HORRIBLE PAPER THIN FLOORS/CEILINGS. Forget about a peaceful nights sleep ever if you need sleep to go to work early in the morning. I hate living under disrespectful neighbor. Definitely not renewing my lease!

I like that the move in process was both automated and in person. You cant beat the amenities here. I can tell they put a lot of thought to what helps makes a space feel like a home.

WORST mangement ever. It has been a total nightmare living here. This is not a luxury building at all. I have not been able to get in touch with the leasing people and they never reply to my emails these days. The times I have gone downstairs, they have been gone and don’t come back for the rest of the day. It is very frustrating living in a place where they seem like they only care about some of the residents.

This developer (Fairfield Residential, San Diego, CA) ignored the requests of more than 500 residents for a commercial space on the ground floor of their nearby property. They also denied requests to set aside some units as affordable. Fairfield prioritizes their investors over the community. Please consider supporting a more community-minded company.Thanks for contributing to the playground. The fact remains is Fairfield still ignored >500 residents to have retail space and affordable units at their nearby ArLo property.

Natalie was professional, very knowledgeable, and was prompt to return my emails and phone calls. She is one of the reasons I decided to apply for an apt at The Perch. She knows how to listen and also how to suggest more than I thought I needed. I didn’t know I wanted a balcony but once she showed me, I had to have it!

I didn’t schedule a guided tour, but I was given one anyway. It was fine to have Shantay with me, but I would have preferred what I scheduled.

David, Shantay, and Kayla have been awesome to work with. I love my apartment and they have consistently gone above and beyond to make The Perch feel like home. 10/10
