Im deaf, so my perspective differs from that of others in that dealing with me requires more patience on the part of the business.That said, I can say that Ethan is not only professional and straightforward, he is also patient and willing to use alternative modes of communication such as text, FB Messenger, Email, and so on.I had my Diesel in for a leaky pan gasket/rear main seal. Ethans diagnosis confirmed my suspicions and he also diagnosed a leak with the turbo charger drain tube.Truck was fixed by the timeline provided by Ethan. In fact, I got it 3-4 days earlier and Ive since put about thousand miles on it towing my 5th wheel around the state of Oregon.Thanks Ethan!

I took my Ford F-350 Amarillo to his shop for the first time and I am incredibly impressed with his customer service and knowledge. I was having difficulty with AAA picking up my truck to tow it to his shop on time and he was super understanding and worked with me. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything, called me when my truck was delivered to his shop, and was extremely thorough with the diagnostic! Excellent shop to take a diesel; I’m definitely coming back for my maintenance!

Ethan is knowledgeable and will make sure you get exactly what you want. He has installed additional lighting for me with wiring properly installed and not a wild mess. His service is the best and he is a true man of his word. He will keep you up to date on any project big or small that you put in his shop. Im so glad I found this shop. Its the only place I will ever take my trucks too.

Best diesel shop I could have asked for. Ethan took care of me and my truck after I had two other shops screw me over on not fixing problems, or just flat out saying it was not something they could do. They are down to earth, and will tell you like it is, no sugar coating. Best communication that I could have hoped for, kept me updated and in the loop with the repairs and their process. I had my truck bulletproofed a couple months ago but I wanted to get some miles on it before writing a review. I have to say I was super impressed with Eathan and the guys at Hi-Torque. I had Ethan and his crew bulletproof my truck after shopping around about 8 different shops. He ran into multiple issues with parts during the rebuild and was upfront about them, giving me updates on progress throughout the work being done. The day after getting my truck back, I got stranded in one of my suppliers parking lots when the oil pressure sensor blew and started spewing oil. Ethan showed up within an hour in his service truck, and had me back on the road only 90 minutes after calling him. I cant think of any other diesel shop willing to do that. Hi-Torque Performance has won my business for life.

Brought my truck in 5 months ago to get bulletproofed and tuned because of all the 5 star ratings. Ethan was a very nice guy and knew 6.0s. Here is why Im only giving 2 stars:Steering wheel was waaay off center (brought back to fix but still off center)Cigarette lighter and 12V power plugins dont work anymoreTrailer brake system wasnt working anymore (informed them about it but still not working)High pressure oil pump failed (after paying towing costs, they replaced part)Oil pressure switch failed (seems like this would be replaced along with HPOP but it was still the original part)HPOP failed again yesterdayThe truck runs awesome when its running but since Ive had Hi-torque work on it, its been nothing but a money pit.So I forgot to add that they replaced a component for the steering by their recommendation which was why the steering wheel as off center.

Ethan and Jake are great. Was having issues with my truck been to three other shops and they handled it with no flaws first time. After going to them i will never go anywhere else.

My Dodge diesel had a bad case of HUMBUG. The crew went through my whole truck, cleaning and replacing parts as needed. the truck now runs great, also went with the S&B air filter, great choice.

It was not a good experience I took my truck to get it fix and get new injectors, i was charge and my truck was not fix, I took it somewhere else where I was told my injectors are not new. I’m very disappointed and I would personally wouldn’t recommend it
