Carl was extremely proficient and professional. Although my rugs looked the same after they were cleaned, they smelled a 1000% better than before. He got all the dirt and pet odors out of the deepest parts of the carpet and it is noticeable.

I have tried many carpet cleaning companies from the big brand names to the mom and pops to you local neighborhood carpet cleaner and none have given a more professional, greater service, or a better cleaning to my carpet and sofa than ALL COUNTY STEAMERS. My wife and I was going to purchase new carpet this year because we knew that our carpet had reach its end of use because a year ago we had it clean by another company and it didnt turn out so well. After that cleaning we knew it was just over for this carpet. Some unexpected things came about that changed our budget so we decided to give a cleaner a try one more time. So we call ALL COUNTY STEAMERS and he came out and made the carpet look like we just bought it. I am pretty sure we can have this carpet cleaned maybe 10 more times before getting new carpet. I want to thank ALL COUNTY CLEANER for saving me over 4,000 dollars for new carpet. ALL COUNTY STEAMERS have the best equipment I have ever seen on a carpet cleaning truck. Lastly, he came at a moments notice. They will be the company that I will call and recomend for all carpet cleanings.P.S. This is 3 weeks later and I am writing this because the carpet stills looks great.

I called this company exactly a week ago when I got back from a cruise. My dog sitter was not the best and I needed my carpets cleaned immediately since I was having guests over for Christmas Eve. I called this company the same day on the 22nd and one of their guys came out to clean my carpets that same day within two hours after I called. Our carpet is now immaculate and they were able to get rid of every stain we had. Even till now (a full week later) I walk into my home and it smells fresh, but not an overwhelming smell, just pleasant!! They are SUPER reasonably priced and the service took no longer than 2.5 hours to complete. I would highly recommend this company as they did an excellent job especially since this was a same day request and the job was done perfectly!!

Our rug had not been cleaned in a longgggg time other than vacuuming hereand there. However, now with a baby, we felt the need to get these carpets washed. Carl, came and did our entire townhome (including my kids room which was gross) and our couch for a reasonable price and when I tell you, these carpets are like new, our home feels clean, the air clean and it even looks brighter in here. Great job cleaning my carpets

This was a very challenging cleaning job and he worked with me to make it work. I bought a new home and if it could go wrong it did. I had to change times then days. At no time did I feel pressured if nothing it was the opposite he continued to work with me and relax my stress!

The carpet was badly stained Carl assured me it was savable and he was right a pleasure to do business with!
