We paid $417 to rent a 14 x 14 tent; it arrived filthy dirty and torn. We spent two hours trying to scrub and make it presentable. The barrel covers were dirty too and the installers to me that I could ‘wash them,’ which I did. They get one star because the two installers felt bad and helped us to try and clean it. I called TR to days later to express my dissatisfaction; they never responded back so clearly could care less. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area, opt for All Occasions instead who delivered impeccably clean tables and chairs!

Stopped in to rent a lawn aerator they had it in stock loaded in my truck and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Cant expect much better service than that. Everyone was extremely nice and were very easy to deal with

I wanted to write and give our opinion! Last week we had to put a HomeComing party for our senior in high school! So we called to rent a tent, tables and chairs! Absolutely the best service. A very friendly and caring staff. Everyone was super helpful! They showed up when they promised and today you can’t even tell we had a tent in our back yard! The tent was solid and the table and were really nice and clean. 10 stars and we would highly recommend! Thank you to everyone at Taylor Rental for the super service!

We have rented a skid steer from Taylor Rental the past few weekends for a large project. The team has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone has been so pleasant and polite. They are a great company to rent equipment from.

I rented a trench digger last week and they were fabulous to work with. I had called and spoke to Scott about a charge on my card and he explained what it was and fixed everything up. I highly recommend these people!!

I rent chairs from this location for an event at my business. They make what could be a tedious chore pleasant and efficient. The woman at the front counter is friendly and easy to work with. The people loading the car are fast. I dont even need to get out of my car and can get the task done quickly before I head to work.

Horrible .reserved a tool thru their website, called to confirm its available and price as advertised . We were given a tool half as powerful for almost twice as much. Tols it would do the job . It did not ! No refund . Just a argument . Done .

Just had tents, tables, and chairs delivered for my sons graduation party. They gave me a time and we here half hour early. The guys setting up the tent were very personable...the girls at the counter were even better. They basically planned my party for me. Amanda and Beth were extremely helpful and made it very easy for us. All items in good condition...highly recommend!

We called these folks the evening before our familys wedding reception with a table cloth emergency. They worked miracles! Within 4 hours we had everything we needed delivered to the reception hall for set up. Terrific service, terrific product and really saved us. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I rented a material lift from Taylor and had a very pleasant experience. The reservation, pick up, and drop off processes were seamless, and the rates were reasonable. The equipment looked pretty thoroughly used and lacked instructions, but worked well enough to get the job done.

The staff here was so wonderful and helpful! I refinished my floors last month and I rented the sander to do so at Taylor Rental. When I ran into a few issues on my part with the sanders, I gave them a call and they were incredibly helpful! I actually am about to refinish my stairs so I will def. be calling them to rent a sander for that.

Ive rented tools and equipment from this company since before they moved to Bethel Park. I have had great reliability with their tools and never hesitate to rent from them when I need something. I even bought a used plate compactor from them and to this day it is my most reliable small engine tool. We also rent table and chairs from them for every party and event we have and have had great service and experiences thus far. I would highly recommend their services for any rental needs!!!

Poor Customer service. Unable to fill a propane tank. Young employee “filled” tank, I questioned him twice that tank felt light. He claimed “it’s on 25lbs”He lied - he was leaving for lunch break and didn’t want to attempt to fix the machineTook tank home and put on my grill Gauge- it was emptyReturned to store- no one apologized- everyone was defensive - elderly gentlemen attempted to fill tank- still wouldn’t workHe ended up stomping off like a temper tantrum throwing toddler muttering “ I’m refunding your money”Still no apologies or any illusion of customer serviceI’ll stick to propane exchanges at Lowe’s and Giant Eagle

Be careful. I got a quote from Taylor Rental for tents, tables, chairs- they sent a variety of options. I did not respond except to say I would get back to them as date was not set. Two months later I am out of town and get a call that they were at my house to set up. I called and explained I never confirmed and in fact called to say I was not sure and would let them know. They actually billed me for install. I would never advise anyone to use this company. Either they are incompetent or they are dishonest. STAY AWAY

Not at all happy ! My wife called 2 weeks ago for a rental of 6, 8 tables and 60 chairs. The lady my wife spoke with took her order and arranged the pick-up date. My wife even gave her credit card number and all was set. I arrived today to pick up tables and chairs, and Taylor had nothing recorded online or in their written ledger. Taylor told me they had no record, so they could give me shorter tables and Id have to come back to pick up chairs after some were returned. Most of this conversation happened while the checkout lady was on the phone with another customer that had called after she started helping me. So, basically, my rental was not as important as the person who called after I arrived. Great customer service (NOT). If I did not need these tables and chairs for my daughter’s grad party, I would cancel order and never do business with this Taylor Rental again. The best I can do now is to never give Taylor Rental my business again.If you have used this rental center in the past and have had good luck, I’m very happy for you. We rented from them 2 times in the past, service was not great but tolerable. They did make some mistakes on 1 of those orders, but we accepted it and adjusted. This time I’m livid. When a person has many things to plan and work out for an important event, it’s nice when you can deal with a cordial, efficient rental service. This place is not that.After coming back to pick up my 60 chairs, the checkout lady said, “well we didn’t have you order, but at least you have tables and something sit on.” She seemed not to realize I was paying good money for those tables and chairs, and might like a simple apology for the loss of our order. In any case, the boys who packed our tables and chairs in our van were awesome. I’d give them 5 stars, 0 to the front desk. The added stress is not worth it. I will use another business in the future.

Ive always had great success with Taylor. However today, 9/2/17, they closed early I guess. When I arrived at 11:30 to pick up my rental they were closed! Its the holiday weekend so I guess the guy that has his electrical torn out and basement ready for wet sandblasting isnt important enough. They were subposed to be open till 12:30. According to Taylors website and the gentleman that I made my reservation with. Now Ive got 3 guys on site, all hvac disconnected, no electric or water and nobody at Taylor rental to give me my damn tools. My advice... show up early or go somewhere else. Thats if you do actually want the tools you rent.

Tool rentals are a joke. Rented from them two different times within a few weeks time for a project at the house. First was a rear-tine tiller which worked somewhat, but you could tell this thing had been through hell and back (I know its a rental, but its your business). Next was a one man auger rental...this machine had to have been one of the first models ever built! Way too heavy and awkward to use for starters, then the bit wouldnt even turn when pulling the trigger. They did give us our money back on this one, but taking the time to coordinate, pickup and dropoff is not easy when you need to meet deadlines. Looking for a new tool rental around here.

Just rented tables here. Had i known the tables would be in extra poor condition, i would have went somewhere else. After receiving the tables i got a huge splinter stuck in my hand, which is why Im writing this review. Those tables should have had a discount. For $3 more I could have bought better tables somewhere else. Fyi plastic tables are not an option. Had i been been ghetto, i would have bought tables from walmart and returned them the next day but i was raised in the suburbs. Smh. Easy to rent, they loaded. But again disgusting tables!

They always go above and beyond to try and meet our needs. We had a machine break down 2 hrs before concrete was to be on the job. Taylor rental had the machine waiting there for us to pick up ready to go and stayed late for us to return it. Made it back to the job with 15 minutes to spare before concrete truck arrived.

My furnace and a/c stopped working so I called J & A since we’ve had great service from them before. They sent Mike out within a couple of hours and explained each step he planned to take while remaining professional during the process. It was obvious that Mike was an honest guy and truly wanted to help. Mike was exceptional and fixed the problem(s) quickly! I highly recommend J &A and hope they take care of their stellar staff like Mike.
