Horrible place to get your truck washed. Itd be better driving to the Columbia River and hiring a couple of bums to wash your truck. $144 for a truck wash, trailer wash and a washout. They got irritated when I asked them to re-rinse it to get the bugs off my windshield. Heres the pictures of my trailer back doors right after I pulled out, bugs on the mirror, dirt in the rail of the inside of my trailer. Dirt and mud on my reefer unit and the front of the trailer. What a joke.

Had to wait shortly while they did cleaning of bay but it was well worth the wait. I have never left unsatisfied from a Blue Beacon...especially this one. Pictures show while Im happy!

Paid $163 yesterday for truck trailer and trailer wash out. Stood outside truck while it was getting washed. They only used bushes on stacks. These pictures are taken today I’m still at the truck stop with the blue beacon. There is no reason it should have this much left on the truck. I won’t be utilizing this facility anymore

Pretty decent time to get through when oil rigs are not holding up line.

Worst wash ever,they didn’t even wash the oil off and dirt and told me to leave!!! They charged me $120 to clean the oil on my trailer and they didn’t even get it clean! And told me to leave.Bring your truck here only if you want to spent money and leave the same way it came in…

These guys wash your truck real good its at Jubitz theres two truck washes their these guys do a lot better job than the other place so make sure if youre going to get your semi washed you get it washed it their place not the other one its right in behind Jubitz easy to find

I was not happy paying $74 and that the way they wash it ?

I had requested that it be hand wax ready. And said I would pay extra. I was told it would not be a problem and they could do it. I still had to spot wash before I could wax. The staff was very polite, unfortunately that did not resolve the remaining dirt and bugs.

One of the best truck washes in the country they don’t wash by time but until it’s clean been washing my truck here for years amazing work

I arrived here while the line was long. Finally made it to the facility and they tell me that they have to charge me $5 per minute to wash my truck due to the amount of dirt on my truck. The Pressure on the hose is not being turned up, and there is only a slight difference in the amount of water used. Complete Rip off.

Took my RV there and had it washed after a long time in storage. They did a great job for the time and price. Quick in and out and got the bulk of what I needed done.

There is a problem developing problem with the Blue Beacon. You guys are not washing the wheels thoroughly. Not rinsing the truck properly either. The engine wash was not acceptable either. So no. I was not satisfied.

Its tight getting in...out is ok...they were fast, excellent service! It was like midnight to 1am n they were ON IT!

Truck was much cleaner but not spotless.

Horrible place, I had my truck detailed here. We verbally agreed the price to be $150 ( they don’t document) and after they did their terrible service the manger added, $100 on the initial $150. When I insisted that that was not what we agreed on, the manager started shouting... they made me pay. Really terrible place.

The night crew does a terrible job. Tons of missed spots and they rush the whole job. They act like you are interrupting them.

One bay, but 6 guys and they did a damn good job. Had my truck looking brand new again. The truck stop will ALWAYS have parking. You could get in line, go off duty and wait till you’re finished and grab a spot, no problem.

Sat in line for 2 hours to get a half decent wash and none of the extras I paid for. Like Weather Gaurd. I get being tired and the job may be hard but come on.

I come here every week at about 3 or 4 am on Thursday. The crew is awesome and so super friendly. They take care of my washout fast and still do a great job.

They do a great job on the trailer wash outs. They need to lighten up on the mask demands...1st of all certain medical conditions prevent the wearing of a mask, 2nd certain religious beliefs exonerate the wearing of a mask, 3rd it is illegal to conceal carry and wear a mask, 4th it is not in the Constitution, 5th it is not a law and you provide a service for the public so by refusing service you are breaking the law...I can go on and on, but the top 5 should define the situation enough to prevent law suits against your business....

This place is excellent at daytime (in a presence of a manager) night time people just wanna sit back and enjoy the night going by. The people here wanted me to wear a mask before they would even answer one of my questions, since my truck was parked like over a quarter of a mile away I just left instead.

Parked outside. Did not use. My trailer was scraped along the side while inside picking up food order.

Good washjob. Pretty fast to get thru. Only a 1 bay facility so it might be a line during daytime. I went there at 330am.

First and last time I have ever paid $44 for a simple washout at a Blue Beacon.Ive paid cheaper to have a trailer loaded with blood washed out in California!

They did an absolutely terrible job. Missed so many spots.

They are open 27/7 but it gets backed up accordingly.

Definitely not as good as they used to be a cpl yrs ago and they missed several spots w the brush but its hard to catch it when its wet at the station.Customer service was top rate though

Pretty long wait because there’s only one bay. I really appreciate them enforcing the mask rule, though. I, out of habit, jumped out of my truck without a mask and one of the guys asked me to wear one. Abso-freaking-lutely I will, thanks for the reminder! I think we’ve all become lax in our social distancing lately and it’s great to have people still reminding and enforcing it.

Our motorhome was very dirty. Overall they did a great job...we did notice a some spots missed on this 38 footer after we got home. Happy to know there is a place to take our RV for a wash! Well definitely be back again!

They did a great job washing my 5th RV trailer. The line was 2 hours long, but that was really the only negative. Great price.

Washes RVs also. Since they use a spray wand and dont pan rub it down the wash is not 100% perfect. Spraying goes a long ways to clean off the accumulated dust and road grime that one picks up driving long distances. Overall Im very satisfied with the wash I got there.

Waited in line for over 3.5 hours! When the trailer was finally washed out, they did such a horrible job that they had to do it again... Your better off to drive next door. I have the next day... Better service little cheaper price, in and out FAST....

They left a few greased spots and when told them if they can go with the brush they just wont do it 😒

Wash job was ok but sat in line for two hours behind three trucks before they even got to me. So much for sneaking in late at night while the line is shorter to get in and out quicker. Unfortunately most likely will not be returning because I don’t have the time to wait around while on the E-log. 😒👎🏻

Had to show 6 Blue Beacon Wash Staff all the .missed sections they missed. The truck is White and should have easily been seen. Also they left the wash bay doors open, big mistake. Very hot and windy, the soap water dried quickly so when it was rinsed the soap and dirt residue remained. Very dissapointed Blue Beacon. Generally the washes overall at all your locations have been satisfactory, but the staff at this location needs improvement!!
