I have three words... Awesome, awesome, awesome. I recently bought a 2007 Ducati Monster S2R and the headlight reminded me of a 70s style Volkswagen van. It did not light the road well at all. Went in thinking i was gonna pay a few hundred dollars on an HID conversion kit but instead, the salesperson didnt try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need and I learned that the LEDs theyre putting out these days are comparable to the brightness of HIDs. I bought an LED bulb that all I had to do was swap out the old bulb with. $75 for the bulb, no hassle, no re-wiring or anything like that, just switched out a bulb and done! I will definitely be back and recommend them everywhere I can. Super happy customer!

They installed HID’s on my 2017 charger RT. I was concerned that my vehicles system wouldn’t take to the aftermarket install but it did. They got me in and out in under 2hrs. When one of my headlights went out they replaced it without any problems, they even adjusted the height of my headlights several times without any complaints. Staff is professional and the work is good.

Super helpful in identifying the a after maker system installed in the car when I bought it and very helpful with options and suggestions to make things work correctly.

If youre looking for LED shop, this is a good place to go. Theyre phenomenal. I got 2006 Dodge Ram. My headlight was so dim. I stopped by HID Systems and they suggested me use LED light. Now Im driving under very bright condition at night. The price is very reasonable. Theyre so professional.

Always friendly but busy! I guess if you do good work people definitely come back with more projects for them later. I know I do so call in advance if you want it done that day on installs but for purchases, you can get what you need and not worry because they back their products they sell. Always good to know.

The guys here are great!!they do a great job!!!& They are honest and they get you in and out but at same time they make sure job is done right And that your happy,I came got my headlights done and was so happy with it that I went back for my tail lights which had to b ordered they called me promptly once lights arrived and they did a great job but upon inspecting my tail lights I thought one seemed a lil dim I said something about it and then thought it was just my vision at angle where standing at so I said never mind pulled out of there shop heading home and guy from shop said he noticed wen I drove off he too noticed a lil dim so he called to have me look at t hem again and if i felt they looked dim as well they would take care of it at nocost and so thats what Im doing now my point was that they didnt have to call me to tell me that but he did and I appreciate his /their honesty and fact they cared enough to make it right thanks guys u rock!! Just had my low beams replaced on my VW Jetta and they look great. The only issue was the cost. I paid $275 including the installation, then got home and saw I could have ordered the bulbs from the manufacturer for $99 with free shipping. Wow, $175 for the labor and mark up! I will be doing my next upgrade myself...

A couple months ago I got my LED’s on my 2014 Dodge Charger. Superb quality and enjoy my new lights. Price is fair and customer service was awesome.

Looks like a tiny hole in the wall, but employs knowledgeable, polite, engaging professionals. Has a waiting room with a TV, and the most surprisingly upscale restroom Ive ever seen in an auto shop! Theyve worked in my extremely difficult to access headlights several times - The right one kept going out, so I ended up having them replaced with LEDs there just today - so Ive been to see them more than once. The level of professionalism is steady and they do rapid effective work.

I have a 2015 BMW 328i Sedan (F30) The car came from factory with Halogen H7 configuration, all Fogs, Low and High Beams. HID Systems installed a set of DEPO V3 head lights, which I purchased myself from Unique Style Racing. I purchased LEDs for Fogs, low/high beams from HID Systems.Installation only took a couple of hours and the end result looks fantastic. The bumper was reassembled correctly, nothing is misaligned, not a scratch even! So happy with the end result.Excellent job guys thank you!!Note: If you own a BMW and are upgrading your head lights and fogs from Halogen to LED, and by chance installing a set if DEPO V3 Angel Eyes head lights, do yourself a favor and buy a ODB Module and the Bimmercode App. make sure the ODB module is compatible with the bimmercode app. I bought the ODBLink MX+ ODB2 and works perfectly.You will have to code in the changes for Fogs, Low Beam and High Beam from Bulb to LED and turn off the Warm / Cold Monitoring for Low/High Beam and fog lights. Otherwise you will get flickering, lights will turn off and you will see malfunction errors. Its easier that it sounds, and once complete your new setup will be perfect.

When you want the best service and hassle free installation and you need it done ASAP, there is no other store on a Saturday night 20 minutes till store closing that will make it happen. Also, this shop was very honest. The called me the next day and told me I had left my bag there. Amazing experience.

I took my car to 2 mechanics, thinking that changing a headlight was simple. It was not. I paid the first one 250 bucks to have the headlight still not work, and the new ones were a different color than the other running lights. It looked terrible and STILL DIDNT WORK. The second mechanic told me I needed a whole new housing for 800 bucks. I didnt. I found HID systems and in no time they swapped out the bulbs, new ballasts, everything looks great, and for less than I paid for ones that didnt work. I recommend them to everyone. I was surprised to see negative feedback from some people. My experience was so perfect and I am so happy. Maybe Im just a happier person.

If you are looking for the best headlight shop in town, look no further than HID Systems, LLC.I needed an upgrade of my weak stock headlights and purchased an HID kit on my own. I found that the install would be extremely difficult, so I took my kit to HID systems. The team installed my kit professionally and promptly but after a couple of days I noticed one bulb was out and not turning on. David worked with me to find another HID kit with a better ballast and the team installed this new plug and play kit the same day it was delivered to me. They tested it thoroughly to make sure both bulbs worked. Its been 1 week and my new headlights work flawlessly! Didnt know what to expect with these guys. I came across them by doing an internet search and making a phone calls.Heres what stood out to me, their transparency and service. When I first called them, they were prompt in giving me a quote and discussing how they did their service. We discussed the issue right over the phone and they came across as knowledgeable.When I came to have the work performed, they were quick to get right to work. Their customer waiting room is modest and humble, but it gets the job done.As they performed the work, they didnt recommend some additional items to be repaired. Im normally turned off by this, but they did not perform the work without my permission. They were also happy to show me directly what they were talking about which I appreciated. When it comes to doctors, mechanics, and other operating room professions, its hard to tell what is actually being done or not. These guys were easy with their transparency.Overall, positive experience.

On point and they wont force you to buy something above your budget. I will definitely buy some bulbs again if needed.

They made it right!!! Would go again. Maybe not let the same guy do it though.THEY BROKEOUR $1100 GRILL.From my boyfriend: Took my truck to get the headlights fixed. Headlights look good but they broke my aftermarket grill then tried to cover it up rather than tell me about it. Thats not the end of the butchery visible now but until i open it back up and look everything over i wont know the extent. Pretty disappointed as the shop seemed to have a good reputation. Working with them now to try and get it resolved, will update.My review: We took our 60k truck to get the headlights replaced. The worker was very careless. Upon leaving and taking it to get gas my boyfriend checked under the hood. He noticed that the plastic guard over the radiator was cracked and the little plastic pins that hold it in were just sitting on top of it instead of pushed into the holes so the plastic was flapping around. Upon further inspection we noticed that our $1100 grill was snapped off on one side! Then the worker just wedged it inside to keep it from falling out! We contacted the company.they have to wait until they speak to the owner for a reimbursement. The grill alone to buy is $750 now, 8 years later. We asked for a full refund ($180) for the light work and $400 for the grill. Were waiting on a reply but I definitely wouldnt let them work on our truck again without them making this right.

Not only were they really informative but they were kind. I was thoroughly taken care of not taken advantage of! Theyve got a customer for life with me. I was told the problem with my car was a ballast and when I arrived here they offered to check first just in case it was a bad bulb. IT WAS A BAD BULB!!!!! Anywhere else would have went with it and took advantage. HID Systems did not. Good communication and even better vibes in this place for sure. And that was before they even touched my car. Great customer service guys!!

I had a new HID kit installed around ten years ago from this place. They did a great job and the HIDs still work perfectly today-lol.

They will charge you more than any body else and the you will need to go back to they business every week. In my case the volt is louse they never fix it right and the light come and goes every second. I’m personally tired of this situation last time I do business with them. This happened in my Nissan Frontier and that’s without talking about my BMW 645 they charged me two times because apparently my car some how was braking the led computer. But in reality they didn’t realize that my head light had a hole and every time it rains they make me get a new pc. Bs I have a video that you can see how it comes and goes like flashing.

Their stuff broke down and they finally agreed to fix their work. Their guys kept arguing with me without wearing a mask and I offered an extra mask I had. Than their components kept breaking dow.Here we are again. I gave these guys the bennefit of the doubt. Their system kept failing and after 7 trips to their technician (who used 2 plastic ties and replaced 2 light bulbs.....very technical) I called it quits. Their materials are substandard and they take zoro acountability. I paid $135 got $60 back. (In the form of a check that will probably bounce). It appears my complaint about them not wearing a mask 4 days ago paid off the guy that talked to me today had one on. Neverrrrrrrrrrr again. My Grandmother could instal better than these guys. As an Ex ASE Mechanic I know hacks when I see them. Saw their system on line as well after the fact for $30 (wish I had looked before giving these guys the job) oh well.... got a high quality one for $85 and it takes 2 minutes to plug and unplug and mount the system out of sight unlike their two plastic ties atached to the radiator frame. Good ridance!!

I had a great experience here they fixed my headlights so fast! I had a wiring issue and a blown bulb they didnt even charge me to fix the wiring only for the bulbs. The were friendly and knowledgeable I will be back to upgrade my lights even more.

I bought their led lights which cost $225.00 installed. I asked if they adjust the lights the sales guys said yes. I took this as it well be done with a hand shake and paid the $225.00. When I took the car out that night neither headlights were aimed correctly. When I opened the hood to look at the light installed I was shocked to see neither light was clipped in and were only held in by the dust covers. I took pictures of this work and the un aimed lights. I should the manager these pictures which acknowledged the lights weren’t aimed. I showed him the clips weren’t locked in and asked for my money back. I went on line and founded the same lights for $89.99 a set.Of course they wanted to make it right but after finding a better LED light GTR 2nd generation LED light with a better denser pattern and only $239.00 with a lifetime warranty too.Wouldn’t do business with this place again. They don’t give the service they say they’re going to do.

Ive bought three sets of headlights here for three different cars, and was just there at 2:47pm on Sunday for a warranty replacement on an 8 month old set.They were scheduled to close at 3, and one of their bay doors was already closed, but the other bay was empty, so I was already thinking about how much to tip when they squeezed me in.I asked how long it would take, and he said maybe 20 minutes. It didnt matter though, because the guy didnt even check with anyone else, and just told me Id have to come another day because they were closing.Will I be back? I guess so, because its close to home, and I need the light fixed. Will I tip? Not a chance. Will I buy new lights for the used car I just got a week ago? Yep, but not from them.They didnt do anything wrong, and its not like the guy was rude, but its disappointing to see zero desire to go the extra mile and take care of a customer. Oh well, I guess thats all you can expect anymore - thus this 3 star review.

These guys are awesome. It had been a while since they tinted our Ford Edges windows. They put the rain guards on that I had brought withme in. After 2yrs. We stopped by cause the passenger side rain guard came off. I stepped in to their office, told them what had happened. With out a blink or a cant, Im to busy, they just took a look at it and went outside and put it on, glue and all.Well just keep comming back when its time to replace our edge. Thank you guys ...

I do delivery driving for a living and primarily work nights. Road illumination is critical for clearly distinguishing delivery destinations and for avoiding the abundant Oregon wildlife that one encounters on the road. Quick service good deal.

Went in to have an issue with the HID conversion the original owner installed looked at. They diagnosed the issue within 10 min, offered me the replacement parts, and were super easy to deal with. I installed the new parts and everything is working great now.

Had a melted terminal for my headlights, they took care of it and wired up new a 6k HID kit. Then a Ballist whent out the next day, and they wired in a new one free in 5 min. And no problems since then. Very Thankful Customer

I cannot express how happy I am with the work these guys have done for my cars. Everyone working at HID systems is more than knowledgeable about their craft and will take the time to walk around your car with you to really visualize your desired project and then help you find the best use of your budget. They will not encourage you to spend any money that isnt absolutely necessary for your desired end result. If you are smart enough to head into HID systems I highly suggest that you ask for their advice and input on your project whenever possible, they are highly creative and get so excited about the work that they do it always ended up being more than a satisfactory job when they finished my cars! Dont cheat yourself by going elsewhere before considering these guys. They have my business for life guaranteed!

David was very helpful explaining the LED wiring system that came on my truck and how I could get LED lights or go back to the factory bulbs. He explained how the LED brand I had would often loose the low beam quickly so they dont carry them anymore. Helpful and knowledgeable even tho they didnt make a dime from me for the visit, but I sure will go back again.

I am really appreciate thier honesty. This place is a groups of good young men who like cars working passionately. I came today with both headlights gone. They spend time checking for me and found out that the wire was just loose and bad grounding. They fixed the problem by re-hooking the loosed one and putting the brand-new ground wire for me. Surprisingly they tell me the true and charge me noting!!! I would strongly and definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I have a vehicle with an HID headlight system that had a headlight failure. I drove in to this business with no appt on a friday afternoon so I had to wait a bit for an open service bay. Each employee that spoke with me was professional and courteous. They explained the problem and showed me the bulb with the failure. After explaining about ballast vs. bulb, they replaced both bulbs and the whole service took about 30 minutes. These guys really know their stuff! I highly recommend them!!

This is the worst place to do business with... I set a day and time and when I showed up nobody was there to answer calls or meet me at the door as we agreed on. Unprofessional to cancel on a customer without giving a call. I was dumb enough to come back and give them another chance but yet bad customer service made me feel like I wasn’t important. They don’t communicate not good products. and the prices are unique one day $650 and the other day is $980...they kept my car an additional 2 days without telling me or giving me a heads up. The last shop that I will contact to put headlights on my car...

OK my first experience wasnt the greatest, product is the best it was the 2 days it took to accomplish both jobs. So I am back again for a tint on my new Mercedes.
