If you want to talk to a wall about renting a tent and never actually rent a tent, call/text/email these folks. My other half and I attempted to contact/work with this company every way possible. I started with email, one response; phone calls, some response; text messages, one response. The website states that they answer whenever, however! NOPE. Due to COVID, our wedding venue had to cancel, and we are TWO MONTHS away. We made the pivot to hold it in our home so tents were One of the biggest we had to tie down in order to hold our event. Running a business YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE. There’s has been zero communication from these people. So we ordered one on Amazon. Should’ve known it wasn’t going to be a great experience as soon as I saw the “website”.

I WAS PROMISED MY REFUND AFTER BEING FORCED TO PUT HALF DOWN. $215 IS OWED TO ME AND MIKE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR A MONTH, HE SAID THE BANK MAILED IT, THEN HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD BRING IT TO MY HOME. I WAITED ALL DAY JUST FOR HIM TO IGNORE MY PHONE CALLS AND HE STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME. HE HAD A LIE EACH TIME WE SPOKE, NOW HE WILL NOT PICK UP MY CALLS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS

DO NOT BOOK! NO SHOW for my sons graduation party. Paid deposit, confirmed set up for Fri evening. Didnt show. No call. Only has cell #, not business #. Desperately called Fri night thru Sat at 10 am. Wouldnt pick up his phone. Texted and emailed. 5 days later - nothing. Never called. 70 people, catered, 85 degrees - no tent, no chair, no tables. Hopefully this review will save someone else from utter disaster and unimaginable stress. Who does this to a person?!?
