If I could give them a negative 1 I would. Rebecca is rude, spiteful, condescending and did not return Grandmas calls. She is the most UNPROFESSIONAL Coordinator Ive ever came across in over 30 years! Changed my Grandmothers insurance without her knowledge or consent, removed her Caregiver services without knowledge. Had Caregiver, Grandma, and Agency believing 56 hours per week were approved. The change caused Caregiver to not be paid for over 3 weeks of work. Rebecca has a problem with family members asking too many questions about loved ones healthcare coverage.Sadly sneaky miserable people like her pry on Seniors because they are less likely to have a concerned loved ones or ask questions. One of my Grandmothers medicines went from a $3 Copay to $17 in just 1 month because of Rebecca.Do not trust these people.
