Service here is so hot and cold. On Sunday, 7/5 around 5pm, I got a “platinum” full service car wash for $35 and tipped $10 when I got out of the car. The car was barely vacuumed, I had crumbs in the center console, and the inside was not wiped down at all inside. This is just one way below average experience of many, but other times it’s fantastic. I wish it was more consistent. I go at least once every other week, and I’m not willing to bet almost $50 each time anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone comes here, and I also won’t be back.

This is the absolute best place in the world. I go here every day, even if its just for the free coffee. Very kind, professional people. Especially the cashier and full service attendants!Im a messy pig, and if it werent for this place Id be buried in my own filth within a week. The prices are reasonable and the wash tunnel itself is very welcoming and pretty lights and wax to make it fun on the way thru. Comes out better looking and smelling than when I go in, what more can I ask for? I tip big every time. Going here again tomorrow for a full service before hitting the beach, its gonna be super hot outside.

I used to come here a lot years ago when I lived in the city to have my cars washed and interior vacuumed. I took my new CRV in last week and paid $27 for the service (including the cargo area) after a trip to the beach with grandkids. The work area in the back looked nasty. Garbage strewn around, etc. I was second in line and watched attendants stand around chatting with customer before me for several minutes (after her car was done) before she left and they turned their attention to me. Service was quick and workers were pleasant, but sand in the back was still there when done. I went back to them and he said “I know, right? My vacuum just wouldn’t pick it up!” 🙄 I asked about the sides where sand was undisturbed and he agreed to wipe it out. I asked if the problem was his vacuum and he said “yeah, maybe.” He did not attempt to re-vacuum. Overall, unimpressed with effort. Used to be a stellar service but I’m not going back.

Came through the wash. Full service was busy so I just decided I’ll go get the exterior wash. The gentleman working the cashier seemed to have a very bad attitude. Seemed to be working hard though. As I continued through the car wash the foam was extremely heavy but the 2 gentleman wiping dry made sure there was absolutely none left. Those 2 gentleman were very friendly and hard working also. I left a 5 dollar tip for them. I will be coming back here for full service in the near future and would hope to see improvement on friendliness from the guy on the cashier.

Absolutely good. I have monthly full saveice woosh card and I use it every day! Dey always do a good clean on my car and looks good. My kids are very messy and they clean up after then every time! Good job classy chassis. I will never end my membership.

Ive been to several carwashes in Portland, Windham no one washes a vehicle like them. I live in Windham but I will drive to Classie Chassie in Portland to get a wash on my truck. Theres attention to detail and friendly staff.

Dropped my car off to have the interior detailed. Explained to them the reason why I was doing this was because the seats were stained from my pet and needed to be cleaned. The inside of my vehicle was pretty messy. I dropped it off at 9 am and picked it up at 5 When I got there the kid that was there told me the total would be 150 when I checked out the job. It looked good and smelled great but the spots were actually worse than before. I asked the kid about it and he said he couldnt get them out. Didnt seem like he really cared. He told me that even though he couldnt get the stains out I got my moneys worth because of the time he spent on the car. Wouldnt go back

Efficient and easy, though I did leave some residue in the cracks and creases.

I asked for a full service car wash. They vacuumed the interior and ran it through the car wash. They drove the car out and said it was ready. It was not dried. I said my expectation was that the car would be dried. They gave me attitude but dried the car but left the top of the car and the wheels wet. When I asked that he dry the top of the car, he told me they didn’t do that nor did they dry the wheels. For $21 they vacuumed the car and drove it through the car wash. They didn’t even vacuum the trunk. This not “Full Service”. The job was shoddy, the service was bad and the personnel were rude.

This is the only full service car wash that I go to. I usually get the platinum wash with interior and trunk cleaning. I think they give very good wash and do windows and wipe dash etc. I opt for the trunk vacuum because it gets leaves and pine needles etc. The mats and carpet look so good. I can tell when I take it there the car finish is bright and shiny, along with feeling nice and smooth. I like to tip the guys but a lot of times my wallet is empty, I don’t carry much cash. Maybe they could make an option to add a tip to the bill?

I had my van detailed yesterday and it came out great. It was embarrassing to bring it there since I have 3 toddlers in the van and so there was a ton of food, chocolate, sand, mud, and who knows what else! The price was so worth it and it is clean and smells great. Thank you!

The classy chassie is my go to place for a clean car! The vacuums work great, the self serve car wash has all the options and the auto car wash is AMAZING! many different was options with available add-ons. All packages in the auto wash are towel dried at the end. added bonus, they run a happy hour 5-6 with all packages half off during the week! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean car in the Portland area.

Unprofessional Buffoons - I made an appointment to get my car detailed for 8:00am on a Sunday. I got up at 7am and brought in my car. There was no one in the front office and no one came. I finally called them and they said they would walk up to see me. I handed them the keys and he told me to come back in 3 hours. I took a cab home and waited.I arrived back at the shop 3 hours later and had to walk around back to find a live person. When asked which vehicle was mine (by the same person I handed the keys to just 3 hours ago) he said oh yeah, did we call you yet?. I was like ...what? You told me 3 hours and I received no phone call from you altering me to come at another time. so here I am. He goes on to tell me how they have not even started and that they had another appointment at 8:00 which he just finished. Their detail-er had failed to show up and they were still waiting. So, not only had my car not been started, they no longer even had an ETA for me. When I asked why on earth he would not call me to let me know he literally just looked at me slack-jawed and shrugged his shoulders. Its one thing if you can talk sense to a person but another one all together when it looks like it is all they can do to chew gum and walk without falling over. I took my keys and left. Dont go here. They are unprofessional and eerily ill equipped to communicate in what would pass as standard human language.

My husband has worked here forever. He loves his job and his coworkers are so wonderful to me. I just had a car accident trying to pick him up from work and was injured. All the guys who were able to take a break came out to check on me. So I am biased but even still best car wash ever with sweet guys.

Absolutely worst car wash I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. We paid $34 and, while the outside of the car looks decent, the inside looks exactly the same, if not worse. The left dirty floor mats, animal hair all over the seats, dust covering the dash, muddy footprints on the dash, etc. After getting the car home, we spent an hour cleaning the inside. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, if you value your hard-earned money.

I take my car there about every two weeks, and they take such good care of it. They are extremely pleasant and respectful. I have back issues so its nice to know that I can keep my car clean by going there and paying a terrific price

WORST CARWASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!I just spent the last 45mins wiping down all the filth that was left behind and my towel is now black. The shortest employ in the place was tasked to dry the vehicle. What a joke that was. He had 1 small towel and barely wiped down 20-30% of my truck. If youre thinking about going here, youd be better off hiring a five-year-old and giving him water hose and a bucket of dirty dishwater.I just moved here from Las Vegas, and when you get their luxury $30 car wash, they clean everything inside and out. They get on step stools to make sure every inch gets dried. They vacuum the inside of your vehicle and wash down your floor mats. They Shine the tires and all the black rubber around the exterior of your car and even shine the bed cover have your truck. That as also includes the interior. All of that is done with Armor All and elbow grease.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Eh, wasn’t too impressed with the interior cleaning they did. The outside wash was ok. But my elderly neighbors love them (that’s why I went).

The detail work isnt perfect but at these prices it doesnt have to be. When I ask for a little extra attention to a mess, they deliver every time. I tip accordingly. The Bronze Wash is a bargain, especially with the morning discount.

This place had lost its mojo. The cars move slowly into the wash with big gaps between vehicles. The whole passenger side and rear of my car didnt get clean.

I paid for a full service gold wash inside and out. And when I got home I had to spend 10 minutes cleaning inside because they didnt even wipe anything down. The outside of my car still has dirt on it. They were friendly but Im disappointed in the services rendered and wont be going back, as this is the second time it has happened.
