Very nice and very fast he knew over the phone what the issue was he is now a mobile mechanic showed up to my house same day and fixed my head light it was the ballast in the housing itself did a great job and very fair price. Trust me! This place is terrible and Ill tell you why. One, they are not german car mechanics. There business name is E & A auto repairs. Also they will and use generic parts and charge you for genuine ones. This could cause further damage to your car if they fail. Which happened to me.Additionally, they will lot find what is causing an issue, they will doing whatever is the easiest guess and charge you for work until they stumble on the actual issue. And they are liars and cheats in general. They did not fix anything with my car, they only caused damage.

My husband came here to do a full replacement on his brakes and rotors. 2 days later, it was squeaking. It took them 2 weeks to call us back to have them look at it. When they finally had a chance to look at it, they seemed annoyed that we came back. Ps. It is still squeaking and they never really fixed it, not worth the money. Stay clear from this place

It was a cinch to get my car in here and they fixed it quite fast. Friendly owner, happy to do your work.Maybe they could have a front desk assistant more readily. I think the owner does the front desk but he is also helping in the shop some so often there is nobody up to assist customers.

Nazirs shop is my go-to place for repairs on my 1983 Vanagon. He owns several Vanagons himself, and always 1) offers honest service at affordable prices, 2) shows me what was broken and how, and 3) is always a pleasure to chat with. He has an amazing life story on top of running a great shop. Will happily bring my Vanagon into the shop if in need of repairs while in Portland area.

The guy working the counter was upfront on the price ahead of time and stuck to the price. It was done quickly and to my satification. Side note, they replaced a thermostat and the housing on my 2007 Audi A8.

So friendly and helpful, and the service was fast and thorough. My Jettas battery finally died - on a Saturday - and replacement requires a computer re-set. I found E & A with a google search, called them thinking I might get an appointment on Monday or Tuesday at the soonest. I spoke with Nazir (apologies if not spelled right) and he told me to just get it there before 6 and it would be done that same day I called! I know that its a quick and easy fix, but most shops dont seem to feel the same urgency as the auto-owner. They were very nice, efficient and reasonably priced. I was so relieved that I didnt have to waste a busy 3 day weekend because of a dead battery... I highly recommend E & A!

I just brought my VW Golf in this morning after the all power windows suddenly stopped working. The drivers window was stuck open and it was pouring rain. The owner of this business was not only friendly but he took my car inside and promptly fixed the problem, charging me absolutely nothing! I will certainly bring my VW back to this place next time it needs work.

I always take my tiguan here they are reliable and honest. They get the work done in a fraction of the time for half the price of what the dealership tried to quote me. I only go here when there is a problem

Very friendly staff but the shop is dirty and I had to walk around the garage looking for help. I also thought the quote was way too high for what I was looking to have done.
