They are excellent! No words to say!! Yezid did a really good job on my mattress, removed the odors and super dirty spots due to my toddler pee. I will totally recommend this company!

I phoned American Steamers and owner Tal invited me to drop off my rugs or he could pick them up. I brought just 1 rug to his convenient location on W. Sunrise Blvd in Plantation, across from the high school. 4 days later it was ready and the carpet was absolutely magnificent. The cost of cleaning this 1 carpet was 50% less than I had paid another company years ago. I expected to pay $250 but Tals price was $120. Needless to say I promptly dropped off 2 more carpets and have the utmost confidence they will come out equally as magnificent. Tal is an incredible guy and Im happy to do business with a family run company

We had American Steamers come and clean the carpet and tile in our entire house. Trevor arrived on time and did great work. He was very respectful of our property and kept us informed of the process the entire time. I will definitely use American Steamers in the future and recommend them to all of my friends/coworkers.

I had wood tile I wanted cleaned. The good is that when they do arrive (late) they are professional. The bad is they dont clean your floor. When they show up (late by hours each time) the first thing they do is add $80 to your quote for moving furniture, which original quote included. Then they point out that they are only able to provide effort, not results. In other words, they are there trying to have you agree that if they pass the steamer over the floor, even if it does not get clean, that is the best they can do. Then 2 hours later you are charged $600. And the floor is still a horrendous mess. When I told the owner that he overcharged (charged twice for furniture) and the floor was still filthy when done, he did nothing to try to adjust the charge or the cleaning. Save yourself money and headache by renting a machine yourself at Home Depot. Total joke.Update: not only did this joke of a company overcharge by 80 on the invoice but the actual charge they made on card they added 30 dollars with no explanation. Since the owner of this company claims this is not his work, I will be disputing and reversing the entire charge.

The first time they came to clean 8 chairs, one ottoman and a 5x8 rug I was not happy with the chair cleaning. They were more than willing to schedule a redo and the owner offered a full refund. I wanted the chairs cleaned so the technician was out yesterday. he did a marvelous job and got the chairs looking like new. he also did this in a torrential rain storm and did not complain once after getting soaked coming in and out of the house. Im very happy with this company and will definitely use them again

I am very pleased with the work done by American Steamers. Very professional and neat and quick work. My floors look amazing. Definitely would recommend. Also, gave them some area rugs to be cleaned, to salvage reference my dog. It is refreshing to see a company that delivers as promised.

Contacted American Steamers through a web form with some basic info seeking a quote/estimate for some upholstery cleaning. Received a prompt and professional response to set up a meeting. Had really hoped for at least a rough estimate based on the photos sent in, I know it can be hard to estimate before hand though an idea on pricing before is what I was looking for. I definitely want to give them a shot for the next cleaning though.

This is my 2nd time using American Steamers. Anytime I use this company I get quality and professionalism! The prices are always right, they are always on time, and most importantly the work is quality! This last time I used American Steamers, my couch was horrible. I was a first time customer 8/12/2019. I called them around noon and they were able to come by 4pm to not only give me an estimate but then was able to do the work right away. They did the steps (16) and also a 12 foot by 16 foot upstairs living area. The carpet was filthy with multiple stains from a ceiling leak and I was very impressed with their quality of work, pricing and service. The area and steps looked brand new. I would definitely use them again

I just want to say what an excellent job they did!! I’m a Real Estate agent and have used them a few times! When I say that my clients carpets were FILTHY, that is an understatement. I am down here visiting my cousin and needed a cleaner to clean tile & grout soon and possible as this was a surprise gift. I am very pleased with the quality of service, how professional the owner and the technicians were and the overall process. They took their time to make sure the grout lines came clean and by the time they left the floors were already dry! I had the company come out and provide an estimate and I asked them if a good steam clean would help our carpet to look better because it was pretty dirty. They said it would look a lot better but there were some tough stains. Tal did the job and he bent over backwards to get those tough stains out. He did a good job but we still had a little stainage - no fault of Tals. The carpet looks better and I would certainly use him again. The Company had Good communication and showed up on time.
