I came in for a pedi, chose the deluxe. I was a walk-in and prepared for a wait, but the service was very prompt. My tech was unhurried, thorough, the whole staff is friendly and professional, music relaxing, no TV noise. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely return.

Have not gotten my nails done in years. Decided to finally treat myself. Before going I did some research online because I didn’t want to be disappointed. I walked in and was waited on instantly. Le did a full set with some nail design and he was amazing. I also received face waxing and left satisfied with the results. I feel like a whole new woman. Will definitely be back again.

This was my first visit. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon just before 5pm. Waited less than 20 mins. Fantastic atmosphere. Friendly staff. My nails turn out better than I could have hoped! Scheduled an appointment for a fill before I left and I’m excited to go back. I’ve hopped from salon to salon in Charlotte county because I haven’t found a place that has made me truly happy. I think I’ve finally settled on a permanent spot!

So disappointed that the now owner Le, charged both my daughter and I for 2 full sets 50$ a piece. I got 2 different color Acrylic, pink and white glitter,in which I showed him a picture and it came out Nothing like the picture. So disappointed. nothing special,I wanted one different my ring finger on each hand and he ended up doing my ring on my right and my pointer on my left. My daughter also got a full set with Stiletto cut, and plain black gel polish, again nothing special. And he charged me 100$ Never again will I Ever go back there. He’s lost a faithful customer that has been going there since Kelly his sister opened the shop 16 years ago. Kelly would have charged me 45$ and my daughter 35$. Absolutely ridiculous!!

This Miami Girl is extremely picky with her hands and feet and I finally decided to be brave and try this one nail salon that was recommended to me by a few people. Can I tell you that I was not disappointed at all? Because I wasnt. The pedicure was to die for and I didnt have to ask Alice to make any corrections and the same applies to the manicure. Oh and did I mention the prices? They are very reasonable compared to some of the prices in the area and they did a fantastic job. I found my new nail place on the West Coast. Very happy new customer here!

Ive been going here for about a year, I wear acrylic nails, and have been getting my fill & gel done here for that time. Im very happy with the service, its usually busy, but as Im a walk- in, I dont mind a short wait. Ive had two pedis here, both very nice. My nails are pretty basic, so I have no opinion on the fancy nails, other than what Ive seen. What Ive seen look very nice. Try 5 Star, make up your own mind!

ANDY is fabulous. I hear everyone there does a good job. I just happen to think Andy does my nails just the way I prefer which is wide, squared off with a curve. I highly recommend him.

Wasnt happy at all. I go for a massage more then the pedicure and no massage.Plus hes on the phone the whole time ur getting ur feet done.

This is my FAVORITE place to get my nails done. I moved away from the Bay Area and even when I come to visit I have to make a point to stop in for a gel manicure. They are very clean, efficient, reasonably priced and do an amazing job with gel manicure. Linda/ Lee/ Kelly did my nails the last time and they are perfection. Definitely need more places like this around the country!

I went here for eyelashes for the first time. I was taken into a very small gross room that was maybe 5x5. Told to sit on a tiny stool and hold a fan. I tried to ask questions but the girl didnt speak English. I needed to know aftercare and how to take care of them. The girl used bunches of lashes and gobs of black glue that burned my eyes. Thats why I had to hold the fan to keep the fumes from blinding me, I guess. But it still hurt. I looked up pictures on the internet at what really badly done lashes looked like and it looked like mine. I wasnt asked about length fullness curl or anything else. It was very heavy when I walked out half of my field of vision was gone. Cut in half because of how heavy they were. It was my fault for not doing more research ahead of time but a friend brought me as a gift. Now my real eye lashes are being pulled out and the fake ones are a big gob of a mess. Dont go here ladies. Its just not worth it. I guess you get what you pay for indeed. Just a really bad experience altogether.I did call the salon to find out how to get them removed. Ive looked on YouTube at these girls trying in vain to get them off but they are losing all their own natural lashes. I dont want to lose mine. Please call me back. Tell me how to get them off. Waiting for a respons ...Five Star nails did call me back and offer to fix /redo my lashes. However, I just dont think it would be a good idea to do that because they use clusters and from now on Ill be doing single extensions. I just wanted to add a star because of their attempt to fix the issue. So thank you, but, no thank you. You guys seem to do really beautiful nails from what Ive seen, just not so good lashes. I may try them in the future for nails...

I was planning on getting my nails done once for a special occasion but this place was too addicting to let go! Right away youre welcomed with open arms in an inclusive community! You dont ever feel rushed or unimportant! And on top of that your nails turn out beautifully and last a long time! But the best part of this entire place is an angel named Kelly! All the nail technicians are super sweet & do a great job but Kelly is something special. I feel like I get a therapy session in every time I get my nails done! I could be having the worst day and Kelly will make me forget about all the ugly in the world. Not only does she leave my nails looking beautiful but she leaves me feeling beautiful inside and out! I will continue to go here as long as they keep their energy and their beautiful employee Kelly!

I was and in desperate need of a pedicure. I found this place on and had such a great experience! I was able to walk in and was seated almost right away. Everyone was very attentive and the place was clean. I received a wonderful manicure and pedicure. It was exactly what I needed!

This was by far the worst salon Ive been to since coming to FL three and a half years ago. Smelled really bad, could not communicate with the person doing my pedicure at all, the so-called hot stones were not hot at all and I think they were the same ones used on the person next to me 10 minutes prior, holiday candy cane design looked like it was done by a child. The whole pedicure took only 35 minutes...Very bad experience. ☹️

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I want to be honest with you all and let you know that I had the worst experience of my life having my nails done here. I went Friday night at 5:50pm shortly after I got out of work to get my nails done for a graduation on Monday. At first I was happy they were telling me it was 15-30 minutes wait. It was not. I waited until about 7:30 to get my nails done. They close at 7pm. When I was getting them done, they were nice until the girl closed down the credit card machine and told me “you need to pay cash, it’s better for you”. The real problems began the next morning at 9am when my nails began lifting off of my fingers when I was doing simple tasks like buttoning my shirt and brushing my teeth. They literally fell off my fingers. I went in to get my nail fixed. At the time, only one had fallen off. They fixed it and sent me on my way. An hour later more began to literally FALL off like nothing was keeping them there. I called in and was in tears because I am graduating Monday night and it is now Saturday and I work at a restaurant where I get off at about 9:30pm but the salon closes at 7. So I couldn’t go in after work.The salon is closed Sunday’s so I couldn’t go in then. I had already wasted 30 minutes going in the morning to get one fixed as well. I told the man I regretted ever having my nails done because half of them were on and half were off and I was getting pictures for graduation on Monday. That’s the whole reason I got them. I just asked for my money back because I was going to remove whatever nails were left in order to have consistency at least. He told me we couldn’t talk about this in front of the other customers and said he couldn’t give me money back because he didn’t have it. He asked me to come back next week. He proceeded to hand me nail glue and tell me that should fix it. I paid $35 for this man to hand me nail glue, tell me my real nails were too short and that’s my problem, and refuse to give me a refund when his product didn’t last 12 hours on me (8 of which I was sleeping). I regret ever having my nails done here and I don’t ever want to go back here again. If I wanted to glue nails onto my finger I would’ve gone to Walmart and picked up a $10 pack of fake nails to stick on for pictures. I probably won’t get my money back and I wasted hours of my life and $35 plus tip for nails that didn’t make it one whole day. Please save yourself the trouble of coming here.

I have made the mistake of going back again and again too many times. This time was definitely the last. Some of the girls there are very nice. Only the 2 younger girls that are sisters are polite. The owners are very rude and dont care enough to pay attention to what theyre doing or even what the customer wants. Kelly (the owners wife) was the one to do my nails this time and she was in such a rush to get me out of the way that she put waayyy too much acrylic on my nails, she hit my skin so many times with the drill that my fingers are still throbbing and have cuts all around the nails, she did the polish super fast and didnt even cover the entire nail, I paid a lot extra to have designs and she did them so bad and ugly that I just had another place fix them and actually listened to what I wanted. She didnt even ask what design I wanted which is the crazy part. She just did what she wanted to and I really thought it would come out great because shes supposed to be the best one there. Really shes not even close. Horrible experience yet again and theyve permanently lost another great paying customer. Im glad I found a place that actually cares about their customers.

I personally have never gotten my nails done here because I walked in one time, with the intentions of getting a full set (acrylics). I walked in and it was a very small place, packed with snobs. no one was at the front desk and I have severe anxiety, especially in social places. one o the guys giving a pedicure yelled across the salon and said can we help you? in a very rude tone of voice, i told him i wanted a full set and he said go pick out your color quieter than the greeting i received. i didnt hear him so he very sternly said it again, needless to say i was embarrassed in front of 20+ middle aged women. i walked over to their very small selection of colors, saw they didnt have black and walked out. the same man yelled something to me as i was walking out, and this time ignored him. then he kept yelling hey! very rudely as i walked out.

Ive been coming here for years and LOVE IT! They always do a great job! I have never had a pedicure last as long as I do. Any amount of waiting, whether it be for your hands or your feet, are well worth it!

They will sit you done, put on the nails and then put a different amount of people in front of you and youll wait there for about a half an hour for them to get your nails done even if you made an appointment. The employees thats do feet are very nice, but the people that do your nails are the rudest people(THE OWNERS) I can show them the shape and color I want in a picture and still not get what I wanted. One time when I went I saw the exact color that I wanted and a nice older lady next me was kind enough to get up and get it for me and one of the employees got up in front of her and pointed to the seat she was sitting in telling her to sit and then said there are some colors that SOME people cant use. Not only will you not get the color you want but they always shape them wrong. Another time my mom went and she wanted long nails but the lady didnt ask and cut it the way she wanted not how my mom did. I hate this place and I really dont recommend at all.

I love this spa for multiple reasons. I am not a girly girl and before I found 5 Star Nails I always felt awkward in salons. The employees are so friendly and Lee made me super comfortable right away. The first visit was for eyelash extensions and I absolutely LOVE my lashes now. I get compliments almost on a daily basis on my eyes.Lee is very meticulous and does a beautiful job. Needless to say I never miss an appointment and I always look amazing when I walk out .Recently I had Lee microblade my eyebrows and now I wake up with gorgeous lashes and brows and for me thats all I need and dont have to bother with any type of make up routine .I have been going to 5 Star for a few months now and consider Lee a friend.
