I used All Occasions Party Rental for my daughters wedding at The Pennsylvanian in Pittsburgh on Sept 4, 2021 and am very pleased with how everything turned out. Julie (from Pittsburgh location) was always available to answer questions and make suggestions when that is what we needed. I can say the Escort Mirror seating chart and the custom bar with bride and groom images were stunning and the talk of so many of our guests. Thank you All Occasions for helping create a day we will remember for years to come!

Would never recommend this company. When setting up the tent for our wedding, those setting it up complained amongst themselves about how little they cared about how it looked. To add to that, they forgot the chairs for our wedding on the original delivery truck. Every delivery time they provided for the chairs after that was missed until it got pushed back a full two days after the tent was delivered. It was non stop calls trying to find where the chairs where and when they would be delivered. And now, they have failed to pick up our rentals on the day that was scheduled, upsetting our wedding venue. It was supposed to be picked up on a Monday and was not picked up until Wednesday. Do not use this company. Horrible service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We used them for a wedding shower. First they were about 3 hours late delivering with zero notification. Also they pretty much convinced us that the tent we ordered would not fit in the location we chose, and wouldn’t set it up. Also we carried everything from the truck in the front of our house to the backyard. The delivery guys did absolutely nothing. They weren’t going to refund us for the tent that was never set up either which was great. Oh and they were supposed to pick the stuff up one day but never showed. When I called the next day to complain she put me on hold and conveniently they showed up as soon as we hung up. Also requested a call back from the supervisor and never received one. They had a total of three different names and phone numbers for us and never ever contacted anyone. All around TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE communication. You’ve been warned.

The worst vendor I worked with for my wedding. I was recommended to all occasions for pipe and drape to flip our venue. At first it seemed easy where I simply chose a color of drapes. In later conversations i found out my family would be in charge of setting up and tearing down the pipe and drape as this was not included in the original quote of $900 as if I should have been aware of this. They were kind enough to wave the cost of $500 and we moved on. As a covid wedding, we had multiple reschedules dates and they also accommodated with those as well, as did every other vendor we were working with. Closer to the wedding date we were told we would have to pay an additional $700 to have the pipe and drape picked up that evening due to overtime and trucking fees and to make up for lost revenue in 2020- something no other vendor put on us and mind you this is almost doubling our original cost… for a curtain. I asked Cindy the manager to hop on a call and she simply stated she had no control over pricing so was unwilling to discuss if that’s what the call would entail. Great. Thankfully my venue helped by allowing them to pick up the pipe and drape next day. I was charged an additional $175 for drop off within a 30 mins window and $175 for pick up within a 30 min window.They were due to be at the venue at 11 am. I called at 1 and was told they were running behind due to a larger job that morning. My wedding started at 5. They showed up at 4 pm with a sales guy and had no ladder nor a team to set up. The venue had to borrow a ladder from a neighboring restaurant and have their team and my family set up the pipe and drape which was supposed to be 20 feet in the air but was 10 because they didn’t have a ladder that reached 20 foot so we had 10 feet of curtain laying on the ground.These services are absolutely unacceptable and truly created an awful experience from start to finish. Not to mention the unprofessionalism by a manager not even willing to connect and work though what occurred. I have to say I am not a crazy person to complain and every other vendor we worked with deserves 5 star reviews, however if you’re a bride and are looking for a smooth service with transparency and professionalism this one is not for you.

Our occasion was a large, outdoor wedding reception at a property that had never hosted a wedding reception of our size before. We never planned an outdoor party this large, so we didn’t really know where to start. We searched for several tent companies throughout the region but were willing to help us make a plan that fit into our budget.We were so relieved when we met Jon Campbell. Jon invited us to tour their primary facility, and walked us through every component we would need for an outdoor wedding reception. On top of that, he helped us make right decisions on all of the elements needed so that it would fit into our budget, while making the event comfortable for our guests. This included how we selected chairs, tables, tent type/size as well as walls and fans for our tent.To ensure that everything would be perfect, Jon drove two hours to our site in Erie, PA to take measurements and work with our caterer to properly lay-out and place all of the tents, tables and chairs that would be needed for the event.On our wedding day, everything was flawless. Since it was a public property, the managers were so impressed with the logistics that went into setting everything up while maintaining normal operations for their daily visitors. The crew members who set up the tent were professional and extremely hard working. They were respectful of the rules/regulations of the property and listened to all of our guidelines for placement and positioning of the tents. Everything was so seamless that you couldn’t even tell that there was a 120’ x 40’ tent on the property for a wedding reception!We have recommended Jon and All Occasions to all of our friends for any personal or corporate event! Thank you all for such a great job!

My daughters wedding was an outdoor event at the beginning of October. There was obvious concern and unknowns about the weather for the day. Dina was extremely accommodating in helping us with tent options and layouts. It put our minds at ease tremendously knowing our options for the day. Everyone asked where we were able to locate the farm tables and chairs, many compliments on them. Again, I can not express how awesome, helpful and patient Dina was with us during that year of planning. I highly recommend All Occassion!

Eh- I’d keep looking. There are quite a few other rental companies in the area that would be better suited for a wedding. The prices were extreme and came with lots of ** of fee’s. The quality is poor. We rented chairs, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The day we visited the office (we had an appointment) was extremely unorganized and their inventory was every where. Again, Id keep looking!

We used All Occasions for all of our table setting rentals and for our linens. Unfortunately, they provided the wrong silverware (provided silver instead of a gold) when all of our table settings were gold. Additionally, we asked them to provide a stool for our officiant to sit on (due to medical concerns) and that was not provided leaving our officiant to stand. Lastly, they pushed things that we were not interested in spending money on - like curtains - & had conversations with our other vendor without asking us about it first or including us in the conversation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Way overpriced too for what you get as well

I wish there were an option for negative stars. What an absolutely horrible experience! We rented 30 chairs for a donor event in a private home. The chairs were to be delivered between 11 and 1. At 4:30, still no chairs and no word from the delivery people. After calling them to find out what was happening, the next estimate I received was delivery between 6 and 7pm! Long story short - the chairs were not delivered until 9 pm. But ...the story gets worse! The chairs were supposed to then be picked up the day after the event on Saturday. It is now WEDNESDAY and the chairs have not been picked up!!! Absolutely the WORST! Unreliable doesnt even begin to describe it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
