A few days ago I decided to switch insurance companies, but I wasnt sure where to start. I spoke with a woman who works there who was a HUGE help. I cant remember her name for the life of me but she was from Florida, where I grew up. She was so polite and helpful. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking about switching.

I moved here entirely on my own in April and had a lot of things to figure out in a short period of time, insurance being a big part of it. John’s office not only made that process as easy as possible, but also made me feel like I had a knowledgable team of people only a call away. Laura was the first person who helped me, but I’ve since spoken to Madeline, Jamiee, and John as well who are all very knowledgeable, and more importantly dedicated to making sure they use that knowledge to offer the best service they can. I highly recommend this office!

Overall, this office is extremely helpful, professional, and trouble free. Jamiee recently helped with a billing problem, which was resolved fast and easily. She was super kind and eager to help. I recommend John Proctor to anybody looking for a trouble free, professional experience.

I recently called John Proctor State Farm to compare some prices. I have been with Progressive my whole life and thought they were just the best company around but I saw an ad and was curious. I spoke with Jesten there and he was a huge help. He was very direct and honest. He explained all of my coverage options and how I can maximize my benefits to make sure I never had to worry about an accident. I found out that progressive never really talked to me about what I had or why. I felt so good to talk to someone who cared about me as a person rather than trying to sell me something. I changed to State Farm. The price wasnt a huge savings but the customer service is far superior. And they reviewed Life insurance with me and made it so I can understand it!
