Great local shop with honest mechanics.

I have used these guys a few times. They have been transparent and inform me of repairs that may be coming up soon without trying to upsell me. They are always pleasant to talk to and Ive had a great experience with them overall.

I called on Friday to see how far out they were and to set up an appointment to get my rear struts replaced on my forester. They told me not to worry about an appointment and to just bring it by between 8 and 8:30 on Monday. Got there about 8:20 and told the guy that was there that and he said, “Good luck.” Super whack I have planned my entire weekend around getting this done today as I was told I didn’t need an appointment and to just come by when they open. I suggest going somewhere else that will value your time as much as their own.

When I bought a car they didnt ask me questions and tried to Hassel me. They let me look at the car and let me test drive it on my own and never rushed me. They dont look like a trust worthy place from the outside but they are trust worthy. It was straight forward to the point.

On site owner, who is such a sweet guy, helps you feel like youre not getting taken advantage of. Ive taken my cars there many times throughout the years to get work done. Always reasonably priced & I have never had an issue. Would definitely recommend.

New Kid on the Block Auto is so top notch! The owner Fred is one of the most honest and knowledgeable people Ive met. I felt so cared for and taken care of, and treated more than fairly. The other mechanics are also so great. The location is a bit far for me, but Im sold and will make the journey. I cant recommend them enough!

Look. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They know their stuff and they are very kind and humble folks. I don’t know what else you’d ever want in a shop. They fixed a problem a half dozen shops missed in two hours.
