These guys are wonderful! They have worked on 2 of our class A RVs and have always done an excellent job. Be prepared to wait your turn as they can be busy. Good things are worth waiting for, be patient!

Great service, great communication. Jake Came to my location to diagnose and repair an exhaust manifold leak on my diesel pusher. Replaced all gaskets and fittings but had to replace manifold since it was warped (very common) and would not go back on straight. Parts had to be ordered and Jake communicated daily on the order status and his return. Started on a Thursday and completed the following Tuesday once parts arrived. Showed up 15 minutes early each time. Found my new chassis tech!

Not sure where Jake went, he was working on our Prevost RV and said he had to get new batteries and never came back and still has my batteries out of the RV. I did eventually buy new batteries and had them replaced, it has been a little over 2 months since we have seen him after repeated phone calls and messages, not 1 returned phone call or message back from him. Jake always did good work when he did work on our RVs but this is not like Jake and would hope he contacts us and let’s us know what is going on.

Called Big Rig to tune up the diesel on my motor home. Communication and scheduling was great. Jake and his son came to the lot where I store my RV and did a quick and efficient job. If you have a diesel pusher you can’t do better for mobile repair than Big Rig.

Not sure whats going on with this guy. He came highly recommended from Camping World of Wilsonville so I gave him a buzz. He came out within a couple days and looked at things and then rescheduled the repair visit a week out. Once he came out, he discovered that the issue wasnt as severe as he had thought but needed parts. We scheduled the follow up a week out. However, he no showed. I called him twice after that and sent a text message, and its now been 2 weeks and no return calls.Not sure if something happened to the guy? Strange.

Excellent service & fair pricing. Jake is a really easygoing guy & stays with the project until its done right. Thanks, Jake, for a great service.

Lack of communication made the entire experience pretty bad. Wouldnt go back.
