Customer service and communication was flawless. The van itself was comfortable and exactly what we needed. We had a medium van with a second row seat for our 3 month old. The second row seat had LATCH system built in so we were able to snap her car seat in easily. This meant we could also remove it easily and toss it in the font seat for more space while at camp. I wish the medium van had a higher roof like the large vans, but we didnt need/want the extra length or space of the large van. Overall we had a great experience renting from Wandervans.

We loved our time in the Wandervan! It was such a smooth ride and the bed set up was really comfortable. We will definitely rent one again soon. Such a great way to travel and see so many sights!

I rented the roof top tent for a weekend camping trip/dog competition and it was great! Really easy pick up/drop off. The team was very communicative so it made everything run smoothly. Pre-trip communication: Wandervans had wonderful communication throughout the whole booking process. The communication extended into the weeks leading up to our trip, and was very helpful in planning our road trip adventure.Van pickup: The Vin pick up was as seamless as could be. Being given the code to access the gate where the van was parked as well as the code to get inside the van itself. Within the van all of the products that we had prior reserved for our trip were stowed safely away. The van lot does not have a porter potty, and one would be appreciated so that when returning or picking up the van one would be able to relieve them self and not be in too much of a rush.The van itself: The van was perfect for the trip, and we never encountered any situation where the van did not hold its own (rain, forest fire smoke, and cold temperatures). The two person medium size van is more than adequate for two people, and all of its amenities proved to be very helpful on the trip. The only modifications that could be made to allow for more convenience would be a sink that is operated via a foot pump instead of a hand crank, as well as a one-way valve that would allow water to stay in place within the freshwater line without having to reprime the pump. My partner and I found that doing the dishes became a two person task one person operating the sink pump while the other one scrub the dishes, and if this could be changed so that one person would be able to do this it would greatly benefit any campers. Underneath the head of the bed there was a side of three shelves, and that was all there was for personal storage space. It would be a big benefit to all of the medium size vans if additional storage space such as drawers or cabinets were included near the head of the bed. For anyone reading this review it would also be beneficial to bring a bag that has multiple sections or pockets this way you could probably organize your gear. On each side of the van there are gear hooks which were part of the metal bed frame these hooks were extraordinarily helpful in keeping gear accessible such as hiking poles, day packs, and camera gear. The gear hooks also kelp it safe while driving. Whenever leaving the van we had to make sure to close those curtains so that anyone looking in did not see all of our hiking gear and camera accessories in the open. My partner and I decided to go with the additional charge for bedding, and the bedding proved to be comfortable with the exception of the pillows (they were a little flat and uncomfortable) but besides that the bedding and mattress were great. With our rental we requested a radiate campfire, and it was a very worthwhile addition! Overall the camper van was perfect for a road trip, allowing us to pull into campsites set up easily and efficiently for a night of sleep.An added bonus was that there where plenty of USB plug ins for charging devices.Overall: The van was incredible! I would recommend this rental service to all of my friends who want to go down the road and see part of the country that they normally wouldn’t experience. Wandervans Made sure that our road trip went off without a hitch with a van that was well provisioned clean and well-maintained.

Good communication ahead of time, easy check-out and return process, and the medium-sized van was perfect for what we needed. Made a week-long trek through four different campgrounds and two NPs a much more manageable trip. Would do again!

We rented a small camper van for our annual Memorial Weekend trip to Lost Lake. It was the first year weve done this, but not the last! We loved the comfy bed, the great under bed storage, the small and mighty heater, the compact but surprisingly BIG dometic refrigerator, the window curtains, and the best parts...it comes with an easy folding table, camp chairs, and Coleman camp stove! Everything was clean, felt very safe, and provided a weekend of enjoyment and ease for us. Their CS team was very helpful too and provided a physical human to give us a short tour when we picked up our van, which helped assuage any fears, as this was our first camper van rental.No more leaving early to set-up our tent and have our backs hurt from sleeping on the ground. Wandervans is hands-down, the way were camping from here on out!

We had a medium van with two people for two weeks, loved it. After years of little hotels outside of the National Parks we finally woke up at campsites in them! Amazing! We drive small cars and this van was very easy to drive, at 19 feet we could park it almost anywhere and loved being able to access our stuff right from the front seats without having to get out of the vehicle. We’re ready for you to open an office in Hawaii!

I loved the teardrop trailer! And the staff at Wandervans were so easy to work with. I needed to call or chat with them a couple of times during my trip (user error) and they were so helpful! Id do this again in a second!

Rented a Wandervan for the weekend and enjoyed a wonderful adventure on the Oregon coast! The van is basic setup, but we had everything we needed, especially with the added kitchen set and sheets and pillows. Van was very clean and well-prepped. Plates and bowls and forks and spoons were easily and quickly washed and rinsed in the sink. Bench provided comfortable seating. Plenty of headroom, whether standing in the galley or sitting on the bed. Plenty of convenient storage space accessible under the bed on the inside, with additional storage conveniently accessible by opening the back doors. A very smooth ride, with the opportunity to stop, relax and soak in the sun during the day. Memory foam mattress was comfy, and we were warm and dry through the evenings, even while listening to the sound of the winter rain falling. Pick-up and return were straightforward and easy peasy, with a responsive team at my ready via email, phone, or text messaging. Fun memories! Highly recommended!

My wife and I just wrapped up a trip to Olympic National Park with the help of Wandervans and had a blast! If you want to see the Oregon coast, I highly recommend wandervans. Camping down the west coast was amazing. The pickup and drop off was super easy and all of the employees were nice and helpful.The van was spotless when we picked it up and we had absolutely no issues with driving it down the 101.If we make it back or Oregon, we are definitely going to use Wandervans. One of the better trips we’ve had !! I can’t recommend them enough!!

A second fantastic 9-day trip with Wandervans. The team has been incredibly reactive for any questions we had prior and during the trip. The van was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and easy to drive. Check-in and drop-off made super easy. I definitely recommend Wandervans! Our preference goes to the Medium van (vs. the Small we took this time): more storage space and ability to stand in the van. Travelers: check night temperatures in advance, we could have used a couple of extra blankets!

Renting a van geared towards our needs was extremely easy, as was picking it up and dropping it off. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. And if you don’t already own the gear you need for your trip, they offer just about everything you might need to outfit your experience. We will surely be using Wandervans again!

Our wandervan was everything we hoped for and more! The staff was amazingly helpful any time we had questions, and the van came equipped with even more supplies than we thought! It was an overall wonderful (wanderful I should say!) experience. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

In theory this is great but the price isn’t. My fiancé and I took the van through Utah and it was too hot to sleep in and the portable AC we rented wasn’t usable. We payed for parts to try to fix the AC and the only reimbursement we got was the $60 fee for the unit itself. The battery had issues and a couple days into our trip all our groceries went bad in the battery charged cooler. We ended up spending hundreds more than planned to get hotels along the way and I don’t think I’ll ever rent a van again. Loved driving in it and it was convenient in some sense for the long drives but I recommend just tent camping and using your own vehicle.

The Roofnest tent was a fun experience and such an easy way to camp. The WanderVans team was very helpful and conscientious which added to the positive experience. I will recommend this option to friends and will definitely come back for more fun camping experiences in the future.

I rented the medium van for one night. The van was pristine and equipped with big perks such as reading light, fan and a fridge! They are very smooth to use and have a rear camera for easy maneuvers. I had no problems driving it through a mountain road. The self check out process is extremely fast and secure. Overall, a great experience. I have rented campervans before and I have to say this one was the best. Pet friendly too!! They even left a tennis ball, a bowl and waste bags for my dog

What an amazing road trip. It makes a huge difference when the whole experience is hassle-free/stress-free. Starting with excellent customer service/communication, easy pick-up/drop-off, and all the add-on included in the rental. 8 days driving the large van around Oregon was so much fun. The van has so much space for a family of 4. It was easy to drive, in excellent condition, and very clean, way easier to find a parking spot compared to a small RV. The chairs, folding table, stove, kitchen kit, made camping very convenient. It was raining on and off and the awning came in handy. I also like that the refrigerator is compact but can actually hold a lot of stuff. Great experience all together, highly recommended. Will do it again for sure.

Wanted a sneak peak of van life and this was a PERFECT way to do so. Everything in the van was explained perfectly and any questions they were there to answer in a heartbeat. The bed was a lot bigger and more comfortable than I expected. Truly a great experience. I would 100% use them again in one of their other locations!!

The Wandervan was perfect for touring the state of Oregon! We were so happy we chose to go with Wandervans. They made pick up and drop off extremely easy and efficient. They included everything we asked for in the van and we had no troubles the whole time! If anything it wouldve been nice for a little sheet including some tips and tricks for things in the van, drop off reminders, etc. Otherwise it was a five star experience and I recommend it to anyone who is considering the van life for a bit!

We had a GREAT time on our Wandervans weekend! My six-year-old son and I spent four very rainy days exploring the Willamette National Forest in our medium van and despite the wet weather we had a perfect time. There was plenty of room to hang out and read and play games and lots of hooks and storage to stow our gear and hang it up to dry after we ventured out. The add-ons we were able to select (propane fire pit, awning) made the experience that much better, and working with Wandervans was easy and definitely enhanced the experience for us both. I was nervous taking a camper van out for my first time ever, but I felt confident going through an established company versus some rando on the internet. I would highly recommend Wandervans to anyone considering it!

My partner and I had a relaxing and wonderful time camping in Eastern Oregon with the larger sized Wandervan. Pick up and drop off were so easy. I loved the mosquito nets, curtains, reading lights, little fan, and the radiant fire we purchased for extra. We brought a cooler and put the items that needed to be refrigerated into the mini fridge which worked great. We couldnt get the water pump to work, so ended up using the sink to store our knife and dirty dishes. The van had more than enough space for all our gear and we were delighted to see that they included a dog bowl, tennis ball, and bags (which was a life safer since we ran out after day 1!). Our pup loved looking out the windows and the back when the doors were open. The fold out table allowed us to prep food and play games, and the chairs were SO comfortable. We will definitely be back. Hope to try out the tear-drop trailer next!

Wandervans was a fantastic experience! If you are looking for some easy camping and mobility you should absolutely check it out. My husband and I had a great time exploring the Pacific Northwest and the van gave us enormous amounts of flexibility and it was way more affordable than a hotel/rental car combination. The Wandervan team was so receptive for all of our needs. The only thing I wish they communicated was the items that were on back order due to the pandemic (bug net) but we we able to find a cheap solution to that and consider it a non-issue. We will definitely be using them again!

WanderVans is amazing! We had a great time exploring the Southern Oregon Coast and Redwoods foraging and identifying mushrooms in one of their Medium sized vans. 🍄🌲 It was more than enough space for the 2 of us and all of our over packing. 😉We went WanderVan-ing in early February, which is a great way to see the Redwoods and have trails all to your self sometimes. However, it was still quite cold at night. The heater that runs off of a dedicated battery kept us very comfortable all night in a surprisingly comfortable bed. Theres also a food cooler and reading lights that run off of that same battery. No need to worry about draining the engine battery while chillin in the van at night before bed. Also no need to keep getting ice for your cooler on a longer trip.We spent nights in some of the beautiful Oregon State Parks campgrounds and along forest service roads. It was great to wake up right where we were going to forage for the day. We actually found one perfect chanterelle. Not bad for early Feb. Hedgehogs and yellow foot chanterelles were out in greater numbers. The yellowfoot in Siuslaw National Forest were huge! As tall as my hand and a cap 1.5+ inches across! See my pics!It was exciting waking up one morning to a landscape that we really couldnt see much of on our way in. We ended up above the Chetco River in an area that had burned not long ago. Stark scenery with all of the charred trees, but beautiful in its own way. The bottom of the river valley was a thick layer of fog just above the river. I saw all of that before I even got out of bed. Just pulled back the privacy curtains. Gorgeous! Again, see my pics!It really is the best way to get out and still be very socially distanced from everything. The booking and pick up/drop off from their location in SE Portland was super easy as well.We will definitely be booking a WanderVan again in the near future for our foraging adventures! Maybe well see you out there!

We had an excellent experience renting our Wandervan. The email and phone communication was quick and informative. The van was outfitted with all of the stuff we needed - I really appreciated the 12 V charger, fridge/freezer, propane heater, and the curtains were everything we needed to help us get a good nights sleep every night!! We had to request some of those things, but they were available free of charge. When we returned the van, we enjoyed sharing the details of our adventure. The employee was happy to show us one of the other vans since we are becoming increasingly curious about van life after our rental. Also love that we got to bring our pups and the Wandervans crew took care of all of the cleaning!!

This was my first time renting a camper van, and I will DEFINITELY be doing this again! Oh my goodness! Wandervans is THE BEST THING EVER! We are pretty seasoned campers. We camp A LOT. But after the past year and a half, we are tired. We wanted to explore a huge area, not have an agenda, not pack up camp every time we wanted to move on and not have to plan! And the whole having a bed thing- whoa! Game changer. The van was the perfect solution. It had everything we could ever need or want right at our fingertips. We had rain and sweltering tempatures and we had AN INSIDE that we could stand up in, play games inside of, and not have to scramble to make adjustments. Pretty epic vacation, if I do say so myself! I throughly enjoyed my experience. My husband and I did 10 days in the medium size van through the PNW. The MPG was great, the van was comfortable, but the biggest downfall and the reason for 4 stars is that the van isn’t really functional. We consistently had to get out in the pouring rain to access our suitcases and personal belongings from the back of the van. In addition to storage options, nothing was secured well in the van such as the fridge and tote of kitchen items; they just flew around the back every single time I turned. Had they invested more time in the design of the van, it could be way more accessible and user friendly,

What a fun way to adventure! The van has everything you need for a short getaway (and a few extras you didn’t even know you wanted). It was comfortable to sleep in and the ride is as smooth as it can be in a vehicle this bulky. The dogs were relaxed most of the ride and our corgis HATE the car.Above all is the service. The customer service experience with Wandervans was like borrowing a camper van from a friend. Ryan quickly helped us fix reservation errors, add extra services (like delivering to our doorstep), and even returned a small item we forgot in the van.Looking forward to our next escape with them!

Ryan at Wandervans was easy to work with, a good communicator and very patient with my many questions for him. The van itself is simple and reliable. Its a very basic yet comfy enough camping van. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sink leaked. Over all, I would recommend Wandervans camping vans.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to Oregon and we came across Wandervans Portland. We picked up the van with ease, staff was extremely friendly, and they answered all of our questions. I was nervous about driving such a large van, but the van was super easy to drive, park, and maneuver all around Oregon. The living quarters were very spacious and the small van accommodated two adults with plenty of space. My wife and I love camping, but the freedom of just waking up and driving to our next destination made it totally worth it. I wish there were more locations because we would love to rent from them again!

Easy pickup and drop off. Van was in great condition overall and clean. The sink didnt really work - impossible to get the pump going - but we made do. Ryan (Portland support person) was super helpful and nice. We called him multiple times during the trip and he always gave us info with a voice so soothing it could be used as a meditation. He also helped us make some very last minute changes to our add ons. The van was surprisingly easy to drive and park. The fridge worked great. The mosquito nets were essential and so nice to have on a hot night. It would be better if the interior storage space was in a cabinet or had a lip or something so that objects wouldnt slide around. They included a bowl and ball for our dog :). Would recommend the experience to anyone - we had a blast!

Great customer service!!!I am a sales rep that took a 12 day journey from Portland, OR to Jackson Hole, WY (1900miles.) Instead flying and then renting a car to travel from hotel to hotel I used this to minimize COVID risk from travel along with having the flexibility of traveling from place to place.I would 100% definitely do this again. That all being said it wasnt the easiest trip as we traveled through 60mph winds, snow, and COVID shower access. However, they were very responsive throughout the entire trip and even called to come up with solutions. These things just require more planning and experience on my end. It was a jammed packed trip with meetings and snowboarding but all in all would love to make this a monthly thing.That also being said our pup truly loved the entire trip! 4 out of 4 paws from Skye.

We recently flew from Minneapolis to Portland, rented a Wandervan and completed a 2-week 3000-mile journey across 4 states. We couldn’t be more impressed with Wandervans and the customer service they provide. We rented a medium Wandervan and we felt it had the right amount of room. The bed was perfect size, and we were impressed with the refrigerator. There were multiple places to store and hang things. The manuals provided were helpful if we had questions on how things worked. Later in the evening after we picked up the van, we discovered the Coleman stove was missing. We called and left a message and they immediately called back and provided us with a way to pick up the stove the same night. They were also very helpful with preplanning our trip and providing prompt responses to our questions.Some things that would have improved our experience:Pump sink was hard to operate and we gave up using it the second day.Cabinet that housed the sink could use a latch to keep it closed and bumpers to stop it from rattling.The addition of an entry rug and fold up RV broom would have been helpful.Kitchen kit could have used at least a 12” skillet, tongs, hamburger flipper, kitchen towel and scrubby.

My son and I rented a medium sized van to take a road trip around Oregon. We flew in from Alaska unsure of what was waiting for us. To our relief, the van was practically brand new, clean, and had all of our agreed upon amenities. Due to no fault of Wandervans, halfway through the trip our van broke down. Wandervans did everything possible to get us on the road again and make things right. Im happy with the results and would rent from them again. They are a great company to work with and Im sure the rest of the Ford Fleet is good to go!

I rented from Wandervans Portland for a 2 week solo van trip around Oregon and I cant recommend them enough! The van was super clean when I picked it up and they included all the additional add-ons I requested (which were also very affordable). Customer service easy to reach during the day on my trip.The medium van I rented was a Ford Transit and only had 45,000 miles on it so it was really easy to drive and ran great. I think the interior height is 58, Im 56 so I could stand up inside. The bed was also really comfortable and the van seemed pretty well insulated from the elements (for example it was really windy one morning but I didnt even notice until I opened the door).The only thing that could have been better was the hand pump sink was a pain to use. Wish they would upgrade to an electric pump for easier use.

We had a great experience renting the small van which was perfect for a trip through the Olympic National Forest and provided a comfortable, warm, dry place to sleep on our trip. I was a bit nervous about everything in advance, my calls and emails were answered promptly with helpful suggestions that included delivery and pick up of the van to my house which made departure and return much easier. Costumer service was wonderful. My only struggle was with the heater that we eventually figured out when we found more detailed instructions in the glove compartment.

Tear drop trailer had everything we needed. Rental process easy and straightforward. Everyone was really helpful!

We had an amazing camping experience using one of the large 4-person vans from Wandervans. The beds were comfortable and everything in the van worked well. The customer service was quick and responsive and the whole process was made very convenient. Will definitely rent again!

Wandervans exceeded expectations! From check in to check out the process was intuitive and easy to follow. If I had any questions or concerns they were quick and responsive to help address them.I had the van out for a whole month to roam the PNW. The newer vans gave me a lot of reassurance when driving in remote areas with limited cell coverage. One of the things I came to appreciate having the van out for so long was how well it drove compared to other box vans. The newer Ford Transit vans drive much better than the older E series vans other competitors rent out.The bed was very comfortable and the layout is well thought out with plenty of space for all of your things.I will definitely be renting again from WanderVans for upcoming trips!

Wandervans was an amazing asset to my adventure trip to Oregon! The van was well equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfy and the LED lights for reading were an awesome help.

Had a great week wandervanning around this great state of ours! The beds are comfortable and the ease of setting up camp a relief when (almost) all you have to do is pull up to where you want to stay for the night! Will definitely plan another trip with a wandervan

The van was very clean, well built & easy to drive. The mattress was really comfortable. We had a great time on our trip and the Wonder Van made it camping very easy and comfortable. Ill definitely be using a Wonder Van again in the future.

Van was in great shape, it rode smoother than I expected. The van has a good setup. Plenty of storage room for two. Plenty of room to move around in. Extras were not so great. The heater shut down after a couple of hours the first night and we were cold. Had to look up on line how to clean pilot light to get it working again. Portapotty wasnt cleaned properly.

What a fantastic concept! The ease of booking, communication and picking up the van was flawless. The van in and of itself was perfect. We took her on a 2 week 40th birthday extravaganza through the PNW with my husband and pup. What an adventure! Can’t wait to book again soon!!!

Second time renting from Wandervans, this time we rented a rooftop tent and it was so cool! The tent itself was awesome and easy to use. Cant drive too fast with a rooftop tent, which just encouraged us to slow down and take in the drive more than usual. The mattress was comfortable, and the rental was an all around success. On top of that, the folks who work at Wandervan in SE Portland are so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend renting from them!

Had the absolute time of our lives! We will forever recommend using a wandervan in the future. We were able to sleep 3 people comfortably for an entire week and store all of our gear. We rented a Roofnest Sparrow and the process was seamless. They checked to be sure there would be no issues with my roof rack which included sending pictures.We took a 3 day trip in Oregon, going to different campgrounds each night. I kept checking the Roofnest to be sure it was secure. After three stops I was satisfied there would be no issues.As a result of the trip we have purchased a Condor tent which will fit perfectly on our Rav4.Steve

We just returned from our week long trip in our Wandervan, and wow! We had such an incredible time which was undoubtedly because of how prepared we felt with everything included, and the add-ons that were in our van. Thank you to Wandervans, for all of the memories!

We were first time renters of the campervan and would do it again. Especially for my traveling companion who had never been camping before, this was a great introduction to life on the road. It was very clean and beds were decently comfortable for being inside a van. We really enjoyed using the rented fire pit and the Coleman cooktop that was included was very useful. Refrigerator worked well and was big enough to hold a decent amount of food. There are plenty of USB power ports but for iPhone 12 users, make sure you bring a USB to lightning cord.

We rented a rooftop tent from WanderVans Portland. Our experience was excellent. Great communication and very friendly. We changed our plans multiple times and everyone we worked with was responsive, flexible and helpful. We have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend renting from them. In fact, we will likely do so again in the future.

One of the most convenient and cost effective ways to get out of town! Loved being able to stop almost anywhere to camp. The team at WanderVans was super responsive and clarified all the road bumps before I even got to them.

My sister and I absolutely loved renting from Wandervans. The van was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed!! Pick up and drop off was easy and well explained. Customer service leading up to the trip and on the trip was just a quick phone call away. Well be back!

From start to finish a very smooth process. I had troubles finding which gate to open, after a quick call I was able to talk to one of the owners to help me. He stayed on the line until I was inside the vehicle. Van was clean, everything we needed, and was a great getaway for my Fiance and I. Will absolutely rent again and I am telling my friends!

My family of three rented the Large van, which turned out to be a 2019 Ford Transit with under 40 k miles. We drove through Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. We visited Yellowstone Nat. park, visited family in Billings and stayed in campgrounds in Northern Idaho. The van had dual AC which made the trip very comfortable. The van set up was convenient, comfortable and reliable. The beds are very comfortable, the mattresses felt like our memory foam beds at home. I planned ahead for the trip and got a tent site for every night. We didnt need any add-ons, we enjoyed the equipment that they give you with the van, chairs, table, stove, ect. I never have been so relaxed on a vacation, I just had fun! I would rent from Wandervans again. I now want to build my own high roof van and equip it similarly. The only downside was the Portland pick up/drop off location outside of the Wandervans secured yard. Its not Wandervans fault its just Portlands streets and atmosphere right now. I left my personal vehicle on their lot for 10 days and felt it was safe and secure the whole time. I may elect to use the optional drop off and pick up option in the future. Overall the van and the service scored a 10/10 for us. Thank you Wandervans!

Would recommend a roadtrip in the Oregon/Washington area using Wandervans! Our van host dropped off the van early and gave us a flexible return time. The van was very clean and easy to drive! The sleeping accommodations were comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for a roadtrip/camp ground experience.

The van pickup was smooth and complete with a very clean, well prepared mid sized van. While the staff may or may not be at the pickup, in my case Ryan was and was very helpful.

We had an excellent experience with the Wandervan we rented. Just as advertised it was rustic but equipped nicely. We went on a 11 day camping trip in the Pacific Northwest, gorgeous country. We were joined by family who had their own well equipped vans that had full galleys but we were almost as comfortable as they were. We highly recommend the optional canopy and mess kit. There was plenty of storage space in the garage at the back of the van. The ARB cooler kept all our food and drinks cold. Customer service was great, everyone was always friendly and helpful.The only con was the cabinetry for the sink was weak and the door fell off on our third night out. Minor inconvenience that had no affect on our experience.We would definitely do this again. We have recommended Wandervan to our friends and family!

We had a great first van life adventure via Wandervans. Our family trip was great! It was also enlightening in terms of living out of a van for 5 days. What an experience. While there were a few things which we needed to address when picking up the van, the staff at Wandervans were wonderful and took great care of everything quickly. Their customer service is on par with the best weve had. But back to the van. We had a 22 footer with 2 queens for 3 of us. Ryan and Gerard helped us navigate the add ons pre-trip so we were set. The Redwoods and Southern Oregon Coast were beautiful. The Van drove like a car - seriously! It was so smooth and way easier than anticipated. I highly recommend Wandervans (and have already) to people. And, now we can have the countless hours of debate on whats better, a van or a small RV! Thanks Wandervans!!!
