he assured me that everything was good to go with the truck, so I took his word for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for repairs. I am having the truck towed to a real Diesel shop and I will update this post with the findings. As Morin Diesel refused to even drive 2 miles down the road to look at it.

Found a work truck to upgrade to. The owner made sure that every issue that the truck had was taken care of, before allowing the truck to be sold. The truck was a 2001 ford, but is in the condition of a five year old truck. I looked through a lot of his other trucks and they seem to be exceptionally clean. I hate dealers but this place is one of the good ones that I can trust. I have had the truck for a year now and havent had an issue of any kind. Very impressed with condition of the inventory they have on their lot. Also I would like to say the prices are very fair.

I paid $350 for an inspection of my truck and was told both my front bearings were shot, and I needed a new front end. Went to a different mechanic and found it was just my tire. They rotated the tires and two years later I am still problem free.

These people are horrible. Had my truck said they fixed it went 5 miles down the road and truck wouldnt run. Charged me for the tow bill. Had for over a month said it was fixed they took for test drive only to say what they originally replaced was no good.still not fixed. Excuse after excuse. Their prices are outrageous their employees are liers and rude.

Had Morin Diesel work on my 2005 Chevy 2500 diesel truck needed MD to check out my glow plugs he found all 8 not working so had him replace them MD only broke 3 glow plugs and the price was right it did take MD an extra day but it was doon right and three weeks later had skipping from the motor going 60 to 70 mph MD sead I need a new fuel filter with out hooking truck up to the computer to make more money so had MD change the filter it took about 35 min and I was on the road I feel I can trust Morin Diesel I will go back 8/23/16

I take my big Detroit diesels here when I have a serious issues that no one else can figure out. These guys are quick and know their stuff.
