Jeff, First I want to think you for working with me on the pricing and being very honest with me. When I came into your store I had just left another pool store a little irritated because I told them what I wanted and they wanted to sell me something different. You listened to me and worked with me on the price and Im very grateful. On July 27th your pool tech came to my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. The install was great and Im glad I switch to a salt system. As a Realtor I would recommend PH POOL AND SPA SUPPLIES to any of my clients. Once again thanks and I will be by the store to buy some supplies soon.

You know, I really did not want to write a negative review but Im so disappointed that I must state how I feel. When Jeff came to look at the job he was professional and said all the right things. The pool look nice after the work was done and we were pleased. Less than a month and we felt there was a leak because we kept having to add water to the pool. Called Jeff several time and no answer, until my husband reached out to a manager. Now he want us to pay for a leak check ($300) after they completed their work...smh. I refused to pay them another dime to check the pool, so ridiculous...ugh. My husband checked for leaks himself and found that it was behind the light that they installed; horrible patch work behind the light. There was a big hole behind the light and the water was leaking out. It cost us $15 to do the job. After they got their payment in full for the job, with no delay in payment it seems like all warranty was out the door. Please beware and be mindful. Jeff is a nice guy and fast talker, but in the end we feel like we were ripped off.

Robbie installed a whole new pool pump and motor. He did a great job! He went above and beyond. He did more than we could’ve asked for! Also great customer service! Jeff is amazing! Highly recommend them!!

I recently purchased a robotic cleaner from this store. My experience there was TOP NOTCH! They are very knowledgeable with their products, and really take the time to make sure the costumer is satisfied. They stayed well passed closing time (on 4th of July weekend) to make sure my wife and I were taken care of . We even got a follow up call the following day to ask if we were happy with the robotic cleaner. BTW anyone looking for a robotic cleaner, the Dolphin 300si is amazing! Wow!!! This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service skills. Jeffrey knew every product that I was inquiring about. I decided to get a salt system. Robbie installed it for me and showed me how to use it. Its very refreshing to have a neighborhood pool store that I can trust.

I never heard of this store but my good friend told me about them. When I came in Jeffrey greeted me right away. I was having problems with my pump and he explained all the different sizes that was out there. He told me about the vs pump which was on sale. To make a long story short I bought the vs pump and and now saving a lot of money on my light bill. PH Pool is my new pool store and Jeffrey is the man.

This is my new pool store. I could not turn my pool blue and I went to two other pool stores and they sold me a lot of chemicals that did not work, but Jeff took care of it in two days and now my pool is super blue. I will recommend all my friends and family to PH Pool for now on.

OK, based on the great reviews here, I was willing to get them to install a new variable speed pump and a new skimmer. In the store, I was greeted by a lady that clearly did not know what a variable speed pump was. She pointed at two pumps, none of which were variable speed (a vsp was right next to it). She typed sth in the computer and gave me a price of 349 and 365 for the pumps (which obviously are not vsp), and I asked her which models these were so that I could do my own research and decide on one. She got angry and asked me if I was here to purchase or to figure out prices that I could send to competitors. Then I listened to the riot act that they dont match prices (I would have been very willing to pay more for a good service, thats why I entered this store in the first place). This is the worst experience that I have had in stores like this. 1) If you dont know what you are talking about, just tell me when I can come it to talk to someone who does know about pumps, 2) Who buys a pump without knowing which model it is? 349? Sounds great, Ill buy it, doesnt matter what it is....
