VERY responsive to a last second.change on my part. I placed an order around 4pm, realized it was incorrect and sent message to change. Within an hour I get message that change has been made and order is shipped with expected delivery next day! Thrilled that there are businesses still pleasing customers!

Have a ton of time now with Covid. Ordered plenty of ceramic and other supplies. Received them incredibly fast and even had tape on the bottles to protect from leaks. A class service and incredible assortment of products!!

Great selection and prices

Autoaility has been my go to site for the last six months. I wish they would stay more stocked up but for the most part they are good. I recently had a problem with shipping and my order was held up over 5 dollars. I was very upset I was hoping when he wrote and told me that he had just shipped it out and wanted me to change it for future orders or I just had a open ticket to pay 5 but no they actually held it up. I told him if they really did they could just refund because I was upset. Well he did right away and now the funds are tied up. The reason why I am still giving 4 stars because at the end he offered to send it out and just charge me when the refund becomes available. Would of just been easier to send the product out keep in mind I have the annual detail package and spend over a 1000 a week usually . Once again thank you Eric for hearing me out and I hope to receive my machine will soon then I will update you all !

Wow what can I say. Prices are amazing and I got my package in two days! Customer service was prompt and polite! There’s no emailing back and forth you actually speak to a live person! As a detailer this is the sweet spot for getting products quick and well priced. Excellent company!

5 Star rating is no question for me. I have been a Club Member for many years now, and I feel like I get the best service when I call with annoying questions. The owner spent at least a half an hour going over products he felt were the best for my car. He didnt just try to sell the most expensive things. And, also pointed me towards an upholstery shop to fix some wear on my leather seat. If you are in the Pittsburgh area go see him. If you arent. He has a great online store.

This is really a great shop. The owner has spent lots of time with me on multiple occasions talking about products and making sure i get what i need. He will also be up front with you about why you shouldnt spend additional cash on something just for a name.
