Bought the 24.99 monthly pass, then realized they have no Washmans in Hillsboro. I will have to drive at least 12 miles every time I want to get my car washed. I will be canceling sooner than later, especially after the guy charged my card 29.99, after I told him that I just wanted the basic wash. To me this is the next best thing to fraud. Buyer beware, unless you live in the exact Portland city limits or Salem,, you do not want to buy this monthly pass.

As a wash it’s great. I’ve been coming here for years and ever since they switched to handing out cards instead of tickets, they screw you every time when there is one remaining and say you’re out. Today is the last time I will get played.

Ive contacted the business several times through their website to inform them that they are charging extra for the Armor All tire shine, when you buy #3 The works but none ever dispenses. They have yet to refill the dispenser, refund me for several unperformed services or respond to any of my complaints.

I drive a 7 ft high conversion van. I used their automated option - good service and excellent value.

Removed the sticker a few weeks too early before the subscription ended by mistake. Even though I had proof I purchased the subscription and when it would end, they wouldn’t let me wash the car. Other than that not a bad experience. Also don’t come here if you need to vacuum your car. Very inconvenient location.

You can get The works on your vehicle for $14.00. Some Washman s offer free vacuums. Sadly this one does not. I use this location when it is convenient. The Gresham location is my goto spot.Enjoy you sparkling ride.

These guys were awesome! My truck was absolutely filly and they went out of their way to sweep the bed and get the baked on dirt of. I really appreciated how well they took care of my vehicle.Note I got the truck washed while my topper was getting painted. Hence the different color (and I got new wheels). Hard to believe It’s the same truck!

Quick, simple and friendly, just what I was looking for, and it did better on the rear of my ride than most of them have been doing lately. This is honestly one of the worst washman locations, it honestly probably only does a lot of business because its so close to the airport and people need it before returning their rental cars.Its incredibly overpriced and none of the attendants are very helpful, most of it relies on automation.their vacuums are not very great and are incredibly expensive, they dont even have that grade of suction. I prefer the vacuums at almost any other wash place Ive been to.Not to mention the automated checkouts mess up, the two times that Ive tried to use them and went for the cheaper wash magically the mid-range to hire one got pressed instead.overall if you can visit a different location I suggest doing so.

You can get a sticker for unlimited washes for 6 months @ $150 if you know to ask for it. They dont advertise it and I believe they wont offer it to uber/taxi/etc drivers.

Great wash at an ok price. My car is jet black and shows dirt badly. But after a run through the wash man its all sparkly clean.

Tammy was Instrumental , helping me take an item out out my pickup bed, due to the fact I’m in a a wheelchair. She was kind, courteous and VERY cheerful. VERY good customer service! She is an excellent employee who should be rewarded immensely.

The guys here are always doing their job. Their lot is small so using their vacuumes can be somewhat of a hassel.

It is a good express car wash. I am a bit disappointed as most washmans offer a free vacuum. This one charges $2.

I have never taken my truck through the car wash before so I was unaware that everything needed to be out of the bed of the truck. The guys there went out of theIr way to help me unload my bed and put it in the cab. These days it’s a breath of fresh air to see hard workers that go the extra mile! Thank you!

This is really somebodys wet dream of a car wash coming alive in real life and it really is that way. its not the best way to vacuum your car cuz they do have two small places to do that but its still a very cool place to go in and get your car washed and it looks nice afterwards

Paid $14 for top wash and armorall the tires. Once I could get out to check out how it looked the tires didnt look any different. No happy.

Car got very clean. Attendant sprays your car down first. They remove the Athena and tape the rear wiper down so that its not damaged too. Very expensive. Vacuum service is there also. Very impressive place. Nice and knowledgeable people work there. Highly recommended. Ill go back again.

I have been going there for years, as I have worked near the airport for over 15 years. Today I was told for the first time I couldnt go through in my truck because I had a hitch on it. Yet this same truck has been through this car wash at least 6 times in the last year. 2 of my previous trucks had been through this wash many times each with a hitch on them, and never one mention of an issue. Was always one of the better car washes, but will never be back. Poor customer service.

Was very disappointed today going through the car wash weve been going for years there and this is the first time our vehicle was still dirty after the wash.

Our car still came out dirty in some spots including the doors and the back windshield.

Fast and good for rental cars. There is a 7/11 gas station across the airport road. Sometimes car rental companies will charge for car that are too dirty. Service was fast and smart, like taping down the rear wiper. Good courteous and helpful staff.

January 16th I took my car to this location to get it cleaned for the first time as it is a brand new vehicle of only a month (keep this in mind for the remainder of the review). Only noticed about an hour or two later that my WHOLE car had horizontal scratches from the front to the back bumper and from the bottom to the top of the vehicle. I called this location and was told to come in to file a claim with the supervisor, I did, called their claim number and left a message.The next day I had still not heard anything from them and it was almost 2PM and what was weird is that as I called the second time, it went straight to voicemail (not even a single ring). After reading some of the reviews of this place prior to the second phone call I figured that the only way to get Chris (who deals with this stuff) to answer back, was to let them know that if I didnt get a call back in the next few days, I would be calling the Better Business Bureau - sure enough, a phone call within the hour.Now, here is how that lovely phone call went:- No type of sorry to hear about the issue or how can we help you instead, Chris told me that he looked (highly doubt that) over my claim and proceeded to tell me (without any evidence) that it could or could not have been the carwash- Next, after letting him know that it was a brand new vehicle and those scratches were only present AFTER the car wash I asked him How else would those scratches throughout my whole car have been done? to which he responded with Maybe it was caused by going through bushes. Bushes? What bushes would I have to go through to have scratches present on top of my door panel?At this point I had enough of his idiocy and had to ask him to present himself as an adult and professional because I have never heard such a lame excuse as that. Clearly, didnt read the claim that had it stated it was ALL OVER THE CAR.Save yourself the trouble and if you value your car, just wash it (I know I will from now on). More satisfaction knowing if any compliments come your way on the car, it was by your hands. Not to mention, saves you the trouble of dealing with any carwash and their I didnt do anything attitude.However, if you dont really car about your vehicle or its too old, then by all means, go the easy route (I know I did with my previous vehicle of 10 years).Honestly, I wouldnt even give them a 0, but an eviction notice

We paid for the most expensive car wash that they offered and the attendant couldnt even be bothered to spray down the right side of our car. When we left our whole car was still dirty and looked as if it had not been washed at all. We went here because the location was convenient but we wont be returning.

Always a good day to have a clean car, they get it done well from top to bottom(wheels). They have vacuums and assorted car items for cleaning too.Quick in and out and on you shiny way.

Pulled in around opening. Only one person working. Took 10 minutes to get one car going before it was my turn. Large line of cars behind me. After I pull in and he starts spraying my car down, he notices my car has a hitch (not removable) and says he cant let me through. He then had everyone in line behind me back up so I could back out and leave. Hopefully whatever he sprayed on my car wont damage the paint without being washed off.

Purchased the drive through works. When I got home I was not happy with the wash job. Not that places were missed but that it looked half washed. Ran my fingers over and you could see the mark in the haze left behind. I am only mile from this location so its not like dirt could build up before I got home.

This place is awesome. Has a 2 row car wash machine. This is the only car wash that will clean my good and not rip anything off my car. Pre-spray wash as well get the grime lose.

BEWARE! LCD Scratched. Ive gone to these guys several times with no complaints. Always tip well too. I drive a brand new car with 9K miles on it. After getting the inside detailed I noticed a 4 inch scratch on LCD screen. Filed a claim with them, and got the response it was there before.

Small, Medium or large and have a measuring poll outside wash bay and inside wash bay. They advertise that up to 96 in is considered a MEDIUM vehicle and is charged $10.00. Well my van was under 96in as shown by measuring poll outside wash bay and inside bay as well but I was told by attendant that my van was considered a LARGE vehicle even tho van came in under 96in criteria. I was charged $15.00 to wash van while arguing with attendant that my van was under 96inch. The money is not the issue, its they are NOT being HONEST to there customers about how they are charging per your size of vehicle. WASHMAN set the size limitations and should follow thru on there charging when a certain vehicle meets that criteria. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!

I purchased one of there unlimited monthly passes last year, I recently had to have my windshield replaced and they would not replace my sticker. They said I would have to cancel my membership and resign up and that the new monthly membership price is $5.00 more per month. WAY TO GO WASHMAN way to take care of your customers.

Do not waste your money here! I lost time at a credit card machine that doesnt work and it was the saddest express wash I have ever seen. I had to take my (not so dirty to begin with) vehicle to a different car wash to get the job done.

Expensive and unfair pricing. I was given a voucher for the basic wash (8 dollars). I wanted to upgrade so I asked to pay the difference. I was told no the upgrade price is more than the difference in the two prices. To upgrade from an 8 dollar wash to a 10 dollar wash would be 3 more dollars. To upgrade to a 12 dollar wash would be 6 more dollars. Perhaps this is a new kind of math where the difference between 12 and 8 is 6. Perhaps I will go elsewhere.
