I couldnt get hold of them.. got a Verizon message like they may be out of business.. very sad.

The customer service here was really good, but the quality of the work was slightly lacking. This place is pricier than most shops in the area. Most places run around $250 for full detailing and this place was $325 for a full detail. They were really nice but when I got my car back there was dirt on the dashboard and back seats, my exterior paint was chipped, and there were dirty spots on the front of my car. The lack of detail was disappointing and has now caused me to either pay another service to finish the job or spend the time cleaning it myself.Edit: The owner texted me and resolved the issue by giving me a 20% refund of the original cost. Customer service is very quick.

This place is going to scam you. Tom charged me $1300 for a procedure that costs $600. And when I went to pick my car up, there was STILL mold in it. He just wiped it down with a towel in front of me when I came to pick it up for the SECOND time. I finally asked for a refund when I found out Id been overcharged for a job that wasnt done and he only ever offers back 50% which is why he overcharges. Ive heard many other stories about this happening with him. Please take your car somewhere else!Edit to reply to Toms response: I picked my car up WITH MOLD STILL IN IT. Do not try to lie. I have had other professionals look at my car and tell me any leaks you are speaking of would not have mild growing back so fast if it was properly cleaned. And contacting you a week later?? I called you while I was still at the shop picking my car up because it was moldy and you came back before I accepted the job being done. Read the review. Check your facts. Way to try to twist the words of a Black woman. Youre not going to sit here and lie.

Tommy and Autobella are the gold standard, dont waste your time looking around. I always do tons of research before paying for a service and my research led me to Autobella. They came to my house, Tommy and his son, and in 2 hours they turned a disgusting and dirty vehicle into a brand new car. Its an actual miracle what they were able to do, there is nobody better in the city to detail vehicles - period. Tommy is a great guy, gave me good tips and kept me informed about what he noticed along the way. If anyone says they got anything but a 5-star review from Autobella, my guess is its not real or its a competitor. This is the first google review Ive written and Im more than happy to take the time to share my experience. Hes as good as it gets, thank you Tommy and Autobella!

Had Autobella come out to my house recently to detail my 4runner and had a wonderful experience. My vehicle has been loved very hard and its cleaner today that it was the day I bought it! Tommy has some awesome tricks for tree sap and dog hair that I was sure I was stuck with forever. He even came back later to put finishing touches on the carpet, even though I told him I was ok with it as it was. He takes pride in his work and it shows!

They did a complete auto detailing and the car looks fabulous. I had some small scratches and they are gone, the car feels and looks new.

Horrible experience! The owner is sly, deceitful, not to be trusted, and doesn’t stand by his mistakes. Stay away! I brought in a brand new Tesla Model 3 and he did a horrible job with the window tinting. Caused damage to each door panel and didn’t fix what he did. Dodged my emails, phone call, text messages, and vacated his brick and mortar shop so I couldn’t serve him with a lawsuit. Horrible human-being that doesn’t deserve to serve the community.

Second time I’ve been here, it’s worth the money because they spend a lot of time and put in ample effort to make your car look showroom nice. I will need to upload pics but so far so good! Love the smell and the shine of my car.

If I didnt see detailing as a treat for myself, I would not take my car anywhere else. My experience at Autobella was efficient, convenient and easy. I had overspray paint removed from my car. I called their number, and the owner let me know over the phone an estimate, and encouraged me to use the website to input my information. It was breeze, I had my car back in a day. It was my first experience here, and if I need any work done in the future I will return.

They did a great job. They made my truck look new after three years of two kids eating snacks and lollipops in there plus an exploded coke on the headliner that they made dissapear. I got a great price when I sold my truck. If you need help with a seriously bad interior go to Autobella.

We took our daughters older Audi for repairs prior to putting it up for sale. Auto Bella was terrific in rapid responses, kept their word on the work done and timeline for the service to be completed. The two men who manage the front desk were quite customer oriented and very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, prior to being able to sell it it got hit on the Morrison Bridge and damages were bad enough to total the car. I highly recommend Auto Bella.

I scoured the city trying to find a place that could remove the mold build-up in my cars interior for a reasonable price. John at Autobella gave me an accurate quote and reassured me the job would get done, which it did and for less than I had expected. It was difficult getting a hold of him via phone for a while, but he gladly took a look at my car when I was desperate enough to finally drop in. I would go back to them again, absolutely. They saved my car when I was on the brink of having to scrap it. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend them highly enough. Autobella saved my car from a half-gallon spill of old motor oil in the backseat. I was referred to them by another auto detailing place who said they weren’t equipped to handle the problem. Autobella completely removed the oil that had soaked deep into the floor of my car, with only the lightest stain left behind. When my car needed an unexpected overnight ozone treatment to remove the odor, the owner went out of his way to meet me there the next morning, when they were normally closed. Not only that but the technician detailed the whole interior of my car at no extra charge. When I got my car back, the interior was as clean and fresh as the day I bought it. Their payment process was also very simple, they even offered a payment plan. I initially didn’t want to get it professionally cleaned because of the cost and hassle, but Autobella’s price was reasonable and the hassle was nonexistent. Thank you Autobella!

I had a stubborn cat pee smell in my van and when 1 ozone treatment didn’t get rid of the odor, they treated the van for 6 more hours free of charge. Altogether it cost $225 to fix a problem I was prepared to spend much more to resolve. They got me scheduled both times on very short notice and the owner was quick to respond and professional in all the interactions I had with him.

Just had my Nissan detailed at Autobella.The guys did an awesome job! Outside now sparkles.I had a huge coffee stain that they removed from the carpet as well.The car looks as new as I could hope for as its 10 years old and has 114K on the odometer.I dropped it off at 9:00 and it was ready around 1:30pm.Paid 275.00 for interior and exterior.

They did a terrific job of putting a protective wax on my new Jag F-Pace. But if you have a larger higher SUV like an F-Pace ask them that whom ever does the polishing of the hood not wear a belt on their pants. The mark on the hood from the beltbuckle is the only flaw in the paint. I noticed after I picked the vehicle up but embarking on a month long cross country journey and when I returned it would have been hard for me to make a case for the hood mark. It’s still the only mark on the car. They do a terrific job but belt bucklers should be outlawed for persons who don’t have long enough arms to polish the hood or roof without scratching the paint.

I was referred to Autobella by the owner of Collision Werk’s Unlimited - Wild Bill and his crew are great and honest. I can say the same for Autobella, they did a great job detailing my 1998 Subaru Outback, it is in great condition but needed their TLC. Felt like a new car when I drove out.

I took both my Honda CRV and my BMW 545 to Auto Bella for detailing and couldnt be more pleased with the service and attention. Corey was extremely helpful in every way and his meticulous employees did a beautiful job making each car look Brand new! As I drove on a narrow street with traffic coming in the other direction, I had scratched my 2015 Subaru Forester all along the passenger side from branches protruding from the curb. Literally I had a series of lines running across the entire side. I thought maybe the scratches could be buffed out and took it to Central Auto Body. They recommended Autobella and I am so glad I took my car there. The majority of the scratches are gone, except for deeper scratches. My car looks almost brand new! I was very happy with the end result! Would highly recommend Autobella!

I didnt do the full-blown detail, but rather $35 wash. My car was filthy and when I got it back the body was fantastic, windows, floors, wheels, all great. I only wish they had taken an extra 5 minutes with a damp cloth and wiped down the dash, etc... Dash was still dusty, center console still had coffee spillage. If they had done that, I would have walked (rather driven) away an extremely happy customer.

Whoever was cleaning my car that day stole my new state parks pass from my car. The night before I cleaned out everything except a few things in my glove compartment. I intentionally left the pass there to not lose it. I also checked the bag of stuff I removed on the off chance I was having amnesia, and it was not there either. I reluctantly emailed the owner and he said it was likely misplaced during the cleaning and he would reimburse my for the pass. I am still waiting on that check. So $575 for the cleaning and $30 for the missing item. I think I try somewhere else next time.

Tom and his crew run a first-class operation. They not only do superb detail work, but they can fix - or get fixed - all kinds of cosmetic issues, including convertible tops, dented bumpers, broken mirrors, and even small dents. Weve used them many times. They have our hightest recommendation.

Our car was covered in mold on the inside. When I called, they said they were used to doing these types of repairs. I was a bit apprehensive as I had read some stories about mold in cars and how difficult it is to remove. Several years ago I left my SUV w autobella for a full detail. Picked it up later to find the roof area around the roof rack and rails completely ignored, where leaves and dirt and even bright green moss was easy to see. Then noticed that inside of door frames not touched (again dirt and water spots very obvious). So, left the car there for another day. Door areas done this time but roof not touched. Asked if they covered roofs in their work and they said I was being picky and should settle for the job done, even when they admitted the day before to missing the roof. Havent been back since.

Very good experience and good customer service. There are things that could have been improved but overall I am satisfied. There was a little tiny piece on my car that is very cheap that has to do with rotating my windows that got damaged during the cleaning but that is OK. I am fully expecting them to replace the product for me. So I paid $275 for a full inside and outside cleaning. That is a good deal considering other places such as Car Toys charge over $400 for a 4 door utility. I really feel like I received a good deal. I had a big dent in a very difficult area that I had fixed for $175... The reason I say this is a good deal is because I have looked EVERYWHERE to get this done and I have yet to be quoted less than $700. Even a business called Ding Bat that specializes in dents told me the dent was impossible to fix... The car looks beautiful now. One of the things, and reasons I did not give 5 stars, is because I wish they would have taken me out to my car and showed me the work they had done so I would know. It would be nice to get a walk through after my cars been cleaned. Also, the small broken piece, which was obviously an accident and easily could have gone unnoticed, is kinda frustrating. But, like I said, they are very friendly, helpful and I really do expect them to help me with this issue. Anyhow, another thing I like is that they do EVERYTHING that has to do with detailing a car, even auto upholstery... It is nice to not have to go all over the place to get particular things done. I am going in again in a couple of weeks to get my cars seat fixed and my other seats dyed. Very good experience and despite the downfalls I really do recommend them. Oh! and also, I wished they would have dried out the car a little bit better after cleaning it but it has dried on its own in only a few days... It was not soaking wet, just a little damp after the cleaning... I have never had my car detailed before so this might be very normal.

**FIRST TIMER at this establishment** Would have received 5 stars if more communication was provided. Admittedly this could be a me thing. But here is what I mean: this is a no-nonsence cut to the chase operation and at the core of it is probably why they run so smooth and overall, delivered on what was promised. The website is a very good indicator of this-information is simple and to the point (with a bit a humor laced in). However, like the entire experience, it left me hanging and feeling I needed more. I arrived with my 4-Runner at 8AM walked in the door and was greeted by a gentleman whom I assumed was the owner. While polite he only said, Ill need a key. While handing over the key I asked Do you take American Express? His answer, You will get an electronic invoice that youll pay before you pick it up and you can pay however you want . And what time will it be ready? 2:00, first in, first out. Then he disappeared. Kinda stood there thinking...but how will I really know when it is ready, was he going to go over the service level I chose (Complete-inside and exterior), they wont add extras and then expect me to pay would they?? Wait, I pay before I pick it up, before I even see the quality of work?? What if I am not satisfied? My ride arrived and I went about my day. Sure enough, later that afternoon I received the invoice, paid the correct amount on my AmEx, grabbed a Lyft and picked up my car. He handed me the key and disappeared again. The car looked beautiful so I drove off. When I got home I did notice that the top edge of the rear passenger seats were not touched and still very dirty-same with several little nooks and crannies in the cargo area. I was mildly disappointed. Some readers of this may say, you idiot, you should have inspected before leaving! To which I say the proverbial I am too busy! That is why I went there in the first place! I just felt that a little more touch points at the beginning and end would have rounded out my experience. I would definitely go back and recommend Autobella-I now know what to expect and will inspect before I leave.

I showed the owner my car that had clear coat scratches and significant paint chips from scraping a wall. He said the scratches should come out and the area would look 95% better. While the paint work was adequate, none of the scratches appeared any better. The owner said that was all he could do. As a professional detailer Im pretty sure he knew if the scratches would come out and he basically told me whatever he thought I would want to hear. He told me it wouldnt be able to see the damage further than 2 feet. I can still see the damage at 10 feet.Basically the owner will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you in the door.Dont take your car here for scratch/paint repair. Wasted money!

I recently purchased a 2012 VW GTI. I took into Autobella for a paint sealant, and the car came back looking better than when I bought it off the lot. I mean, even the brake calipers were shiny. These guys do great work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good detailing. They also offer a wide range of other services. Im sure I will be back in the future.

I had spilled some very greasy meat based juice in the trunk of our car. It sat for about a week then it began to really smell. Really bad smell. When i spoke to the person at Autobella Northwest, they informed me that bacteria was growing and thats what was causing the odor. I dropped off the car and had to leave it overnight. They said this problem would take a few different steps some of which required moisture and enzymes would need to thoroughly dry before they could ozone treat the area. I dont smell anything anymore but they also said to keep my nose open on the next hot day as ozone sometimes requires a second round to kill the issue. Overall they did a great job especially on the detail.
