Submitted paperwork on time, shorted us $125. Told us deduction was at the discretion of the dispatcher, but that said dispatcher was on medical leave. No communication regarding the deduction, only noticed when reviewing the books.

Nice paying loads, but dont pay detention when their customers screw up. Came up with many excuses as to why their customer wouldnt pay detention. Their Sharon Tube customer ate up 5 hours of ELD log book to load, ran out of hours waiting to get loaded. Driver did his 10 hours break, beat cheeks and still made his delivery at EMJ Metals.........and sat for 3 1/2 hours to get unloaded. Gave to much time to this brokers customers all to get nothing in return. My drivers time is worth more........
