WARNING TO ALL DELIVERY SERVICES OUT THERE, Wayne Fu & Alan Debelak with Sine Trading International will contact you with immediate needs for your company to go and pickup their freight. Make sure you have them RELEASE you from any liabilities that will happen when dealing with freight forwarding companies ex: Eva Airways. They put all the liability in your hands without giving you any knowledge that your company will be responsible for any reason that the freight forwarder doesnt release their freight. They will pay your freight bills at first via credit card, then they want you to bill them because they dont want to pay a credit card fee. Well, ever since we have billed them around $4,000.00 Wayne (which Wayne told me that he would pay us in 15 days, didnt happen) is not paying because he claims that we (the delivery service is responsible for anything that doesnt get released from the freight forwarder. Dont do it, they dont know how to follow their jobs and therefore put the liability on you. They never told us that if Eva Airways didnt load our trucks because the freight wasnt released that we would be responsible for paying Sine Trading International storage fees. We are in the process of taking them to court to let the courts clarify to Wayne Fu that the delivery services arent responsible for their freight unless its put on our trucks! Sine Trading doesnt follow up on their freight and therefore they think that the delivery service should be responsible for their neglect! I asked Wayne to show me a contract where we signed to show the liability in our hands, I havent seen anything! They also tried to set us up by sending packages to our office and then threatened to sue us because he accused us of being shady. I think he needs to revamp his company. Sine Trading provides Customs Clearance and freight forwarding for companies. If you received any fake product please definitely find out on which platform (usually its Amazon, Ebay, Facebook or Wish) you bought it and complain to the platform so as to identify who sold you that.

I would not recommend someone to order through this company. My single order took more than 4 months to get to my mail box. Sorry.
