So I found JTs plumbing on Google, received great service and had my timer replaced. Two months later my timer isn’t working and I called the owner and she basically told me I’m out of my money due to storms hitting the timer and knocking power out. She wouldn’t even consider sending someone out to take a look at the product and automatically assumed I wanted something for “free”. If you want to be out of your money because no one can control Mother Nature, right? Please don’t use these unprofessional people.

After a brief conversation the owner met me at my house for a site visit to outline the scope of the project. He was very knowledgable and educated me on a few options that we had not even considered.Within a few days, his crew was removing old tiles and prepping the pool. The following day, they laid the new tiles and then it was onto diamond bright resurfacing- his crew were ultra professional, respectful, hard working and organized.Our pool is the envy of the neighborhood- it has never looked better!Killer pricing! On budget! Ahead of schedule and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the owner to his crew. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Jaime, owner of JTs Pool Service resurfaced and retiled our pool. His pricing was within the market range. He was professional and detailed when explaining the process and product options. His crew are his employees and were very organized and worked the entire time they were here each day. The crew cleaned up the pool deck at the end of each day. Jaime came each day to make sure the job was done properly. The job timeframe was 5-7 days depending on weather. It was completed in 5 days which includes the pool water refilling and Jaime coming to balance the chemicals and explain what we need to do for the next 30-60 days. I would definitely recommend them. The pool looks fabulous!

Both Jamie & Sariya (owners) were very professional and spend a lot of time to explain the details of my skimmer leak that required a replacement. Once the leak was detected, I had a new skimmer installed in less than a week. I then decided to use their pool service and my pool water has never looked better. I am also having JTS Pools put in pavers around my pool and into my porch area. I will post an update on my new pavers and patio upon its completion.

JTs Pool Services has been servicing my pool Since February 2018, they were already servicing when we bought the house so we continued with them. I wanted to be able to make online payments but that was not an option and they accept checks or cash. As I do everything online, I do not have checks so I would leave the payment in cash. Everything was fine until we needed to pay an additional $50 for a stabilizer. I left the extra in the envelope but only the regular monthly made it to the office. I of course, understand that they side with their employee as they do not know me, so I just paid my Final bill, I did not pay the additional $50 as I am 100% certain I paid it already. I will not continue my service as this situation is not ok and I do not appreciate being called a liar for $50. Please know they did a good job with my pool, my only recommendation is to call and pay over the phone (I just found out that was an option now).
