New to Columbia Ridge Apartments but so far I am loving it. Particularly how our top floor unit feels like a tree house. The deck is large and covered with a small storage closet. And I feel safe allowing my toddler out there with me. The layout of the 2 bedroom feels open with an island like countertop looking into an eating area big enough for a table for 4 to 6. Plenty of closet space throughout. Wood looking floors covering all but the bedrooms which have nice carpet. One of my favorite of all is the landscaping. Units sit in 11 acres of trees and grass. Nice soft lights throughout at night. Multiple child play structures on the property. Pretty quiet. Unfortunately the pool and gym are shut down because of covid. So that is a Bummer. There is a quiet neighborhood tucked behind us. Great for walks with kids and a park near by as well. So far, I would totally recommend this place. I forgot to mention 4 stars because we have found a few cockroaches. Yikes!!

Ive lived here for over 5 years and it WAS worth a 5 star vote. But seeing how the new management wants to include neighbors water in your bill now, easy 1 star review for bad business practices. Maintenance is still on top of stuff, but I cant justify living in a place where you have to pay because a neighbor uses water. 👎👎

The pool heater didnt work at all last year so the pool wasnt really comfortably usable. But thats pretty much my only complaint. I love it here. And I love how much guest parking there is.

I seriously miss living here. I moved out about a year ago. I LOVED the 3 playgrounds! Maintenance was on top of things and the grounds were kept neat. Jamie and Michelle make a wonderful team and were always courteous. If you are looking for a great place to be, Columbia Ridge is where its at! The clubhouse there is available to reserve for events, which is VERY convenient for like Birthday parties and such. OH MY GOODNESS! I almost forgot about the sauna and fitness center. Get your sweat on without ever leaving property! :)

Very clean! Maintenance does a great job and management does their job respectfully. Not to mention the apartments sell themselves! No problems during my experience there and the set up is very convenient and spacious! I highly suggest checking this place out! Perfect place to live! P.s. the playground being so clean is a bonus!

I have lived here for almost two years now. I love how clean the maintenance keeps the property! Whenever I see one of the staff, they always have a smile on their faces. Last summer they had a BBQ I really enjoyed. The fitness center makes it easy for me to get some cardio in on those days I cant make it to they gym. It is always very easy to get things fixed in the apartments here and maintenance is usually very on top of my requests. The staff in the office is very friendly and always greet me with a happy tone. I really enjoy the pool when gets really hot outside.

I lived at Columbia Ridge for about a year, recently moved to Clackamas for a job. I already miss the property manager Jamie, she was always on top of things and always provided phenomenal customer service. The location of the property is very convenient. Only a 2 minute walk to Subway, Plaid Pantry, and Red Apple!

Just recently moved from here. I lived there for over 6 years! Very awesome respectful management!! Maintenance keeps up with everything! Not to mention how will they keep up with the outside. These apartments pretty much sell themselves! The apartments are very nice and clean! You even have a pool onsite and a Sauna, plus a workout room!! I will miss the awesome management from Jamie she was great throughout my whole six years!!

I lived in a 2-bedroom at Columbia Ridge for two and a half years, and would recommend it -- with a few things to be aware of.MANAGEMENT/STAFF - 5 stars! Jamie and Michelle are super friendly and helpful. Management also goes out of their way to plan fun community events for those with kids, or who want to get to know their neighbors.GROUNDS/MAINTENANCE - 4.5 stars. The outside is kept clean and well-landscaped by professionals. Maintenance requests were always taken care of promptly and by helpful, pleasant staff.LOCATION - 3.5 stars.PROS: Close to both I-84 and I-205 (15-20 minutes drive to downtown). Close to a Costco, which is nice. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby, as well as a Plaid Pantry convenience store right next door for emergencies.CONS: 1) The freight train on Sandy Blvd can be loud, and its a busy street. If youre noise-senstive, try to get a unit closer to the Fremont St. side. 2) This is not considered the best part of town, though I never felt unsafe or witnessed any crime. 3) the area is right on the border of a residential and industrial zone. If you dont mind driving, you wont mind, but dont expect to find much enrichment within walking distance of your front door. I wouldnt live here if you rely on public transit, unless you work close by and get your groceries delivered.UNIT INTERIORS: 3 STARS. We loved the HUGE kitchen! Ive never had so much cabinet or counter space in an apartment. The washer and dryer in the unit is a great feature, though you can tell the apartment wasnt designed to accommodate them (theyre located in what obviously used to be the coat closet, by the front door). Closet space overall is slightly lacking, especially if you have more than two people. We made it work by installing hooks where we could.I would bump my rating up to 4 or 5 stars if management would remodel the insides to make the apartments look more attractive and modern, but our unit was completely adequate for what it was.AMENITIES: I never used the pool or sauna, but it seemed well-maintained. The little exercise room is nice and theres hardly ever anyone using it, which is great.VALUE: Fairly priced for Portland in general, and the rent increases were very reasonable.CONCLUSION: If the location is right for you and youre looking for a reliable, friendly place to rent, look no further! I recommend it

Quiet(ish) place to live. There are 3 playgrounds here, so theres sometimes kid noise, depending on where your apartment is, but I love that stuff, personally. Pet friendly and excellent office and maintenance staff. Rent is getting higher, but thats everywhere in Portland right now. I feel like I am at least getting a good value for my money. Parking is good here too.
