I searched for a local Carpet Cleaning Company in my area, I found Broward County Carpet Cleaning in North Miami area. Professional carpet cleaner company with a great customer service. The all process was very easy from the first phone call for set up an appointment, Till They Carpet cleaner guy steam clean my carpet and made it look like new again. Ill use them again in the future. Highly recommended carpet cleaning company.

We have this company come clean our couch every month as we have 4 pets and as you can imagine, they leave all sorts of stains and endless amounts of hair on the couch. Normally we would just replace the couch but this company does such a great job with each visit that it makes more sense for us to just continue to get it cleaned as our sectional is returned to new each time. I would highly recommend this company. Within 24-48 hours, they can schedule to clean just about anything off your sofa.

At first, I was satisfied with the job done by this Carpet Cleaning Service but after further inspection- I am completely dissatisfied. To begin with, there was NO transparency in the prices from the beginning. It was a lot of guesstimating. I wanted to have the carpets replaced in 2 rooms since I had two dogs and they had made messes out of the carpet. The guy Yeegal gave me a price which we agreed with and then asked me for $400 which was roughly half the price we agreed to so he can go and purchase the carpet. He claims he went to several locations that did not have the carpet to match the ones I was replacing. Finally, he found a place but he said they were charging more. I told him to go ahead and purchase. He came back and replaced the carpets. I also asked him to do 2 or 3 patch jobs. When I went and inspected the patch jobs, he didn’t even glue the patches to the ground. They came right up. And he charged $100 just for placing a piece of carpet on the ground with no glue, steam, or anything. Anyways, after the job was done, I I then started noticing ripples in the carpet. I then noticed that in the corners the carpets were not secured or bonded to the cement. It came right out. I called him about it and he gave me some whack excuse that the dogs may have done it and I Had to tell him the dogs were not allowed in the rooms that I just paid $1000 to replace the carpet. He said he would come back but I couldn’t even stand the sight of him again. I needed to replace the carpets because I was moving out of my apartment. My leasing office still charged me to replace the carpets and it was cheaper than what I paid with this company because they prorated me since I’d been in the apartment for a while. I paid this Carpet Cleaning company over $1000 to have to still pay my leasing office $600. This was a botched job, and I should take you to court to get my money back, but I don’t want to invest anymore time into this matter. I am holding on to the pictures and videos in case I change my mind. Stating my experience is good enough for me at the moment!

Yigaal did an incredible job on my area carpet. It was pretty bad—now it looks like new! He came to the house, examined the carpet, and quoted a price, which I felt was fair. He also gave me a history of the carpet, based on the tag on the back. I had no idea that it had actually been made in Persia; I thought it was just a generic “Persian” rug! He took it back to their warehouse—there was nowhere to open it where I live now—and brought it back when he said he would. Very nice man, very nice work!
