I am grateful to be able to be assisted in paying for groceries. If you owe a fine they wont give you cash, which I dont understand...if you cant afford to pay your fine obviously you need an income. I wish they actually focused on raising people into self sufficiency than keeping people stuck forever. They seem to be more focused on minorities than helping those in need.

It seems like for the last half an hour of the place being opened they impede you from getting through to somebody, but then theyll shut off your benefits meanwhile they dont know whether that was the only time you were able to reach them or not people do have lives and some of us use this as a tool to become completely self-sufficient but this Shady business of not answering the phone 30 minutes before you close is kind of annoying and its been happening for years now even with the statewide change number

Went here for a ddap class. Location is surprisingly easy to get to and leave. Lots of nice restaurants and pizza joints very close. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Try waiting for operator, try another option. They all lead to them hanging up with no LIVE person to talk to.

Terrible,! No matter what option I chose no one answered.! N they just hung up wen I tryed to press in my card number,! They requested, they didn’t give me anytime to press it in.! All this made me very upset.! They just hung up.!

They told me I wasnt black enough for their services I couldnt believe it
