Site said it was open, but its not. The Coming Soon was not in the title when I searched and checked times this AM.

Dry system is very poor, overall is old equipment, car is all wet, and you have to pay $1 for vacuum! What? All Kaady washes have free vacuum and much better equipment whats so special here?!

Update the Website, because this place isn’t even close to opening.

To the two ladies working today (Tuesday May 7, 2019 at 10:40 am) kudos!!! Amazing customer service and upbeat attitudes. I hope y’all are making the top tier pay amounts here.Been going to this car wash every now and then to clean up my ride and these two employees have been the best ones yet. Thank you for your feedback. Everyone. We understand change is not always easy but sometimes it is in the best interest of the customer and their vehicle. We do not wash vehicles with bike racks on the rear of the vehicle as it posses a risk to both the customers vehicle and the equipment. We did and do offer to help remove bike racks and reinstall them as well, as we do every day. Just ask. Certain aftermarket racks/accessories are not permitted for the same reason. We are not in the business of damaging cars but cleaning them. We do this to keep your vehicle protected. We do wash certain after market equipment. Ok, I mostly go there for the self-service vacuums, but even then I forget to take my quarters with me and have to ask for change. The staff is super friendly - always. Paying attention to who is there, smiling, looking engaged and eager to help. It’s nice, gives the place a fun energy. And when I *do* get the car wash, it’s always way better than the basic drive-throughs because of the pre-wash care they give my car before the wash even starts!

Always a great place to get the car washed & vacuumed. Easy access via NW 19th and almost never a wait (especially in the morning during the week).

Been going here for 5 years and manager suddenly changed policy to not allow bike racks. Mine is difficult to take off and this is my neighborhood car wash. Manager explained it’s because it can hurt their equipment. Just note not to waste your time if you have aftermarket equipment on your car.

This is not KISS Car Wash!! It’s now Kaady. Awful old equipment and left car streaky with wax spots all over. Listed as Kiss but it’s not. Beware! Old old equipment and wax spots and no RainX. I used my kiss car wash coupon and wouldn’t refund money.

I go here to clean my car out quickly and have no problems with the vacuum stations. However the one star is for the staff they have onsite. The two attendants working the car wash were harassing me as soon as I pulled my vehicle into a spot. They had no reason to speak to me as it is a self service vacuum. I felt unsafe, violated, and it was extremely unprofessional. I had to tell them to stop twice before they stopped talking to me. Even after they stopped talking to me, one of them continued to stare and stand right in front of where I was cleaning my car.

Have gone to get a quick car wash and was not overwhelmed nor was I underwhelmed. They clean my car. And if it isnt clean after going through I always can run it back through another time

Paid for the best option, The Works. I had to run my car twice through the wash, was still dirty. Didnt want to waste my time going through a third time even though the wash only lasts about 10 seconds. Car was still visibly dirty. All other car washes I have been to last a lot longer and get the job done. This one rushes through it and does a very poor job. Do not waste your money here

We were returning our rental car and needed to give it a quick clean. The young guy there was very helpful, and the car came out lots cleaner than we expected.

I used to go here because it was convenient, but I will never be returning. Last time I was there, the wash broke off a part of my car that they should be held liable for, but their employees on staff were very dismissive and flippant. When I reached out to corporate about it, they never responded.And the real kicker? My car didnt even come out fully cleaned.

Its a car wash, almost all are priced the same and they are all not that good for the paint on your car. perfect for a quick wash hen you just cant stand it anymore.

Went right before closing so the guys were busy trying to clean up... My bad. But it was well kempt and all the vacuums and vending machines seemed to be functional. The ramp up to the wash is a bit daunting but just follow the attendants instructions and youll be fine. There is a height and width limit. No big wheel trucks or dually wheels. Tuck in your mirrors and lower your antenna if you can. Dont forget to take your magnets off before you go in... You will lose them. The car came out pretty clean and dry. No majors spots that I noticed and prices were very resonable.

The car wash was pretty clean and reasonably priced the staff was pretty friendly the vacuum ran for a very long time which was great because I really needed it

I was looking to get a car wash.There wasnt a Kaady nearby so I stopped here. First they attack your car with soft bristled brushes but forget about the soft bristles, they bang your car up with the wooden handles (cracked my rear tail light cover). Then you go through after paying for the $10 dollar premium car wash and realize you only got the base car wash. After all that fun your car doesnt even get fully dried and the green light at the end has a burnt out bulb. All in all, Id highly recommend avoiding it and going the extra distance for another car wash.Time to get a new tail light cover. Joy.Oh, and whats with all the hype on $1 dollar vacuums? Kaady has them for free. Shrug.

Doesnt always get bird droppings off the first time through, but does a good enough job otherwise.

Using the automated autowash service here I would say this place is OK. As you go into the wash the attendants scrub your car with a brush and soap for harder to remove dirt areas or funky contours of your vehicle, this was a manual pre wash so to speak. I noticed this and I knew I had a few small areas on the car that I knew were dirtier / more difficult so I tipped the attendant well $5 on a $9 wash thinking it would encourage them to get those areas, unfortunately they did not put any extra help in and those areas came out dirt on the other side of the automated wash. Little bit sad about that. Upon exiting the autowash, you drive out, theres no one there to check your car or manually get missed wash areas. The auto wash cleans most of your car pretty good - we have a four door sedan. I did notice that it did not get the lower front of the car that well. So yeah its an OK place, could be made better if the attendants cared a little more. I would go back there and know not to tip. Offers decent value for money and you might need to post clean some areas of your vehicle. Our car is very minimal / not much trim on the outside, so if your vehicle has a lot of crevices / shape / grills this place probably wont get into that.

Definitely get your moneys worth on the vacuums. Otherwise, a solid choice that gives good results.

Im basing my review on the comments and reviews prior to this review and according to what Ive reviewed amazing I love a car wash that has long lasting vacuums for only a dollar thats fantastic 4 stars

Okay car wash. Not worth a trip unless you are driving by.

Had some real caked-on dirt on the rental car that a little spray and light scrub from them wouldve helped before it went through the wash. The regular wash ($8) got most of it off. I had to go over and wipe the rest with a cloth. There wasnt a description of the difference between the deluxe ($10) and regular.

Decent car wash especially if youre in a pinch. Self service for interior cleaning.
