Quick and painless process. Beautiful vans and the customer service was great. We rented (2) 15 passenger vans and was able to pick them up early to work with our schedule.The vans were in perfect condition and drove like a dream.We just dropped the cans in their parking lot and put the key in the slot as the office was closed during that part of the day. Quick and easy!

Just cant say enough good about this company. Rented a van for two weeks, and it broke down in remote Canada a week into the trip. Bandago got us towed back to our lodging, took care of the van repair (new transmission), and even covered the additional costs we incurred due to the extended down time (car rental and an extra nights lodging). Communication throughout was excellent. $H1T happens; the mark of a good company is not how they perform when things go right, but how they respond when things go wrong. These folks took great care of us and Id have no issues renting from them again in the future.

The kind folks at Bandago PDX totally hooked us up with a sweet ride for our Spring Break road trip. 3200 miles in ten days in a bomber 23 12 passenger Sprinter. We had more than enough room for two families, all of our camp gear, and a 10 telescope! The kids were happy. The wives were happy. The van was super easy to drive and park. Thanks, Bandago!!

Had a great experience with bandago. Would recommend them highly. They were extremely responsive, organized, great customer service and the vans were amazing. Went above and beyond what I expected. We rented two of the large Sprinter vans from the Portland location for a 220 mile relay run in southern Oregon (Wild Rogue Relay). The vans were dialed! Seth did a great job to make sure we knew all the features of the van and to make sure we would be safe. Great dude and took care of us. Costs were very reasonable. When you factor in all costs, its not much more than renting a normal sized family van from Enterprise or Hertz, but 100 times better...definitely worth every penny. I will rent again from these guys.

Made a reservation and ended up that I booked the wrong day, unfortunately the day I needed the rental for was booked up so they ended up refunding me and cancelling. No wonder they have great reviews. I would not hesitate to book them again even though I didnt get to utilize there services this time.

Picked up Van with no problems. Easy to drop off. Band member with Long Hair who helped me out had great customer service, nice, cool and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to rent from them again. Thanks.
