They are always super friendly and attentive. I went in for an oil change and to possibly trade in my car for a new one. When sitting down to crunch numbers I noticed that the paper had a $9,000 mark upCompared to the sticker. When I asked what that price was they said it’s the price of the vehicle and the extra is because of a microchip shortage which is wild because I can buy the same car from the website for sticker and not marked up… in addition to the car cannot be sold without it. It’s already included in the price of the car. If they are going to do that they should include it in the Sticker price and notDo the bait and switch. Nice and attentive all in all just pay attention to the details they don’t tell you and try to pull a fast one… I will always comes here for service because they do a great job but I wouldn’t buy a car here.

I came in right before a long trip and needed new tires last minute and in a time crunch. They did everything to get me out on time and worked so hard to get it done quicker than usual. 10/10 would reccomend!

Friendly staff and convenient Express Service for minor scheduled maintenance work. When tires were rotated and topped off with air, tires were overinflated to 50 psi all the way around instead of 35. A simple calibration or technician error. Otherwise, a great experience!

Im new to the neighborhood and decided to check out their nice reputation. They got me in early next morning to change my headlights and made good on the promise. I was done in about an hour. Ill be back for my next service!

I asked specifically for my tires to be rotated and balanced which i can only assume they did. Despite being told my tires were fine, one was a full 8 psi below the other 3 (and never caught up). I have added air. In addition, there is now a crunching noise when I turn my steering wheel.

The air conditioning was not fixed. Its very annoying because it just will go on auto and I cannot control where the air is going to be blowing. I will turn it and itll go right back to auto. I was told it was a glitch. I was really disappointed that it was not fixed or replaced. The service man was very pleasant and they did check the rest of the car which was good.

Forgot to give me digital coupon price when I had brakes and oil done last time. Overcharged me.Went back agian asked for vehicle inspection before my trip to Seattle and replace radiator fan that went out. Asked for a loaner or rental while being worked on: they werent sure if the could get one? Ok then? TOOK 6 DAYS TO REPLACE A RADIATOR FAN, NEVER DID A VEHICLE INSPECTION JUST AN OIL CHANGE AND LEFT OLD FAN PARTS ON TOP OF MY BATTERY???? never got a loaner car and paid over $800.00Also asked to test drive a Palisade and they didnt have any, said they cant keep them on the lot because they go so fast?If you have a ton of patience, money and tolerance for ignorance this is your place to go. I have used this location twice now for routine service and is now my location of choice. Both service visits have been A+ on customer service. Convenient appts and service team is willing to answer any questions. The folks here have been very pleasant to work with!

The oil change did not go well. Several hours after leaving the dealership I discovered a huge amount of oil leaking - no oil on dip stick at all. The dealership was closed by this time so I had to leave my car where I discovered the leak and my wife had to drive 25 miles one way to get me. The dealership had the car towed the next morning and discovered that the oil filter gasket was not installed correctly. This was corrected and the engine compartment and area under the block was sort of cleaned up. It has been almost a week since getting my car back and there is still oil dripping on my garage floor. At this point, I am assuming that the oil drips are residual oil that was not cleaned up. The staff was very pleasant and apologetic, but there was no offer of free or discounted oil changes to compensate both my wife and I for our time and inonvenience. And, at this point, I am not even 100% sure that there is not some other slow oil drip occurring from the plug? All I know is that I came in without any oil drips whatsoever and now I am still experiencing small drips a week later. By the way, this is on a Santa Fe with less than 18k miles.

Took my new Hyundai Elantra in for service and was incredibly happy with the service department! All the girls up front were friendly, professional and attentive. They made sure to answer all of my questions and never once made me feel silly for any of the questions I had, all were knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. Great experience overall, will continue to take my car into them and trust them with my car.

So I went in for an oil change and thats when they ran a diagnostic test in my vehicle. The worker discovered two problem areas while working and rather than contact me to see if I would like those problems fixed, they let me leave with a bad battery. I spent days looking for and vetting a mechanic to replace my battery because yall let me drive away without even offering to schedule an appointment for a replacement.

It was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a Service department!! They treat me so kindly and everyone knew what they were doing!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

We requested our 85000 inspection/service at front desk and phone update for the system to work with IPhone. But looks like Jon didn’t I understand well and they just did the oil change without even informing us !!!! ( which we already had couple weeks ago). At pick up time nobody mentioned anything about their services and just passed a summary service on paper ! When I asked for phone update They brought wired excuses and didn’t update the phone issue either! So we paid almost $50 for nothing! Not happy with their customer service at all.

Had appointment for an oil change and it still took 1 hour and 45 minutes, this is unacceptable for an appointment oil change.
