I received a phone call a half hour prior to my lash appointment and was told that she was running late. I advised her that I had another appointment and I would have to reschedule. She then proceeded to charge me $55 for a cancellation fee when she was the one interfering with my schedule. This is very bad customer service and I will never go here for any type of service.As you can see from the owner’s response which was wrong and she was given the incorrect information from her lying employee. It seems they are never responsible for anything. It’s always everyone else. What an attitude for a customer service job. You would be mad also if you were charged a cancel fee when it was a reschedule. I was rescheduled for the next Friday but after I saw the cancel fee I was mad absolutely!! You would be too. Stop running late on appointments if I was running late I would of been canceled but since it’s you it’s ok to run late. She was running 15 minutes behind which is a lot! Learn how to do your job the right way. I have never sat 2 hours for lash extensions!! Ever!!

I called to set up a consultation for the removal of my hair extensions and installation of new ones. Vic answered and set up the appointment. While her over the phone attitude seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered, i gave her the benefit of the doubt. Day of my appointment, 10minutes prior to, she texted me telling me she will be running late or can reschedule. I responded asking her to let me know when she will be available or to reschedule if needed. No response ever again. I’ve never encouraged such lack of professionalism, you completely wasted my time.Chose this place based on the reviews and luckily dodged a bullet.

Vic the has done my hair twice and I have never had anyone do my hair so beautiful!❤️, Ana did my lashes and they are amazing I go almost a full month without having to get a fill. I have never had lashes last this long!!! Everyone in this salon is extremely talented, super sweet and fun to talk to. I just love you girls, you better stay here forever!

I have gone here twice and both times were amazing. My hair turned out great. This time I had scheduled an appt 4 months in advance so i could get in before my wedding but my appt. got cancelled via email an hour before it was scheduled. I just wish I would’ve gotten an explanation or a call regarding as to why. Other than that they have done great work.

About two months ago I had a horrible experience at Bellamier that resulted in me having to have nine inches of my hair cut off at another salon. I initially tried to get Bellamier to rectify the situation, but was ignored. Twice. So I wrote a review accordingly. This was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional response filled with lies upon lies. I guess it was to try to make it appear as if my review was less credible, and like it was my fault, rather than hers.At this point, I dont care about any slanderous response from the owner, I just want other people to know to avoid this salon. Her responses to negative reviews/criticism are all you need to know about the business practices here.EDIT: Followed up with more lies. Unbelievable. I never even got an Im sorry you werent happy from the owner; I only got a you dyed your hair six years ago so its your own fault.

Gosh, what can I say about this place other than they are wonderful! Vic did my hair to complete perfection! I have really curly hair that has been destroyed numerous times by so many hair stylist here in Florida. I am soo happy to have found someone who loves what she does and it shows. I will be a forever customer here.

This is the only place that I trust to do my hair. Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed and tinted, eyelash extensions, hair dyed, hair cut, etc. I definitely recommend this place. Theyre clean, theyre very nice and make me feel welcome there. And Ill say it again, the only place I trust to dye and cut my hair. :)

I would 100% recommend bellamier beauty bar to anyone wanting to get their hair done, not only is the salon gorgeous, the staff is phenomenal! I have had two of the three hairstylist do my hair (lali and Vic) and I have never met a more professional and kind staff. Best experience Ive had at a hair salon! Vic did a balayage on my hair and it came out beautiful. When I sent pictures to my sister she didnt believe it was my hair. Vic was sweet and did exactly what I asked, my hair needs to grow in order to get a hairstyle that I want, so she just trimmed it for now and I have an appointment set for December. I cant wait to use there other services. I highly recommend them!

I showed up to my appointment and after waiting a while, they told me no one could do my hair that day when I made the appointment so long ago! I had requested a specific stylist who looks like they are no longer there but no one contacted me about it until I got there!! Extremely unprofessional, I went somewhere else instead. (edit) I made an appointment and did not have the contact information for anyone except the salon. Who else would contact me to let me know? If you cant take responsibility for it then Im glad I went somewhere else.

It was my first time coming here to get a full set of classic lashes. Michelle is super nice and really talented! She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. She made sure everything is perfect and I appreciate it so much. The salon looked nice and the rest of the staff was really nice too! I already booked my next appointment!

All the girls here are super sweet and will work to give you what you want. Had a little miscommunication but they did all they could to remedy the situation and in the end I was very happy. Jenna, Hailey and The owner Mary did a great job. I would recommend this place highly.

Hands down best salon in town. I got my hair and lashes done here and will keep coming back. I love the environment and how the girls all are friendly and greet you right away. -The employees all seem to respect each other and get along. “Only saying this because in fact, I have walked into other salon and they seem to be on a bad mood or don’t like each other” so that’s a plus.

I absolutely love this salon. It is beautiful inside!! It is definitely the best looking salon in Port Charlotte ever! I got a wonderful pedicure and I am going back soon to have my hair color corrected from a previous botched job at another salon. Here they not only do white peoples hair. They do hispanic and black peoples hair too. Tatiana is the leading stylist and she does extensions and weaves. They even do lashes. This is where I will go for all my pampering services. I forgot to mention they provide mimosas and wine for their customers.

I was very excited to go here to get my brows done, however I was very disappointed with my experience. I did not make an appointment for my brows because on the website it said it should only take around ten minutes to complete the waxing and I did not have a problem waiting. First, the staff was not welcoming and I felt like being there was a burden. Second, whoever did my brows (they did not introduce themselves) burned me pretty badly and over waxed for sure. She burned the area underneath my eyebrows and also my eyelid and several hours later as I am typing this, they are still red and burn when touched. Additionally, online it said that a brow appointment was $10 however when I paid, she said it was $12. I was really hoping to like this place but unfortunately after the experience and pain I have gone through, I do not think I will be back.

I purchased a groupon for a facial and decided to get a hair cut as well. It’s been a few days since the cut and I thought that maybe after I washed and styled it it would look good, but I’ve been very disappointed every time I look in the mirror :( It is a very basic haircut, one length and I asked to have the weight cut out. Olga, I think was the stylists name, (she never introduced herself) cut out under layers only on the top portion of my hair. the way she cut it gave me bangs on one side and if I don’t make the part exactly how she had it, my hair is longer on the other side. Also, so much of the weight was on the bottom portion of my head she didn’t cut, I noticed how she kept trying to get the hair to stay on the top of my head when she could have just used a clip so she could get a proper angle on the under side. Because I don’t really blow dry my hair, I didn’t pay extra for the blow dry, so she left me with strands of hair hanging out of my head?!? It was somewhat bizarre.The cut just felt unprofessional, rushed and undervalued. On the other hand the facial was great and bumped up the rating to two stars.

Such a beautiful place... we felt like royalty...they serve adult beverages 😍 and super friendly service from all the ladies...there was an issue with the other nail tech not showing for me ( I came with my friend for pedis together) so they did the best they could to get my pedi done...but it was rushed... My friend was long done before me BUT she REALLY enjoyed her pedi 😥...so I decided to call and just let them know, I hate complaining and I really wanted to leave them a great review. When I called and spoke to the owner she recalled the situation and without hesitation set me up with a appointment for a complementary pedicure. She was extremely apologetic and sincere. Im really excited to get the full service and will update my review!

I came her to do a mani and pedi. I also came in to do my makeup for hoco since their literally arent any MAU in this area. They were so incredibly sweet with me and had some nice conversations with them. I didnt know what type of makeup look I wanted but I showed them the dress I got and they suggested a bronzey look and it came out really good! I will be coming back for many more service that they offer. Anyone should come by to check them out.
