I had been looking for auto insurance online and what it got me was massive emails and literally dozens of phone calls beginning at 7:30am. This onsite shop was courteous and more reasonable then any of the non in person offers. Hopefully my business with them will prove satisfactory.

There are no words that can express my gratitude and the customer service. The representative Maria Lopez was an exemplary employee that I strongly believe needs to be promoted in every way. She was very much a great person that explained every question that arised. Her skills are very impressive and certainly a big asset. Even my family member stepfather was also impressed. Her bilingual skills are awesome. She and this insurance company has given us a great piece of mind that we appreciate and are thankful for. The price for automobile insurance is excellent. Funny to say about an insurance company, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the phone today. Maria Lopez helped me with all my questions and made sure that I had the insurance policy that I needed at a pretty spectacular rate. Ive had a great experience with this company. Alicia has been a great agent and very helpful. Ever since Alicia left service from this company has been time consuming and unsatisfactory. The extra charges are ridiculous and unnecessary. She made sure her clients were taken care of quickly and always called them back if she was busy.
